They dont beat around the bush on pricing to see what they can get out of you, they make you a good enough deal that you wont to have to leave the lot and look elsewhere. I was literally in the market for a truck for less than a single day before they was able to get me in one.

I went in to Sakelaris Buick to see about purchasing a used truck they had listed on their website, I wanted to trade in my ford escape for this truck. Got to the dealership and the salesman I had talked to on the phone greeted me and we went and looked at the truck I wanted to purchase. Everything looked good, so we sat down to do the paperwork. They wanted a lot for the truck, so the financing was not working. The finance manager said to take the truck home and work on getting the loan for the truck, so I left my car with them and went home. I worked all weekend to get the loan, but couldnt do it. I went back to the dealership on Tuesday 3/30 and said I couldnt purchase it, I couldnt get the loan and I asked for my car back. I was told that I should just do the loan that would get me the most money and they would make it work, then I was told that they had already sold my car. I was confused, because I still had my title for my car but went to the finance company up the street and got the loan for the truck. The lady at the finance company said that they had done the same thing to her 2 weeks earlier with her trade in, they sold her car without having the title. I sat down with the finance manager and signed all the paperwork and the title for the truck but they wouldnt give it to me until I gave them the title to my car. I still dont have the title to my new truck and it has now been almost 3 weeks. I called the owner about all of this, and he I guess fired all the people that worked there, and now the state police are involved. I was told that they cant release my title because the sale of the truck was an illegal sale and they have to finish the paperwork with the state police. I am driving this truck without a title and I feel very inconvenienced over this entire transaction. I ended up with a loan that was more than I was paying on the other car, and they sold my car before they should have. Im happy that the people that worked there arent there anymore but Im not happy. I only have a few more days to register this truck in my name before I have to pay a penalty and I dont seem to be getting any answers. I have never seen this before, and I hope that I never see it again. This is not how you do business.

Well to make a long story short.Went to them to buy another vehicle.Filled out paperwork told me it wouldnt be a problem because my trade was paid off.This was on a monday Put me in a nice car told me leave my truck there and come back Wednesday to see if I like it and finish paperwork.Went back Wednesday.My truck was gone with all my belongings.Said it was in Columbia getting detailed said I would have my stuff back soon,almost 20days later said they had my stuff I go to get it.missing money that was in truck and my ole ladys jewelry that her mom left to her.I mentioned it as I was going through stuff.Johnatgan said oh he will get back with me.Well to this day they said oh we put out a reward on it.I really doubt it.So we have been talking to an attorney to take legal action for theft. Since the truck was not legally theres yet because they took it on tuesday to Columbia.And after all this went on They kept saying its there fault and they will make it right.They never did I have all this saved in text messages.plus almost 30 days after having car they said oh we cant getcyou financed so I had to take back car and pick my truck up.When I traded my truck nothing wrong with it at all.I go to start my truck battery was shot my new battery was an old one.never again will I go there plus I would not reccomend going there to many places to shop.They will see,me in court soon .To this day never heard anything back.

My morning started off going to Don Vance; I have to say the experience at Don Vance was not what I was expecting; first, the atmosphere was not welcoming; second, they came across as if they were better than the average person. I just wanted to come on and leave a review. I recently purchased a vehicle from the management and sales staff that was let go. So I get a call from the dealership about a week ago saying my deal was never funded and I had to bring back the car. So I called up again and asked for a salesman and I got a guy named Kyle Popkes. He is a new salesman there at the Lebanon location. He and his new GM Dave Johnson went in and looked over the details of the deal and they were able to find a way to let me keep my vehicle. While traveling out of state with our new GMC truck that was malfunctioning, we called Sakeleris to see if they could help (they were the only one of 5 different dealers we contacted who was willing to get us in). The purchase of my truck was the most pleasant transaction that I have ever had at a car dealership. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I was given a fair trade in value for my old truck and a very fair price on my new truck. My salesman David was extremely helpful and Courteous he made our buying experience extremely pleasant.

