Showers are second-to-none here. Store is clean however this place is a little bit confusing. LOL it is a gas station, truck stop, Bar, Casino plus it has a Burger King and a taco place as well built into it. Everything was super clean Im very nice.

The staff at this TA has treated me so well and with professionalism, especially Gizzelle. She is truly what customer service is all about. Thank you for being so welcoming and kind to this Texas native.

Go to Pilot! There is a power group of security guards there that will protect your parking spot when you pay! These security guards here are lazy fat old and will refuse to do their job! Such a useless bunch of people! You pay to park and get there and they won’t even try to help you! Go to PILOT THEY WILL ENSURE IF YOU PAY FOR A SPOT YOU WILL GET IT! Not here! Lazy crew!

What I like about this T/A is that showers and laundry are usually available here without much of a wait. They have a little casino, decent food, and convenience store.Edit...whatever you do, dont eat one of those green Chile breakfast burritos

Good luck finding a FREE parking place, almost all parking is RESERVED. Even at 9am there was only a couple free parking places.

There is nothing at this TA thats any different than any other TA, except for the casino and Bar LOL. For truckers not wanting to do a lot, this is a good place to be without having to go too far. A lot of stuff in the area oh, and the strip is 10 minutes or so away

Do not listen to these disgruntled losers. This place is worth checking out if you need a shower or laundry or a bite to eat. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The bathroom/showers were SPOTLESS!! The laundry room was also spotless and easy to use!

I thought this place.was average until I got out of the showers and walked to store. When I walked past cashier door the Manager and bar tender about freaked out as if they were going to get robbed. Mut of been watching to many movies. I suggest moving the cashier door away from the showers so theres no confusion, then maybe the customers dont have to feel awkward. After reading some of these reviews it makes a lot of sense now. Other then the staff the showers are clean and I had no other problems.

A bunch of scary security guards who will not help you when you pay for truck parking! Complete wimps! They will not help you even if you spent money there for a week! Even after you have zero drive time and have paid for parking! They will sit there and say “idk idk I can’t help I can’t do this” such a bunch of scary losers who will not do they job and help people who are paying! Disgusting!

Was waiting on a shower, when Brandi asked if I was playing the slot machine. No Im waiting on a shower, I replied. She then stated that I had to move because Im in the casino section. I argued that I wasnt. Im in the hallway. Makes me wonder now. If the machines are in the hallway, could that be a fire hazard? Wheelchair accessible? One of the fellas was kind enough to bring a chair. Ill go somewhere else. Long day of driving somebody has to get persnickety.

The mechanics are awesome, they got me in and out and back on the road in no time. I would definitely use them again if need be

I had to have a water pump replaced in my Freightliner.... Hands down the best service I have ever received at any TA!!! Kind, respectful, courteous & friendly!!! In & out quickly!!! Thank you guys for your quick honest service!!!

Wow, truck parking here is pathetic! So many drop trailers and bobtails taking full spot parking space. Never stopping here again despite I live here in Vegas.

They were rude and shut the bathrooms down between 7 AM - 8 AM WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS. MOST PEOPLE NEED TO USE THR FACILITIES AT THAT TIME. Burger King there forgot my biscuit and the prices are most definitely doubled simply because the place is a truck stop! Thats discrimination to truck drivers and unethical.

Clean and friendly, showers are decent. Attendants are helpful and friendly. A good stop.The Black Bear is next door. A great restaurant with excellent service and great food. Ask for Erin the Wonderful. Best server west of the Mississippi.

Camping at Red Rocks Canyon and needed to shower. Read some negative reviews that made us a little hesitant to come here but the staff was nothing but nice and accommodating. Showers were fine and no problems whatsoever.

I checked into the shop at 1630 yesterday, Saturday, 2/20/21. They finally called me at 0900 Sunday morning. Then the mechanics said their equipment wasnt charged so theyd need another hour and a half. I said ok.. comp me a shower. Manager said NO! You can go somewhere else. HA.. my my.. Vegas has sure changed. Wont go out of my way to ever stop here again. They have fleas, mites and things that crawl on you here too. Catch it off the parking lot.

