Son paid cash for a 2012 Subaru Outback, following day car started having issues, into the second week and now waiting to get it into a Subaru dealer because lights are popping up all over it. Called the dealer let him know about the issues, his words was AND what do you want me to do about it. Not his problem. Horrible businessman and business... Do Not buy from them!

Hard and pushy, cars aren’t even worth half of their asking price and the owner or salesmen belittled us the whole time. Wouldn’t recommend even attempting business with them.

Absolutely horrible place and experience DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue from them that seemed to be in great condition until the transmission started to have trouble not even a month after buying it. They said they would not take care of the issue even though they had to have known about the issue before hand having barely used the car a month. They treated me with little to no respect after they took far too long to mail me the title to my car and have horrible attitudes when talking to customers. Seriously would not recommend, the prices are low for a reason apparently.

I have no complaints against the actual auto dealers, but I do want to warn others about a warranty service they sale for some of their cars. Please do not blindly purchase the freedom warranty if it’s presented to you. Please do yourself a favor and look into the warranty company and look at their online reviews both Facebook and google. Don’t waste your money on this warranty and whatever you do don’t depend on them to come through and fix anything. I had purchased a 2013 Kia and it broke at about the 2 year mark with engine issues. The car was routinely maintained and check up as my father is a mechanic (small things oil changes, fluids, breaks- all major mechanical issues have to be dealt with thru the warranties approved places). None the less I had purchased the 5 year warranty through freedom from the car dealership and of course they denied my claim. My car still sits to this day, just waiting to pay it off so I can junk it. They pretty much denied the claim because my father did the oil changes which he was allowed through the contract- it wasn’t major work. But they denied his receipts etc, basically his documentation wasn’t good enough for them. I just want to warn others to look into the warranty and read the reviews before purchasing- if it sounds too good to be true it’s because it probably is. Please read the reviews and you will see there’s a bunch of complaints just like mine for freedom warranty. Hoping maybe this dealership stopped doing business with them but I doubt that. Once again I want to reiterate I don’t blame this on the dealership the car was great and no way they could have known any issues would arise- but I expected everything to be okay cause I had a 5 year warranty that should have covered the work it needed.

Shea was professional and friendly, but not pushy. Good selection of vehicles. Found the vehicle that I was looking for. Although there was an issue with the vehicle, they fixed the problem, no charge. They have very good mechanics working there.

I am an out-of-town buyer. Always buy local. However, the friendliness of the sales staff and quick response to my emails motivated me to make the 30 minute trip. Salesman equipped me with all the information I needed to make an informed buying decision. No pressure whatsoever. Gave me several names of area mechanics that could do a quick inspect of the vehicle. Allowed me to have the vehicle for a few hours while I test drove, had it mechanic inspected, and stopped for lunch to review all the information. Purchased exactly what Ive been looking for in the price range I needed. Definitely a place to purchase from again. Lebanon is a nice little town. You should definitely make the trip and check this dealership out. Very glad I did.

This place is bad about fixing stuff on cars . They are more worried about selling you a loan and a warranty then a car. We got our own financing from my bank at over half of what they wanted. I did get a good deal because I didnt let them bump up the price with extra stuff.

While the purchasing process was simple, I was in and out with a new truck in no time. However, Ive had my vehicle 24 days and have already needed to take it to the my car shop multiple times, this has been such an inconvenience. The engine light turned on after a week of purchasing, after I spent money on a diagnostic it turned out to be a bad catalytic converter. Luckily, warranty covered this $1,000 expense. Now, Im dealing with a dead battery already and will have to pay over $220 to get a new one and get it installed. I would do it myself but the way the electrical box sits on the battery, I need to have it professionally done. Ive purchased used vehicles before, and I have never in my life needed to take them in so soon and as frequent as I have already. Starting to feel I shouldve listened to these other reviews. It has only been a month, lets see what other issues Ill have.

They called me to set up an appointment for the next day. When I showed up they said the car was sold the day before after they made the appointment. When I called to complain, saying I just wish I would have gotten a phone call about the car being sold, they said they have no record of me making an appointment and he basically didn’t acknowledge the situation and blamed it on me. I’m not mad they sold the car, I just wish I was notified before I drove an hour. Seems like they need more organization.PS. If you’re looking at the 2015 black Buick Regal the tire was so flat that the rim was touching the ground so I’d make sure the rim is okay before you buy it

I went with my daughter to purchase her first car. There arent walls and business is conducted at tables while others are discussing their personal business. I dont think giving social security numbers and other sensitive information should be done with multiple people literally sitting right beside you. Aside from the lack of privacy, my daughter got the information on three vehicles that she was interested in so she could call the insurance and see which would be her best option. She was given the keys to one vehicle to check it out and she couldnt get it to start. I tried, thinking maybe she was doing something wrong. It was completely dead. She made an appointment to come back the next morning and drive that car and her second choice. When we walked in (the lady we made an appointment with) the lady acted like we were bothering her and apparently didnt record our appointment. She told my daughter the car she wanted to test drive sold the night before, after we left. It was an all-around bad experience.

We bought a 2007 Volvo s40 thinking we were getting a deal for 5 grand and around 100k miles. Staff reported an issue with some CV joints which we took into account fixing prior to purchasing the Volvo. Many of the reported features of the car were not included, such as an auxiliary input. Shortly after buying the car we quickly realized that the timing belt needed fixed, which was NOT reported by the dealer: it took about a grand to fix the timing belt. The air conditioning is also out and will take close to a grand to fix. Overall we have put 2800$ into the car and thats NOT including fixing the AC. We pretty much got screwed over by this dealer so please beware.

They buy cars at auction with damage but clean title fix them up and sell them as car fax clean clear no damage no accident one owner cars. Mike admitted this to me. I called shay several times asking if anything wrong with car and if it had been in an accident. He said no than when I found out the truth he told me he had 40 cars in his lot and could not be responsible for remembering everything on every vehicle. Wasted my time dont let them waste yours.

I bought a Chevy Cruze 2014 that had a scratch along side the driver side they said they would fix it but never did, finally they said they can fix it for another $500.00 I paid the money and never fix the scratch. Very bad people to do business. Don’t buy from them

I have never had a better car buying experience. The salesman told me up front what the issues were with the car without me having to ask him, let me take it for a test drive, and was very willing to negotiate on price. In addition, they went above and beyond for me, fixing a window on my car that broke after I purchased the vehicle. This is a great place to shop for a used car and I absolutely recommend them to everyone.

1star just to get a review on. Think long and hard about buying a vehicle from here. They sold me a Chevy Avalanche with some safety issues that i ask them to have repaired. ie:tail lights and brake lights and dash lights all of which could have cost me a ticket. Radio is locked out and found out it doesnt even belong in this truck. Sagamore loves to sell but not repair.

Didnt try to sell us on something more expensive, unlike other dealers. After shopping around we couldnt find a better price/milage deal than they had here at sagamore. Receptionist was very sweet to my wife and I. After asking about anything done to car owner was very upfront didnt do the usual run around. Keep it up sagamore, Ill be back as soon as you guys get a focus RS in 😁
