A Very professional business Establishment. Don was my salesman he didnt rush me on buying a car and there wasnt that fast salesman talk. The deal went nice and smooth. And when I went to Financing i didnt get any of that i need to buy extra insurance for my car stuff it was presented to me once and he had ask me was Im sure ? He Gave me a little detail on why should i get the extra warranty for my car etc. (Got it lol)The reason why Im telling this part of the deal because i hate how finance people try to get you to buy all this extra car warranty and youll say no and be in that office for a extra 20 to 30 on why should you get the warranty etc but none that was at BZ Motor.... The crew at B.Z Motors was amazing to my family! While traveling to Massachusetts from Chicago we experienced a blow out in the middle of the night about 30 miles away from them. Chrysler roadside assistance could not help us because there were 5 of us, so we were stranded for 8 hours in a rest area. I called B.Z. Motors at 7:05am and Rhonda was able to help us out! She sent their rollback truck for our van and Tom, the service manager, grabbed a vehicle off the lot big enough to come get us. Rhonda was able to find us a new tire, however it was an hour away and you know what? They sent someone to get it for us and get us back on the road on a cold rainy day! We were there for 5 hours and they were nothing but amazing. The owner (Charlie) even introduced himself to my husband (while a few of us slept on the couch in the waiting area). I wish they were my hometown dealer, I would go to them for any and everything!! Thank you so so much!

I bought a brand new 2016 Jeep Wrangler from BZ in late 2015. Its a 2 door soft top sport model. Got a good deal. It took a few weeks to arrive from the factory. Went to pick it up & thats when the trouble started. The car itself was in mint condition. The salesman is telling me about all the features. Im going thru the glovebox looking at all the free jeep stuff when I notice theres no spare key? The salesman says Oh it must be in the office. He comes back with the key sealed in a factory envelope that literally says over & over Dealer do not remove from the car. Seems like no big deal until you realize how much that spare key wouldve cost me to buy. But whatever. I have my car, I have my keys.They put my plates on & then THEY hang the temporary PA registration on the vinyl window with tape. I get in my dream car & Im off. A couple days later I got my PA registration in the mail so I took down the temporary tags BZs salesman had taped to the window. Immediately I noticed that it left 2 marks on the window about 8 inches long by 1 inch wide each. It looked liked the pieces of tape were still there. Not just around the edges. It actually changed the way light passed thru it. I called the salesman & he said it was most likely glue from the tape & I should bring it in so they could clean it off. I go in & he meets me in the parking lot. Takes one look & says the same thing..its the glue. He takes the car around back for like 15 minutes to get it cleaned. He drives it back to me, gets out & says We did the best we could, you can barely see them now. Yeah right?! I said I can absolutely still see them & that if they cant remove them then they need to replace the window. He said he needed to get his boss (the head of sales at the time) to take a look at it first. The guy comes out, looks at the marks for 2 seconds, looks at me & says Im not paying for that, I cant even see them then starts to walk away. (Keep in mind this is a BRAND NEW $30k car & the marks are 8 inches long) I let out a few choice words & stormed off. Slamming my babys door (which I still regret) & squealing my tires at every little stop sign in their parking lot (which I dont regret). Got home & called Chrysler. They said they couldnt force BZ to replace the window but they usually prefer the service managers to make the call in this type of situation. I knew if I made an appointment theyd just give me the run around again so I waited. Waited until they were busy. Got to the front of the line & calmly started telling my story about having to call Chrysler. A lot of people heard me telling my story, one of which was the service manager who immediately came to my aide. At first I thought he was taking me outside to get rid of me but 15ft away from the car he said I see what youre talking about. For 15 minutes me & the service manager took pictures of the marks. He couldnt believe the tape changed the vinyl like that. He said Well order you a new window, let me check with my boss & make sure its ok. The very kind & helpful man from the service department came back from the meeting with a very different look on his face. He says let me make sure your information is right & well get it ordered for you. Everything was right so I left celebrating my victory. Waited 1 month nothing. 2 months nothing. 5 years nothing??? Never did get a window or an apology. Still get a birthday greeting from them every year though. I have had my car serviced there multiple times since all of this & they just pretend like it never happened. Dont get me wrong..the service department is great but upper management doesnt seem to be very concerned with customer satisfaction

BUYER BEWARE! THEYLL TAKE YOU OVER! I was going to buy a used Chevy Silverado for the sticker price of 37995. I was expecting for it to be about 41-42k after fees. However, the salesman I worked with worked out $539 for 84 months! I did the math and I would end up paying just under $53,000 including my trade in!! I called them back and told me Oh I got a lower rate for you for $515 a month! I wanted to say Why wasnt that your first offer!? Its a good thing to always do your math to actually see whose gonna screw you over and whose actually gonna give you a good deal! Beware of this place!