Had to call TA roadside. Had a flat tire upon entering CA weigh station. Took a little while this morning but Perry replaced 2 drive tires for me. Great service. Perry was very friendly and helpful. Had no cash on me only company card otherwise I would have bought him a case of beer

This TA only has one section not dedicated to reserved parking at the back of the lot all the other spots are reserved ridiculous dont need that many reserved spots

They have no loyalty to their regular customers. For many years, I have had all my repairs done at their facility, made all my tire purchases with them and bought fuel from them but I will NOT pay $15 - $18 a night to park my truck there. I will now spend my money at a facility that wants my business and respects me. Great group of employees here and I hate to cut my ties but Im a man of principle and I dont feel like my business is appreciated by corporate.

Once upon a time(about 8 years ago) the Alamo casino was rated as having the best blackjack table in North America. A single deck game that offered surrender. That is rare. It is even rarer now. Everything that was great about the rules is gone. Just an average to below average game now. I think it was GT or Card Player magazine that anointed them the best. Anyway, Alamo has a good happy hour. $2 bud bottle from 3pm til 7pm. A relatively peaceful place to watch the game. William Hill is about 15 feet from the bar. Free popcorn. A casino within a truck stop is a good idea. Go see for yourself.

Just a fuel stop for real drivers. Small, locals take most of non reserved parking. No real restaurant but has a small casino. Smh...

Slept overnight. Asked the security guard how this truck stops safety is. He asks why do I need to know. Gentleman is about 58 mid to late 50s salt/pepper hair. A little heavy set His coffee was more interesting to him that he was consuming. 7AM shift. Otherwise a quite sleeping experience. A simple question was, is it a safe low crime area. The guard was not a people person and unable to answer that question. Dont accidentally entrap yourself here. The human interactions here seem as if they dont want to deal with customers. I would only come here for a quick pit stop, very little customer traffic here.

Burger King kicked out a combat vet with health issues for not wearing a mask. Manager was super disrespectful dropping f bombs at him.

This place is such a dump it should be leveled and rebuilt from the ground up. The service department if thats what you want to call it is horrible. Was told 30 min wait to get in for PM two hours later they pulled me in four hours later PM was finally done and they werent even busy. Went to the Petro a few days later to get the rest of the work done that the TA neglected to do. I mean the dang lady at TA couldnt even get the oil right that I asked for Miss attitude. Thanks for nothing at least I know to never go back.

I like the cashiers. Very nice folks. The shower was horrible! Number 13. The water hit my husband 63 & myself 510 directly on top of the head. Did not hit our body anywhere. We also had to shower sideways to be able to wash below and use the plastic drinking cup provided to rinse. Gross and to think we paid 14$ because we were out of shower credits. If your a lady who didnt wash her every everyday (as you should not) then dont shower here. The shower head is a direct shot for your head and its so small that theres no way to move it. The water hits your head than its a direct shot for the wall and runs down. Unacceptable! Picture posted below. Tiles are about 4x4 squars so that shows how narrow the shower is. No way large folks will fit.Casio was OK. We wanted drinks and went after them ourselves and had no problem paying but they insisted on bringing them to us which took forever.Lots of vehicle​ traffic near the truck parking. Also there are several men walking around selling cleaner thats non toxic. Dont purchase, its The Totally Awesome you get at the Dollar tree for a buck. My husband got suckered and when I saw the bottle I told him what it was and he argued that it was this marvelous cleaning products. LMAO they removed the plastic wrap but the bottles still have LAs Totally Awesome in the bottle. He was taken for $30 but he wanted 40$All I can say about that is this older gentleman wasnt robbing people for money, it was a honest scam topped off with a Bible vs. no joke! But maybe he was able to eat that night.

Very bad technicians and managers. Mechanical shop doesnt work friendly. No body in waiting for service, they make appointment for 5-6 hours late.I dont recommend that service place, you will lost time and they didnt fix your truck.I had bad experience with that place for DOT inspection. I was wait more than 10 hours, and they change my appointment time for next day, because they technician was live. Just I dont understand, why you do appointment for me on time, which you have not DOT technicians?????That is very bad choose personals, and hiring manager didnt know, how choese people for a good work.....