Until yesterday it was good. Was told all my fluids are not checked during my services. So, literally the last 4 years my transmission fluid was never checked!? Im beyond mad! I have only taken this vehicle there, since I bought it there and trusted all was getting done!.To top if off, I have a new chip in my paint, grease prints on my hood and all over my steering wheel, and amazingly (since apparently, my transmission doesnt get checked) red fluid was on the bumper.So no, I wont be back. The ladies at the desk and checkout were great helpers, that was the only positive from my service.Oh and by the way, my transmission fluid was not as low as they said. I do apparently(what they said) have a leak around a seal, not sure exactly where yet, but i will take that to another shop.I worked in a shop for almost 11 years and this was not an appropriate service. I chose to give my business to a car lot that I had a great history with when purchasing my car and now I wouldnt recommend it again.

You would be doing yourself a disservice by coming to this dealership. I never write reviews, but I feel that this had to be written in order to help others avoid the horror I had to endure. This establishment is by far the most disastrous organization I’ve ever come across. I purchased a vehicle from this location from Las Vegas, NV. I cannot count the amount of times I was mislead and lied to throughout the process. Overall, what I was told was going to be, at most, a week total process from purchasing the vehicle to receiving it, was actually a painfully long 3 week experience. Not a single time did my salesman, Lakhai, reach out to update me, or provide me with information that held true. I had to call or text every single day, and repeat myself numerous times to get the information I needed. The GM, Dave, runs this circus, and he leads by example. Dave and his team proved time and time again to have no sense of integrity, professionalism, structure, or any ethical conduct whatsoever. The GM stated he did not know about my situation until the day of the delivery. Down to the last day, Dave and his team could not get a handle on their business. I had paid for delivery when I purchased the vehicle on April 26th. I had to come out of pocket again on the day of the delivery because Dave failed to pay the transport company prior to the delivery. I feel confident that if I did not have Dave stating in writing that I would get reimbursed the money I had to pay at delivery, that I would have not gotten paid or taken care of. This dealership will put on more stress, bull****, lies, and financial hardship than any vehicle will ever be worth. Unfortunately I was unable to go back on my purchase in the middle of the process because I had signed the paperwork already. Please take this as a warning to take your business absolutely anywhere else. This phony team will cost you more than it’s worth.

I worked with Devante to find the perfect car for me, he worked everything out before I even got there and stayed late to accommodate my late work schedule. He introduced me to Bo upon arrival, who had all the paper work printed and ready for me to sign. The whole process took less than 30 mins. These guys were great! Their “upfront pricing” guarantee is a joke. They claim they have the lowest prices within a 140 (or maybe a 150) mile range—NOT TRUE! We tried to shop local and deal with them but they didn’t really seem too interested. I took the approach with them that we were definitely going to buy a specific model—from the dealership that we could find the best deal. They had quoted us one price by email and then gave us a totally different price face to face that was supposedly the best they could do. (This price was $2000 more than what they quoted us in the email.) I stated that our discussion was over if that was the best they could do b/c I had been researching online and had talked to several other dealers who had better offers on the same vehicle. They tried to assure me that I was wrong—that I was not going to find the vehicle of our choice cheaper than they were offering it to us...Well, I was not wrong. We went to another dealership two days later, and purchased the same vehicle (black instead of red) for several thousand dollars less! Guess who called early the next week wanting to discuss a sale with us? You got it—Sakelaris! It pleased us to inform them that we had already purchased from another dealership. So much for there upfront pricing guarantee!

Had a GREAT buying experience. All of the employees were so helpful and they treat you very well from start to finish. We will definitely be buying more vehicles from them in the future.

Dont let old reviews worry you, the dealership is under new management since June and the new staff is wonderful. They are working hard on the facilities and the inventory is already better--its a new place. The salespeople will work hard to help you find exactly what you are looking for whether it is new or used. Dont be fooled by big city dealers, you can get better deals and definitely more personalized service in this small town.

