Terrible customer service. Placed an order many weeks ago and I can’t get a tracking number or even a response.

10/10 Highly recommend! I placed my first order on 01/10/21 and another order on 01/19/21. Received both orders on 01/25/21. Amazing quality products, great TAT, awesome customer service! Will be shopping again!

Poor communication skills, poor customer service.

I have ordered several things from this small business including bleaching wood cut outs, bleached tees and sublimation prints. Autumn is always so helpful and shares her information with everyone. She is one of the hardest working people I know and I will continue to do business with her!

I love this small business! The service is great. Shipping policies are clearly stated and the stencils are awesome. They are the same quality as Chalk Couture stencils. If you treat them right, you will get many uses from them.

This shop is fabulous! I love that they go out of their way to create custom pieces, are always adding new items and quick to jump in on the next hot thing while also maintaining a sense of individuality and unique designs of their own. They are courteous and quick, and strive to keep their following engaged and updated.

All I want is a refund. told me it was shipped but I filed a lost package request with USPS months after it was sent and they said the label was created but never shipped. My tracking number and updates from their link to my order number says that it wasn’t shipped. All I want is my money back...

I have ordered several stencils from The Chalk Pair . Many of the orders have been for custom items, Autumn is and has always been very pleasant to work with. She makes certain that I get the look that i want. Im very happy with the products and customer service..I highly recommend The Chalk Pair!!

While we had some struggles with ribbon orders being lost during Covid, the owner was easy to get a hold of and kept me up to date the entire time. She had high order demand but quality and communication was top notch! Will definitely keep them in mind for future orders for home decor and shirts!

Edited to add: They completely went above and beyond to fix the mistake. Not only did I get a refund, but I also got all my ordered transfers, along with an apology note and extra transfers. Thank you so much for making this right.I ordered 8 sublimation transfers from them on June 29th, 2021. It said it would arrive by July 7th, which was completely fine. The website stated 2-5 business days for turn-around time, again fine. I hadnt received my order by the 10th so I emailed them. They apologized and said it was overlooked and had been pulled and would be mailed that Monday. Again by the 17th still no order and website said it was still unfulfilled. I emailed again just wondering when it would be sent because Im aware mistakes happen, never asking for a refund or complaining. My email back is they got overwhelmed with orders and mine was again overlooked so they canceled my order and refunded my money. I never wanted my refund, only my sub transfers.

Autumn and her husband have went above and beyond and out of their way a few times for me when it came to my orders. I’ve always received my products from this business when I’ve placed an order. This is a great business to order from, the real deal, nothing fake or a scam about them! They will always be my go to for my supplies.

I ordered a sunflower wreath kit this past Summer. It didnt arrive when expected but after reaching out to them, they replied very quickly and offered to send out a new wreath kit for free. I declined and wanted to wait a aew more days. It showed up and while I havent completed it (my hobby is collecting hobbies) the items are quality and the directions perfect.

Ordered transfers from Autumn and had them so quick. Had some issues with bleaching following what I thought was her procedure on TikTok and commented on on of her videos about it. She responded back super quick and helped me out when, clearly, she didnt need to at all! I was super impressed with her customer service and love watching al of her videos. Would 10 out of 10 recommend her and her company!

This family run, family owned business is just precious! All artwork, projects, kits and builds are done by Autumn and her very can-do husband! Custom orders are their specialty and she is so much fun to watch when doing live videos, trainings, etc.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with this seller. Horrible customer service. He had the utter audacity to get rude with me for requesting a refund after waiting over 7 weeks and no delivery. He then laughably tried to blame the recent winter storm for the lateness of my order that was placed 6 weeks prior to the storm. The best part? He then advised me to take my business elsewhere stating any orders would be immediately refunded. As if I would ever consider purchasing from them again. Ive taken my business to Etsy where the prices are lower, the customer service is professional and your items are actually delivered as promised. Take my advice and do the same.

I received my shirt finally after close to two months processing time only to get it n see the lettering wasn’t straight as well as the shirt was dirty with dog hair all over it! It’s sad I am not the only experiencing a bad review with thechalkpair! I asked for a return label when all of all sudden the wife left a message sorry no returns! I was never able to wear the shirt! Total waste! Go thru someone else!

This is crazy to hear how many people are going thru the samething! I ordered back in November! Still hearing excuses why I don’t have the product I ordered or a refund! Same here! Order is delayed by weeks! She was very rude with me as well when I asked why I haven’t gotten my shirts yet! I too asked for a refund a week ago n still waiting on that! I too ordered off Etsy!do not order from this site! The chalk pair is a scam! U will never get the product n still waiting on a refund!

The worse! Chalk pair has came up with excuses after excuses! Made a order dec 1! Clearly shows I would have my product by Xmas! Instead I get a email of the wife complaining n whining they got to many order to have orders out on time! As she argued back m forth the entire time about turn around time being up to 11 business days! Today was the 11th day n I asked for the tracking information instead she whines about completing the orders n goes on to say she clearly states on their so called site turn around time!! Well my order was in the time frame of everything she tried using excuses for! Absolutely a waste! I highly suggest going onto Etsy n finding a another small busniess to support for this one is a fraud n scam!

Took over 3 months to receive a replacement shirt that got lost in the mail.
