They were great people. I showed up hours earlier then I planned they got us taken care of. Doug was great to deal with I was given a different quote on the phone he pulled some strings and got us a killer deal at a great price. Then he helped us to buy one of their electric bikes!!! They were the best and easiest dealership to deal with!

Last month I purchased a DuraBull aluminum trailer. I traveled two hours to get there. I am very happy with the trailer, great product. I wasEven more impressed with the sale and the service they gave me. I had a problem with my hitch and it would not work properly. Bought a brand new wheeler two weeks ago. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with they were quick to fix a battery issue with it the following week. Dealt with them before delivering machines to them and always had a top notch attitude which was the deciding factor on driving an hour out of the way to make a purchase.

I walked in and walked out, went somewhere else. I didnt like the effort of the sales pitch, nor did I like the comment cash isnt king here. So I went else where an got myself a 2021 polaris for cash. I was happy with the comment they would deliver. So I gave a three start, Buy again I had my buddy with a trailer with me ready to buy. Im a influencers and I have over 80 k views on travel with google at the moment. Really wish I would of gotten treated like they actually cared to sell something today. Your right Im a female cash is not king. Im Queen B in my life.

I am a fellow Arctic cat dealer, but not wildcat. Needed to find a wildcat dealer to help one of our customers out, and they didn’t hesitate to assist. Spoke with the owner and some staff and they were a friendly group of guys, and knowledgeable as well. If you are in the area, I would recommend giving them a shot.

Would not recommend, even though they’re the only arctic cat dealer around I would travel somewhere else. We called to see if they had to part in stock and said they did, we get there and did not have it so we were charged for the wrong part. Then, we paid for the correct part to have it ordered and was told it’s be in a couple days and we’d get a call. Over a week goes by, no call so we call and told it’s on back order and don’t know when we’ll get the part.

Terrible service! Bought my 2017 ZR 9K Cat snowmobile there & had great sale & Service experience. New service tech is clueless. Had electrical issue & got charged $250 & issue reoccurred next time riding. Had oil change and sled leaking oil after their service & they charged me $250 to fix, said it wasn’t them Then they had wires not reconnected after taking engine apart. Had to spend $300 at another Cat dealer to fix the electrical issue, they said wires melting next to muffler with no heat shield caused issue. Will never use them again and do not recommend!

Mikey was dam awesome with making this a smooth process to get me out of a car that I was just ok with to the car of mine and my wife dreams.

They have always beaten everybody elses price when I have been in the market for a bike, snowmobile, or side by side.

Probably the best service Ive recieved from any motorsport dealer in Maine. Just spent nearly 2hrs with the owner, test driving and providing every pro and con on every unit we looked at in order to make the right purchase. Clean facilities and highly knowledgeable staff!

They don’t seem to care much about their customers or their purchases. Didn’t need service, I brought my machine in for them to check over before making a 900 mile trip for “peace of mind”. Wanted to be proactive to identify and repair so I wouldn’t have a breakdown while away. Didn’t get the piece of mind I was looking for, but did pay $250.00 for whatever. Never provided me any detail of what was done, said it was “in the computer “.

I own a vacation cabin in Maine and I take all my machines to NE Motorsports. Josh handles all of my claims in a professional manner. He makes me feel like family when Im there, even though I only see him a few times per year. All the staff at this location are good people. I wouldnt think of dealing with anyone else.

We always get A+ service from NE Motorsports without the extra cost. If we have any problems with the toys; it’s our first call to schedule an appointment. Quick and easy to order anything you need which is very important this time of the year. Keep up the great work!

Great shop to deal with! I have bought a couple of sleds there over the years, the most recent a 2012. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in. The service department is knowledgeable about all the factory updates and does great work! I would highly recommend them. The showroom gets better every year as well.

Went in looking for a utv. Didnt wanna pay redic price a month asked Dan if there was somthing he can find in a certian price range. Day later Bam deak made went picked it up he stayed 1.5 past his closing time and loaded it in the truck. Great service.

Sales was great, currently disappointed on repairs. Dan has been great at communicating and is doing great with making things right with my machine.