I had a great experience working with Elaine at BZ. I was having a hard time finding a Wrangler that matched what I was looking for. She sat with me and found 2 within hundreds of miles. They gave me a fair price, considering it wasn’t on their lot and clearly a hard to find configuration. I received a fair trade in value and pickup/paperwork was simple and quick. They worked a deal with the dealer that had it and in a couple days I was on the road with my new Jeep. I never dealt with BZ before but was more than happy with how they treated me and they made the entire process painless.

We bought a very first ram 1500 here last night. Bz made it a very comfortable atmosphere to buy a truck. They were not pushy at all we did work with them for close to two months define the perfect vehicle for me and my family. They didnt constantly hound me, they actually made it feel like I went over to a buddies house to buy a truck off of them. Bud Falls was our sales rep and he was outstanding! Scott Bennett the manager also treated us very well when he did our trade in he didnt feel the need to come in and say this is wrong that is wrong these are noted for that. Which I did trade in a decent truck but it was 14 years old. to me that says a lot about the dealership they dont feel the need to run down your vehicle. Everybody we worked with from there from Bud to Dan to Scott and even Dylan were all good to us. I would definitely recommend Bud Falls as a sales rep for anybody especially if you like to say this is what I want let me know when you find one he was the first sales rep that didnt show me a vehicle that was over my budget and try to push me into something a little bit more expensive. Definitely going to be back in the future as well as tell everyone how well i was treated. My buddy always says ya treat me good Im a million dollars worth of advertising.

My experience is with the service center, as they are the nearest Fiat dealer that could work on my car. They estimated the work would take 2 hours, but they finished it in about an hour and a half which I was appreciative since I had to wait as we live a ways away. The work was covered under warranty which they took care of everything, all I had to do was sign. It was a painless and positive experience! I’ll definitely come back to them for my future car care needs.

My wife and I traveled 2.5 hours from our home to visit this dealership in the middle of PA. I conducted our initial negotiation by phone and email. Scott Bennett (GM) and Don Seebold (salesman) were incredibly responsive by email and phone. We reached a great out the door deal on a used Mazda CX-9 (an SUV this Jeep/Chrysler dealership usually does not sell). On top of that, Scott and Don were very accommodating in allowing a pre-purchase inspection 30 minutes away. Their dealership drove the vehicle down without issue from the nearby Mazda dealer and later picked it up (and the independent check up found no issues with the car). When we got there Saturday, we were treated in a very friendly and open manner. When I identified one last minute roadblock, Scott approached it frankly and was able to resolve it to my satisfaction (including a follow through a few days later). Dan the Finance Manager was also not pushy at all and did not make us sit through an annoying presentation.I have dealt with some awful dealerships in the past. Many try to rip you off and dont keep your word. This is not one of those dealerships. I liked they way they did business and Im happy to recommend them, especially if you live in Central Pennsylvania.

Bought my 1500 here in 2006..!! Very satisfied..!! Brought my kids Dodge Dart to get a spare key fob & program to the car..!! Called 3 days ahead to get appointment & pricing..!! Exact keyfob was $160 & $48 to program..!! This fob has a backup key that has to be cut..!! Paid my bill & noticed the backup key wasnt attached to the fob..!! Went back to service & they said backup key isnt included..!! They wanted another $40 to cut the key even though my receipt said cut a key..!! Lol

Service department is a complete joke. Between the guy (service manager) running around like a chicken with his head cut off and being told “20 more minutes” 6 times, I would not recommend bringing your business to this garage. I had a scheduled appointment for 9am just for a state inspection, showed up at 8:50am and checked in. The “service manager” (same as mentioned above) told me it would be an hour. Sat in the waiting room an hour went to get a time update, was given 15 excuses why they haven’t gotten to my inspection yet, because their equipment was malfunctioning and they were running into issues with vehicles before mine. Was told it’ll be about “20 more minutes” and they’ll get to mine. Going on hour 2 asked again for a time update was told it’ll be about “20 more minutes”.. Still nothing.. on hour number 3.... HOUR NUMBER 3 my state inspection on my brand new 2019 Jeep was complete and I was able to leave.. a 9am SCHEDULED appointment for a state inspection that took 3 hours. Take your business to a garage that knows what they’re doing and not these amateurs!

