I should have read the service reviews before taking my Jeep to have something installed. They had my car for a week to do a recall, an installation (of which I supplied the parts) and we also asked for an appraisal. They called to let me know how much the installation would be and wow. Just way beyond what I was quoted at a place that does these installations daily. I guess I should have known better when Cronin had an opening in a week versus the other place I would have had to wait a month and a half for an opening. It was also more than 3 times more expensive! I called and left a voicemail asking to not have it installed and that I would like to speak to someone about an itemized bill to see what was costing so much. They claim they never got the voicemail and installed it anyways. So Im out way more than I should have been. Maybe they are hard up for money since they moved into a new building. I Dont understand why its hard to find a good place to do business when it comes to cars. For some reason I always have high hopes that a Jeep dealership should be more trustworthy but that was not my experience, sadly. Unfortunately, I read reviews after my bad experience. I hope you dont do the same.

Service was great, but they have coupons on their website that you can print that advertises a 29.95 synthetic blend oil change. I was told that they do not offer synthetic blend at their shop. I went in thinking I would be paying that price plus a tire rotation (additional 19.95) 72 dollars later my car was finished.I was there the first day the new location was opened with the same coupon, and I was able to at that time. I’m a customer satisfaction person, and I also like consistency. I’m very saddened that they basically either have false advertising, or people who don’t think customer satisfaction is a thing. Don’t advertise something that you don’t provide and then tell the person after the fact! (I asked about the coupon when I scheduled my appointment with the receptionist named crystal)

Once we agreed on the numbers over the phone/email, I took the ✈️ from ATL to CVG and went to the dealership to pick the vehicle. I negotiated with three other dealers for a new Ram 1500 this week. Performance in Centerville and another dealer in Youngstown refused to go below MSRP. Jeff Wyler in Columbus “negotiated” from $5k OVER MSRP to 3k OVER, and said that was their best deal. Some dealers I contacted did not respond at all. However, Rob at Cronin was great. Very knowledgeable, and Cronin was willing to make a fair deal. They earned my business, and this is one of the few times I’ve purchased a vehicle where I felt the dealer was honest and not trying to trick me into anything. Excellent car buying experience, I would certainly recommend giving them the opportunity to treat you the same.

The circumstances where a bit unique and started with a call and we’re mostly completed over the phone but I still felt I was the most import thing he had to be handling that day! Definitely will not consider this place for services again. First time and last time coming today. Just wanted an oil change and every step of the way the guy fought me. I had the jeep coupon that Ive used at Kings and the guy would not take it because you have to redeem during the week and your car takes more oil and we do synthetic. Okay, well Ive had my oil changed before using the same coupon for full synthetic and no issues elsewhere. Also no where on the coupon or website does it say must be redeemed on weekdays. Then he claims we need an appointment, for express lane? Once again Ive used express lane before and we were the only ones in the express lane at 8am... Also neither the website or the sign for express lane says appointments only. Then he fought me again on the coupon saying it really should be $145 and not $100 that it says. Im sorry but weve only been open 3 months is not an excuse to treat customers this way. It was clear he didnt want the work and the note was received. If youre considering services, go to Kings Auto. I have never had a bad experience there and they always welcome me.

OK I LOVE CRONIN...let me tell you why. This being the first time I bought a car from a dealership, I was nervous and took a loooong time. And the amazing Cory went above and beyond. He was exceptional at taking the time to listen and answer every question I had with patience and professionalism. I took 8 hours to decide on this Jeep, which happened to be the first car Cory suggested. And he smiled with me throughout the entire day and empowered me to follow my heart and get my first Jeep. I Love it, and I love that Im a Jeep girl now :)

Tony was fantastic! Matter of fact, Rob greeted us, then we ended up working with Bob and Tony putting numbers together. They were all very professional, personable and fun people to work with. Tony went to the lengths of making sure we just took the Jeep home for the night to test drive. Tony sent Rob out to fill it up with fuel for us. When we took delivery, Tony made sure everything was explained to us to operate all of the gadgets on the vehicle and he also made sure the vehicle was detailed to our liking. Even Andy came by while we were waiting and sat and chatted with us. I would recommend and send friends to Cronin to work with Tony and Bob. There were several other sales people that jumped in on the deal to help with any questions that Tony may not have been able to answer. These guys/gals really work like a team there. I dont think you can go wrong at Cronin. We are excited to see their new facility opening in April.

Ive had the opportunity to work with the folks at Cronin CDJR on a few vehicle transactions since Cronin bought the dealership a couple years back. It is a much changed dealership for the better, and their new location is beautiful, with a great waiting area and fantastic service / parts people too. Most recently, I worked with Cory, and previously with Grant - both of whom were very nice, no pressure, professional and responsive salespeople. Management is extraordinary too, most recently helping me sell a vehicle that no other dealership would touch. And my experience is that their vehicle pricing is extremely competitive compared to other CDJR dealerships around the area. The finance team always finds competitive rates/terms and is cognizant of my time so that I dont waste all day in the finance office! Overall, Im glad we have great dealerships here in Lebanon so that I dont have to drive all over to shop and get my vehicles serviced!

