Good deal on oil change. I expressed another concern that they said they couldn’t duplicate but it required actually driving the car which mileage showed they did not drive. The Toyota service bulletin was very clear and just requires an ecm flash. 5 minutes. Shouldn’t have been an issue. They didn’t even know what it was.

I had a great experience! Right when i got there i was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome, i was told my car would take about 3 hours, i got a call an hour later and said my car was done! Fast and efficient! Keep up the great work.

While they were fixing my car, I ended up leaving with my dream car. A 4Runner. They were so helpful and nice and completely above and beyond. Pablo was a great service tech both times I had to go in. They were very busy and it felt good to be acknowledged and remembered when I had to come back. Great service and Ill definitely be using them for any future truck needs.

Service was quick and done well, however, clean up was poor. Car looked like it drove through old oil and splattered up the passenger side of my car, which took quite a while to scrub off.

I went in for a regular maintenance and had an appointment for 8am. I had communicated with staff that I wanted to get updates on my phone and would be in their waiting area. They took over 3 hours and did not updated until I asked for it. I have had several awful experiences here where the male staff are inappropriate and have attempted to give me their numbers. It does not make me feel comfortable to go in alone anymore.

Trudy is by far the most professional service person there is. She will go the extra mile for you. She never rushes you. If you come here, be sure to see her.

Had a 12:00pm appointment for a simple 15k on my RAV4 Hybrid. Was told all they have to do was check fluids and rotate tires. I was waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours with no update so I decided to check with the service advisor, Pablo. Was told that my vehicle was still waiting to be serviced. He pushed up my vehicle to the front of the line. Finally after almost 3 hours, my vehicle was done. Unsatisfactory experience for a simple maintenance appointment.

Had an alignment and oil change done at different times.Had to come back after the alignment because the tech did not set the steering wheel straight, which shouldve been done as part of the process.After the recent oil change, the oil was spilled all over the engine compartment.Service representatives, the ones you deal with when you bring the car in, are very professional and pleasant to deal with. The techs however dont seem to care about getting the job done right.They are conveniently located for me but I am not sure I will be coming back.

Took my car to get an oil change, tire rotation and check fluids. I only drove about 2 miles snd noticed that I have lost a hub cap ( wheel cover). I checked the 3 remainder and 1 was not properly installed either. I will have to check next time before I leave the dealership. Very unhappy about it. I will call on Monday to to place a complaint .

Usually great service, although this last time, I was waiting and waiting for my truck to be done, in their waiting room, only to find out my truck had been done and was sitting across the street in their parking lot. I had not been notified it was done. Alot of wasted time on my end.