Horrible customer service. We purchased a brand new Hybrid Chrysler Pacifica a few weeks. While driving in the left lane on the New Jersey turnpike with our three little kids in tow, the van completely stalled. Thank goodness my husband was able to safely get us to the shoulder without any cars or tractor trailers hitting us. We immediately called BZ Motors and explained our horrific and terrifying incident. They have been absolutely the worst people to ever deal with. They also speak very unprofessional. I don’t know anyone who would drive a vehicle with only 1,000 miles on it after experiencing the stalling issue we had. They don’t back their product and they don’t work with you. If you’re looking for a vehicle that will give you issues and put you in a dangerous situation then this is the place.

This is a revised review based on my overall experience at this dealership...... The people here are very nice but the service dept was unable to properly align the front end on our Grand Cherokee after two attempts. I requested a refund since I had to straighten it out myself and they did so which is commendable. Im still out six hours of my time and the gas for two round trips to the dealership but overall I believe I was treated fairly. Will probably try and use them again should the need arise.

My daughter and family were driving home in a 8 day old vehicle purchased by B.Z motors. The car suddenly went dead in the left lane. We were thankful no one got hurt or killed as a result of this incident. The dealership has terrible customer service in resolving this issue. The vehicle is not safe to drive and there has been other reports of this incident occurring with Chrysler vehicles. Buyer BEWARE!!!

So let me start by saying THESE PEOPLE ARE GREAT!!!! The service department people especially Tito and Matt are STAR!! Our Ram 2500 had pretty close to a catastrophic failure and had to be towed into their dealership. We were pulling our 14k 5th wheel camper when this event happened and were on our way to MA to watch our son graduate in 4 days. The service department prioritized the work on our truck and got it done in a couple of days. If I lived within 100 miles of this dealership, this is where I would go to have repair work done. We may even purchase a new vehicle from this dealership when the time comes to do so and we live in Iowa. THANKS EVERYONE!!!

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from BZ Motors two years ago. The dealer lifted the Jeep so I assumed I would be OK. I could not have been more wrong. Over the two year period I owned the Jeep I had problem after problem. I kept telling them I was concerned for my familys safety driving the vehicle and they always said bring it in and they will look at it (Which I did 4 times). After driving it for a week each time they would always say they could not re-create the issue. They no longer lift vehicles and sell them which tells me they had their fair share of issues with the ones they did lift. I should have known better than to buy a lifted Jeep, however, when the dealer does it you assume it is done correctly and they will stand behind it. I was wrong. They are all nice at the dealership, however, they didnt stand behind what they sold me and for that I would not recommend.Reply back to owner: I do not wish to get into a back and forth war of words over my bad experience, even though your statement is completely false. I had to take my vehicle back three times (220 mile round trip) for you to change the tires and although that was an improvement it was still bad. You only changed the tires as I was going to go the lemon law route. You put the cheapest lift on my Jeep possible. The lift was a $400 lift even though you had a $6,000 upcharge on the Jeep. You put 33 tires on a Jeep with a 6 speed transmission with a 3.21 rear axle. Anyone who knows how to lift vehicles would never do this. My post is simply to inform customers so they do not make the same mistake I did.

I purchased a new vehicle from Bud and Scott from BZ Motors and the vehicle is an absolute LEMON. Only 8 days old the car nearly killed my family on a four way highway in NJ during rush hour, completely shutting off, losing power. Chrysler took it in to “fix” the problem and said they could not “find” anything. We will never drive the unsafe vehicle again, it will sit in my driveway until it rusts into the pile of garbage it is.Neither BUD or Scott did anything to make this right and expect my family to be CRASH TEST DUMMIES for Chrysler. No thanks! Never work with BZ Motors and never buy a Hybrid Pacifica.