My family was a longtime customer of this establishment then things changed. Last few years of service our watercraft has not performed well and is commonly out of the water and in the shop despite the apparent servicing done to it. Last three times we have brought the machine there the technicians have forgotten the battery, battery lead nuts, and key/lanyard which required a separate trip back to the shop each time the machine was brought there. More recently, we had an adjustment done on the carb that ran on the hose but broke down in the middle of the lake its maiden voyage back. Dont get me wrong, the people at NE Motorsports are nice guys, but the service and actual work leaves much to be desired. If you get your servicing done at NE Motorsports i would highly recommend going somewhere else or buying a rope for your inevitable tow back to the dock.

The old dealership was awesome. The prices were great. The staff was amazing and friendly. They made you feel like family. No pressure to buy what you do not want.they didnt rip you off when they did service for you. Alot of friends say the new owners are very nice and friendly. Havent been yet to meet the new owners but am looking forward to it. My wife and I do alot of Atv riding so we are always buying parts and accessories and having service done. Plus they are the only local arctic cat dealer.

The new owners at this place are clueless... they ride Polaris and can am??? I brought my atv here for warranty work, they told me is was not covered (and charged me) so brought it to another cat dealer and they covered it under warranty. Do yourself a favor and find a new dealer to service your Cat. The old gray haired guy is wierd, knows nothing about power sports. I was a long time customer but I will never go here again and I’m telling my friends that ride cats to find another dealership.Buyers beware the owner of this business has a history of scamming people out of money. He bought a coffee business in northern Maine from a friend of mine and they needed to sue him in court to get there money. This is not a guy you want to do business with.

I dont know what happened to this place...but ever since Josh left its a total joke. My buddy bought a brand new sled from them after the season had ended last year...put it away for summer. Fast forward to this season, sled wont stay running...barely starts, sputters, dies, etc.Back to the dealer. After about 2 weeks they told him it was fixed, went to pick it up and it was doing the same thing! They had completely drained an entire tank of brand new fuel, AND charged him a couple hundred bucks even though they fixed nothing! Not to mention it was bought BRAND NEW less than a year ago and should have been covered under warranty...but they claim it wasnt since it was a leftover.Well, it went right to Livingstons. Livingstons quickly diagnosed it as a failed fuel pump, ordered the parts and made the repairs...as well as repairing some throttle parts that Northeast damaged in the process of their repairs...and the kicker? Livingstons got Cat to cover 100% of the cost, zero cost to my friend!Northeast Motorsports was great when Josh was there, I bought my sled there, had all my services done there, oil, gear etc...I even drove past a closer dealer to get to them, but myself and all the guys we ride with will never go to this joke of a dealership again.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, this place will waste your time and money.

If you are shoping around make certain you get a very detailed written quote from this place. Have the quote list in detail what extras are to be incuded in the price or you will be very sorry in the end if you decide to purchase from this dealership. Take pictures of the model and have sales staff in the picture as they sometimes trade out items to give it a different look.We purchased a UTV from this shop .... unfortunately it was one of the models that has several recall issues. I ended up needing to take my machine to another dealer to get all my warranty /recall work completed and discovered that Northeast Motorsports tech only half did my first recall. ( The solenoid to my winch caught fire!) These techs just cut the old wires off and said you are without a winch, never replaced the harness wiring in preparation for the solenoid.My second issue with the ATV was melting of the fire wall and was told that I had caused this by having my dog and cooler in the cargo space. Hmmm I discovered that there was another recall bulletin emailed to the dealers 2 business days prior to me calling this.Oh, I forgot to mention I was a 2 hour ride one way to this shop! This was our first and last purchase from this dealership.

These guys have saved the day. On 4 separate occasions 2 times on sled 2 times on wheeler. surprised at what they have for parts in stock. Everytime I think my weekends over they seem to get me back out on the trail. My next machine will come from them for sure.

Called them for a price on a part that had to be ordered and was quoted $70.00, drove down there about 4 weeks later to pay and order and all of a sudden the same part was $145.00, was told no way that cant be, needless to say i left, went home and called Reynolds in Buxton ordered what i needed and the price was $64.13 after tax, I will NEVER walked into northeast again and neither should you !!! LOL had to click on a star to post this, zero stars !!!!!!!
