And if they cant help or find an item, they will gladly order it for you. 4 out of 5 stars only because the prices seem a little elevated. Awesome store... large selection.... but far too expensive.

Ive gone one time so far. I did enjoy shopping and the cleanliness of the store. The customer service was really great and they will go out of their way to help you find what it is that youre looking for even if its not in the store they will try to look it up on the internet to help you really find what youre looking for. I really like BBB and what they have to offer, when I get there and start brousing I usually see things I wanted to get on my last trip to the store. Im always picky about the pricesany where I go (due to the fact that Im on a fixed income) but I can go in there and shop, and normally get everything I need, I just recently moved and needed several things so I made a day of it. If I cannot find something that I needed the customer service is always there to help, actually if you cannot find what you are looking for theyll see you looking for something and ask if you need some assistance and if they cannot find your item the will look in back or check the stock on the computer, if not in the store theyll order it for you on their computers. Always polite, and professionals and helpful.😁

Who wouldnt love shopping here?! THEY HAVE EVERYTHING FOR YOUR BED AND BATH! But the beyond is what I love most. The beyond gets you anything you can think of to organize your home, dishes for beautiful table settings, top of the line cookware and not so top of the line, everything for kitchens, gift registry, beauty supply, outdoor living etc.When I go I always spend hours in the store walking around because they always have something I didnt think of that I really need and they have so much that I didnt need but definitely figured out I want (that may be a shopping addiction lol) but whichever the case, I have to look at every single thing. The staff know that store like the back of their own hand. Any one of them can tell you where something is if youre looking for it. If they see you looking perplexed they stop and ask if you need help finding something. They are what customer service used to look like everywhere. I will always frequent the stores that still hold true to old school customer care. If they cant find it in the store theyll order it for you and if you pay upfront theyll have it shipped to your house so you dont have to come back out for that item and in this time of the pandemic that gets a big star 🌟 in my book. They were cleaning and sanitizing throughout the entire store the whole time I was there. Even the cashiers were wiping after each customer. I love that! For that, you get my 5 stars!!!

Im so upset got a wedding gift from the registry 3/15/20 and trying to return it the wedding is been off since end of March the registry name under Tori Cruse and Kenneth Neece. They have curbside open for online. I feel they should at least send me a prepaid to mail it back to the company. I understand the virus thing, but everything is opened now. If they dont take care of this. I will never shop there ever again. At the least they could call and talk to me. And I have the receipt and it aint never been open.

I like shopping there anytime, but especially when l want something unique, that special something not everyone seems to carry. I love finding fun and or quirky things for family and friends, along with the every day stuff too! The store is nice and people who work there helpful and friendly.

I have been to several other BB&Bs and have never experienced a level of customer service like this store has. Greeted as we come in, spoken to as we walk through the store, sometimes even shown new random oddities by a sales clerk that is cleaning up or stocking shelves. It is always clean and employees are always helpful.

They had a lot of things for everyone. Very clean and helpful people. I bought a spa pillow and bath may for inside the tub for $29.99. If you are looking to buy new towels or kitchen ware that is the place I would recommend

Not the biggest bed bath and beyond nor does it have the greatest selection but the staff was helpful and friendly when we were making returns and using coupons and what not. they even offered to put certain items on order for us. the manager is very nice

Nice place. They have a variety of cloth, bathroom accessories and more. Employees greet you with much kindness and compassion, and most times ask if there is anything you either need or if you need help finding anything.

Large selection and the people were nice. (Yes its expensive but all bed bath and beyond are)

It was pretty empty when I was there. I got to walk around and see things in peace. It was clean and everything neatly put up. Pricey with the exception of a couple of things. They need to put price tags on their shelves or items. It’s frustrating to look at something n wonder how much it cost. There weren’t but a couple of works around, I understand as it was slow in there.

Bought more curtain rods for smaller Windows. People were very friendly and helpful and that store was full with Christmas shoppers and they still made you feel like you were the only one that counted. That was NICE. Atmosphere festive

Looks like this is a pretty new location. Very clean, friendly employees and a wide variety of items. Like and Bea Bath &Beyond, the prices are fairly high and most items you can purchase cheaper at another store or online.

The only correction that was needed is posting the correct hours of business at Bed, Bath and Beyond in Lawton, OK which is 10:00am and not 9:00am and that has been corrected now. Thank you!

I bought my daughter a Fitbit Alta for Christmas on sale in October. She opens it today and the watch is scratched up, filthy and obviously used. Also missing the connection piece for the computer. The watch was NEVER marked as a returned or open box item and Fitbit wont even talk to me because its already been registered. Im so angry. And of course I cant find my receipt.