My husband and I used to love coming here to gamble and park for the weekend, well times be changing, bar tenders act like they dont want to serve you while gambling and the overall atmosphere has changed! Sorry to hear that this place is only good for parking our rig and hot shower, dont waist your time at the bar...so disappointed!

Good place for locals, travelers, and truckers. Has a casino inside, a Burger King and a Mexican restaurant inside. Lots of stuff for truckers and the Gas and Diesel pumps and nice. Truck parking looks pretty good.

My wife and I really had a great time going to this truck stop. I know that sounds odd however the woman at the counter was so engaging and a great conversationalist. This was a great place for us to stop on our way out of Las Vegas.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced.Every single member of this location is nothing but rude and trend to judge as soon as you enter the facilityWent to this store and the person in charge of the showers and mopping was treating me and my team as we don’t belong there just looking at us. To this person even to say please and thank you you have to use your manners. Louis at the register and the security guard were very rude and didnt even tried to understand our situation as a costumer, trying to kik us out with no reason

I dont suggest going here if youre not a truck driver.. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE Ive seen is either rude or judgmental and looks at you like you dont belong there.. Ive even tried to be extra nice purposely and tried asking how their day has been and same rudeness.. they have laundry facilities but yet no change machine so I went to the cashier and asked for a roll of quarters and she almost didnt give them to me but then when she did she told me not to tell anyone because she wasnt supposed to do it. So I asked where are we supposed to get change for laundry and she said well right here but just not right now.. are you kidding me?

Im very familiar with this Las Vegas destination. I come here every time I visit due to the Taco Time. Im originally from Seattle where taco Time is a very popular fast food chain. For the past 4 years Ive resided in Los Angeles, so I stop by Vegas once or twice a year and definitely have to stop at this convenient store for the taco Time. Theres also a Burger King, public restrooms, a casino, gas station, etc. Its got everything you could need at a truck stop.

Saved from a one star by a helpful TA member. Otherwise, theyve left half the reserved parking spots unmarked so they can threaten to tow you later if you happened to be parked in one. The Burger Kings prices are a disgrace; $4.49 for a tiny little double cheese burger? I know this is Vegas but, get real, man. Stop trying to bleed people dry.

Its a struck stop and nothing flashy about that. It was convenient and easy to use the truck fueling side, although the diesel spills on the ground were tough to avoid. Wife said the inside of the store was clean and staff was friendly. Easy in and out with a 40 coach towing a 4 door Jeep and easy access to the freeway. Ill use this station every time Im in the area.

Decent place and specious parking (although most of those are paid). Security guard (on a little financial favor) would help you with finding a free space specially if you’re planing to stay here for a couple of days. If one allows to to park in NO PARKING ZONE (for some favor) the next shift guard would knock your window in the middle of the night so make sure the first one tells to the one coming after him/her😁😁😁

I will stop here every time I am on town. I had an unexpected problem with my trailer lights and was heading in to Cali so wanted to make sure everything was right. The shop guys were amazing and very helpful to say the least. This issue kinda baffled everyone for about three hours but we finally made it work. Got pulled in as soon as I hit Cali for a level 1 and passed so good job guys!! On a side note.....Pops is funny as hell. Appreciate you guys and all the work you did for this job. Price was extremely reasonable as well. You made a total S#@T trip a little better. It was great talking to you.

Was in the shop 4 over 2 hrs getting things fixed...t hats understandable... I can live with that due to repairs do take time.... The fact afterwards went to park in the lot and there parking inforcement told me to leave... With no hrs to run which is against the federal law making me move with no hrs... This reserved parking has gotten way out of control...

Very nice TA. Its nice when youre a trucker and can stop and get a nice shower in a clean facility and to wash your clothes after being out on the road. Its also nice to get a good hot meal and sit and watch TV for a minute. They have great prices, so fuel up, grab some good food, grab your snacks and drinks, walk your dogs, and hit the road refreshed!!!

18 dollars to park here!!! That is insane, they have 144 parking spots but only 15 free. Never stopping here again

Clean lot. Decent selection in the store. Theres tons of truck parking and from what Ive heard clean showers. Within walking distance of target, in and out burger, Jack in the box and plenty of other restaurants. A great spot to stop if youre driving through Vegas.