Started our day wanting to find a Jeep Wrangler for our 19 year old daughter. My husband took her down to Cronin and quickly was helped by Cory and Brian H. They found her a beyond perfect 2021 Jeep Wrangler under our monthly price range we gave them! Crazy right!So then my husband just knew I’d be wanting one once I seen our daughters. So he had a different 2021 Jeep Wrangler pulled up waiting on me to see when I got there. Of course I loved it!! Cory and Brian got the payment in our range, trade in made easy, and we said yes to that Jeep as well! And since they were making the process so easy and we were having a great time buying the cars and not a dreadful experience, we called our older daughter down to Cronin to look at another 2021 Jeep Wrangler there. I typically HATE car dealerships! It just feels like work... that I end up paying for. But honestly, even though I didnt end up buying yet, this group of sales people were just fun and energetic. One guy named Grant that I spoke with wasnt pushy at all, made small talk, and really knew his stuff. All the while being easy to talk to! It took 30 minutes of wandering around looking on my own, before anyone came to ask if I had any questions.At Cronin, the young salesman, Rob Spurlock, was right there to help. 1st of all I have to say I absolutely love my truck. I cannot give an honest 5 star review because I felt like I did more of the work for the sale than the person who I was working with. The salesman very kind but not very knowledgeable when it came to hauling compacity and details of the vehicle( I am gonna guess they were new).. I was promised several things including having my truck dropped as it was lifted. Right after I picked it up for being detailed and all the work that they were gonna do to make the sale.... I was informed oh and by the way we cant drop it because it would cost money to do so and its only 4 inches so its not worth it. Because I really wanted the truck and I liked the truck I let it go... even though I am a shorter man and the extra 4 inches in height does make a difference. Overall experience was good and I would consider using them again although I would double check with everything promised or get it in writing....PS my wife loves the truck!!

I decided to try Cronin Ram service to fix some recalls and get my 60,000 service completed on my 2016 Ram Rebel. I was very impressed with Kevin Steele, the service manager. Very friendly and effective. I’m addition, I’ve never had the technician come out and talk to me about the truck and the work they did. Rich is an excellent technician with a super attention to detail. I’ll definitely will be back for service and will ask to work again with both Kevin as the service manager and Rich the technician.

Absolutely terrible! When I went to pick my jeep up from the dealership the interior was not cleaned. Sticky stuff in the cup holders, dash was a mess, and they said they detailed it twice. Also the spare tire on my jeep was not put on they put it on the back of my trunk. The antenna was removed they never mentioned that. Also the tools to take off the doors and top wasn’t included. Once I traded my jeep in shortly after the terrible experience. They were hard to get in contact with about my refunds and STILL have not refunded! It has been almost a month! Do not recommend very unhappy with my service after words.

If you dig through the reviews you’ll find the common factor of 1-star ratings, service. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances to redeem theirselves. The final nail come over the past few months of trying to get a service completed, to the point of showing up for the service, leaving with a rental to return home with a call from service stating they did not have the part. Calling multiple times since that time to get the part. Finally having the part (when I called them). I scheduled a service to finally get this completed. Service was scheduled, and with the history I’ve had, I called the parts department to check that they had the part (which they did not.) So, had I relied on them again I would have been in the same situation a 2nd time. Long story short, I always own Ram/Jeep and I never had issues before Cronin took over the dealer, and will seek future service & sales at Kings or Performance.

If it was possible to give negative stars that’s exactly what I would rate this places service department. Never had an issue before but I called today because my car is making a weird loud noise and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude, talked to me like I was interrupting her entire day, and would not do anything to help and see if she could squeeze me in to just have someone come out and listen to the noise to see if they might recognize what it could be. Great to know when you buy a brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler from them they will not help you when your having issues. Will not come back here for service or to buy a new car in the future and I will make sure everybody I know doesn’t either.

I was shopping for a used truck. Found a truck I liked on cronins website. Did not like all of the pinstriping that was on the truck. When I got there Rob Spurlock came out and introduced himself. He was super laid back and let me look at what I wanted without overly bearing his sales assistance. I took the truck a test drive talk to Rob had them take the pinstriping off and I bought the truck. From start to finish RobSpurlock was outstanding. Followed through on every detail and agreement we had. Even after I purchased the truck Rob got me a spare key. Any vehicles in the future I will be going and seeing Rob. As for the dealership all the staff there was super nice and friendly thank you and look forward in the future to buy in more vehicles from you.

The employees at this dealership are fantastic. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and treated with respect. My salesman Zack went above and beyond for me. Told him what I was looking for and he showed me a truck that would work perfect for me with and I didnt feel pressured at all. Since the truck was in service as they just received it in trade Zack came and picked me up the next day to get it. Cronin and Zack now have a new customer for when I need another vehicle.
