He came out and gave me estimates.We agreed to have the work done, they took 1 vehicle at a time, they picked up and delivered to my house. Such an incredible experience! I talked to a lot of other places about a dent in the rear of my truck, and they all said it had to be repainted. When I reached out to DFW Dent Repair, they offered to come to my house to give me a free estimate on the dent, and they even said they could do it without having to repaint anything! Sean was so helpful and open with me throughout the entire process, and even kept me updated on how the work was going throughout the week. I was involved in a wreck late last year. Thank God i had full coverage and my truck was drivable though heavily damaged. Unfortunately my policy doesnt allow for a rental car. I contacted dfw dent repair because their website mentioned free loaner cars. Now.....i live in ponder and work in keller. Tony came to my job from Lewisville to look at and start estmating my repairs. A couple days later tony showed up again at my job to bring me a loaner car and get my truck to their shop to get the ball rolling. Between him and the office girl, griselda they kept me informed and in the loop thru the whole process. And in the midst of it my trucks fuel pump control module crapped out on them but we was able to get it fixed up and they got my truck done. Now some of the damages to my truck had another body shop saying it would probably be totaled but the crew made my truck look like it never got weecked. And ive looked. I work as a mechanic so ive had it on a lift looking it over. Great job! Highly recommend these guys!

Wow..Incredible. These are some of the words to describe the work that was done to my 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 truck. Justin let me watch the process it takes to remove a dent and I couldnt believe how much work goes into doing it. The patience and care he took completely blew me away. Through the entire process Collin was incredible. From offering to give me a ride to the rental car place to giving me updates every couple of days, Collin took care of all my concerns. It is rare to find excellent customer service, and DFW Dent Repair exceeded my expectations.When there was some residue on my car at pick up, he immediately had his detail guy take care of it. It caused me to miss my workout, which I get charged $18 for canceling last minute. When I mentioned this to Collin, he literally handed me $20 to cover the fee without me even asking. He definitely did NOT have to do that, but it was just another example of how much he cares about his customers. He is genuine, knowledgeable and takes pride in the shops work. Great service! Super friendly, honest, punctual, and were very flexible with my schedule so I could get my car in. They communicated very clearly what was needed before I came in (I had scratches to repair, so I had to buy paint from my dealership before coming in). When I got there, they took care of me right away and I am very satisfied with their work. Would definitely recommend.

While my 2012 F-250 was parked, a dent was discovered on the lower section of my passenger door. In going to a paint and body shop and getting an estimate. It was brought to my attention to try DFW Dent Repair in the hopes maintaining my original paint and fixing the dent. In placing the call to get questions answered and information exchanged. It was brought to my attention not only as to who I was talking too but also got my questions answered. Along with the exchanging of information was able to set up an appointment which worked with my schedule, but also allowed them to get the work done in a timely manner, which produced a job well done. Courtesy, professionalism, scheduling, and quality at what I considered to be a fair price for the worked performed. What more could you ask for?

Sean at DFW Dent Repair has been great to work with! Their Paintless Dent Repair System (PDR) works like magic. It is almost impossible to see where the dents were after they fix the car. I looked and looked and could not find where the dents were before they started!

Their service was the best experience I have ever had. My car had severe hail damage from 8 months ago. Even though Insurance was covering the cost of the repairs I was unable to have my car repaired because most repair shops wanted to keep my car for 3++ weeks. There was no way I would be able to be without a car that long or afford a rental car for that length of time. DFW Dent Repair repaired my car in a week and assisted me in getting a rental car. Not only are they professional they care about their customers and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

Colin and August did amazing work on my car. Didnt think PDR was possible on a car made of aluminum but they made it work, looks brand new now. Also, they gave me very reasonable price, and were able to squeeze me in same week I contacted them. I had my classic 1994 Nissan Kingcab repaired by Justin. I had severe hail damage on the roof and hood, over 50 dings on each with many golf ball and baseball size dents. First I just want to say WOW! This was my first time ever having to get repairs done on my car and Im soooo glad I found DFW dent repair.I came and got an estimate. White going trough my insurance and Collin walked me through the whole process and how it worked filing a claim. He went above and beyond in helping me before I even dropped my car off there.I dropped my car off on a Monday and I was needing the hail damage repaired very quickly since I was going to be retuning it really soon. We took our Mercedes to DFW Dent Repair to have two very conspicuous door dings repaired. One was at top of the door where access from the back was suspect and the other was quite large. Friendly, experienced, professional. They did an excellent job on my wifes Expedition that got hit by softball size hail. PDR where needed and body work/paint on the more damaged parts. Replaced trim, sunroof, liners, decal. Car looks brand new. Will be taking my truck to them for hail repair in the near future. Check their website for coupons.

Just picked my CtsV from August and Colin after having them fix $5500 worth of hail damage from recent storms. You cant even tell there were any dents on it and they even fixed a couple that were on the car when I bought it. Colin kept me updated on the progress of the car the whole time they had it. Will recommend them to anyone who needs pdr work in the future

The customer service was good. I just walked up for a price quote. Bummed that my damage was too extensive for PDR however the guys did recommend a bodyshop. I will definitely go back for smaller repairs if needed.

Some idiot in my parking garage at work dinged the passenger side door of my 2015 Acura ILX. The dent was substantial on the crease part of the door. So, I wasnt optimistic it could be repaired. Went to DFW Dent Repair solely based on the good reviews. They told me that it would be a difficult repair with some risk to the paint job. They also told me the price in advance and said if the repair attempt was unsuccessful, they wouldnt charge me. One hour later my tech, Mike, came in and said for me to take a look at the car. Couldnt tell at all where the dent had been. Excellent job by Mike and all around friendly and professional service from everyone at the shop. Cant recommend them enough.

DFW Dent Repair is an absolutely professional company in all respects. Colin and Justin are very talented and a joy to work with. I recently took my Acura RL to their shop to have some minor scratches and swirls removed from the exterior paint. When I picked the car up today I was so impressed with their work. Key markings,older stratches, and swirls were completely removed. The work was done promptly and I actually picked up the car later the same day. I plan on using this company for all future work done on both of my cars. I would recommend anyone in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area to take advantage of this excellent company.