Walked in my fiance had knew tray for yrs. He was busy so he passed us off to jesus the new guy. We told him what we were looking for. They only had one option it was a 2016 enclave. It was nice found out alittle out of budget. Our main concern was to fit our four little ones so they had 2 2019 caravans and bo informed us we would be able to get in one of those easy. My fiance was NOT wanting a van. So after a bunch of laughs n this n that we signed on a 2019 dodge caravan and we love it. The atmosphere was great. Great customer service and pretty well gained a few I would call friends through our experience thanks guys.

The service was excellent and friendly. But again the waiting room was like a freezer. So ridiculous to have air-conditioning set that cold in the middle of April. It was only 65 outside. Felt like 50 inside.

Im glad I didnt listen to the bad reviews or the couple of people that warned me about the dealership. I will admit I was skeptical at first but once I got there and started talking to the guys everything changed. All the guys there were super nice and easy to talk to. I didnt feel pressured at all to buy the vehicle. Once I decided to buy the vehicle, they offered to pull both vehicles (my trade in and the new purchase) into one of the service bays since it was really chilly outside. Once in there another salesman and my own helped me move the things from my trade in into the new vehicle! I was the only customer on the sales floor most of my visit and instead of walking around the floor looking at their phone (like most other places Ive been) the other salesman came over and struck up a conversation with me. Im not the best at small talk, so Im sorry guys for the less than stimulating conversation, but it was greatly appreciated! I felt welcome and at ease my entire visit, even when signing all the documents. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with was amazing, thank you all! I will definitely be coming back when I need another vehicle.

I found a vehicle online I was interested in for my family. I was told it was a “for parts” only sale because it had a lot wrong with it. I was then called back and told they had a couple vehicles that would suit my family. So I drove an hour and a half. I worked with Jeffrey and at first wasn’t real sure about him but he eventually won me over. We drove a couple of vehicles and I decided on one I wanted. I put a large amount down and the price online does NOT include their warranty package so it is a bit deceiving but it was explained to me and it actually seemed like it was worth the extra. I was there for 5 hours but Calvin worked hard to find a lender that would work with my low credit score and I drove home in the car I wanted. They have a couple little things to work on but overall a good experience and the staff was very welcoming.

Drove 2 1/2 hrs to buy a car they had advertised for $4450 on truecar.com with no disclaimer about adding $1700 for a protection plan we didnt want and another $200 for documentation fees. They will not sell a vehicle without their protection plan. All they said was you should have looked at our website No, you should have had a disclaimer on the actual ad or put the actual price that you were selling it for. Found a better car and deal in Springfield. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SHYSTERS!!!

We bought a truck the beginning of the month salesman spent first thirty minutes explaining that they go over every little detail making sure everything is in good condition. Stated that was why price is more than advertised price. First time we took truck out on interstate it was horrible shaking and vibrating. Took it back and they fixed issues with tires and balance. Look at loan papers and an unexplained $3500. They tacked on a warranty without even discussing it with us. Got that taken care of. Go to get it licensed and it is missing paperwork signatures and an out of state inspection that is required before we can license it. Another trip to dealer. Within a few minutes of leaving dealer change oil light comes on. We have only driven this truck about 100 miles. They lied about making sure it was in good working order...not even an inspection. Service department has been great helping us. Be warned not a good place to purchase a vehicle.

I told Devante what I was looking for and after looking for 2-3 weeks he sent me pictures of one that matched what I wanted. After getting down there around 5:45 I test drove the truck and decided it wasn’t for me. Never once did I feel pressured into buying it. After a while of talking he told me with the price range I was looking at, that I can get a brand new one for that. So he took me out and showed me one and had me drive it and showed be everything I needed to know about the truck! By 9 o’clock he shot me a price and a trade in value I couldn’t say no to and pulled the trigger on a new 2020 GMC AT4. He made sure I had everything I needed and when we realized it was missing a few included items he was quick to get them ordered and has kept in touch with me since the day I bought it! All in all I will definitely go back if I ever decide to buy another. Oh and the rest of the staff there was awesome with our little one and made sure she never had a second without candy in her hand! If your looking for a new or used vehicle call them up and ask for Devante Chew!