This was an alright TA. They have security here but they dont bother the truckers really. They lack in places to eat but have plenty of parking. The employees inside are nice, friendly and helpful too. The Casino inside is nice as well. Its a good place to stop if you need to stay overnight in Vegas. There dont seem to be many truck stops here or else I just dont know how to find them! Lol

The stuff was great. The place will be better once they are done with the remodel.Still needs more parking places for drivers. The locals need to find a new place to park their rigs. They take up 70% of parking places in the lot.

I usually stop here because of the Burger King on one end of the building. The truck stop itself is fairly large inside with a lot of different goodies. nice place for the truckers to relax and grab a nap.

Showers are more expensive than any other truck stop and dont seem to have consistent hot water. The whole place smells like cigarette smoke so after youre done showering, you want to run out of there as fast as possible. Wish there was a loves truck stop nearby instead!

Went looking for interesting little gifts from on the road. I found none. Trucker items were well stocked though a bit pricey. The store had an odor.

All but one fuel island blocked off because the maintenance guy who moonlights as a rocket scientist obviously decided it was a good idea to pressure wash everything in the middle of the day. Also the oversize cashier lady at the fuel desk wad extremely rude and in my opinion should probably look for employment elsewhere where it doesnt involve any sort of customer service.

Much improved since the did the remodeling of the TA. Would be better if they had a sit down restaurant instead of fast food

I go there for the small casino and sports book the employees are nice and spot has a good locals feel even though truckers Nationwide are passing through always a good story or 2 to he heard and the daily dollar and decent payoffs keep me coming back a few times a week for a half-hour to get a drink and there I always play Buffalo

Easy in and out for big trucks. But not enough spaces for us to park tho. And people that are bobtailing need to park in other spots, not the ones for tractor trailers!!!!

Went here for first time tonight the workers was nice friendly talking to you. As well as the customer lol this older lady was in front of me in the line and just started talking me and she seems very nice and friendly asking me about my dread locks and ask me do I think she can get some and was just was talking but she was a funny lil old lady had me laughing so yea this a cool store and truck stop plenty of truckers

Clean and freindly. Burger King and Taco Time are insanely expensive. Theres a casino inside which is o.k. but they have cocktail waitresses and table game staff inside. Why? Seems like more people with their hand out wanting to take my money. Either through overpriced goods or through gambling. What happened to trucker service? Security will tell you to move if your parked wrong. Thats helpful at night. Id rather my goods be more affordable than having to pay more for services I didnt ask for. I dont gamble.

There was a full service restaurant here several years ago. No longer there it has been replaced by a fast food restaurant only open during the day. The good service is gone.

Not a bad place to be when coming thru Las Vegas! Theres food, shopping, and you can hit the casino inside while you wait to unload! Parking is always limited as with most TAs!

Nice place. Taco Time is great. When I got here around noon on a Tuesday, there were four non-reserved spots available. I got lucky, I guess. The shower was clean. I will never get used to Vegas, where it seems like you have to walk through a casino to get to anything. I wonder if the churches here have casinos.

Never park outside of designated parking spots🅿️ even if you are not on anybodys way, theyll kick you out anyway🤣🤣🤣 if they are out of free spots you better buy reserved one or park outside along the street,. The whole building inside soaked with the cigarette smoke because of a casino inside, its no matter where you go you are still in the cigarette smoke😱Few hours later :Dont eat here!!! First of all my fries was mixed with onion rings.... 🤔 Then I got food poisoned, the toilet became my best friend for the next few hours... 😱🤮

This review is about the security here. There used to be Great security here. In the past your door never got knocked on, there were no vagrants, lot lizards and no one living in their cars. I used to feel safe at night walking across the parking lot. Now you barely see security in the parking lot, the knocking on doors, vagrants and lot lizards are back. I gave two stars because the security guys I have met seem nice.

Im happy to see more reserved parking spots. Too many people take advantage and use the parking spots as a storage facility while they go home. Free beer if you gamble 20 or 10 dollars.If youre looking for free parking then go about 2 to 3 miles north on dean martin drive. Their is an industrial area where you can park on the street.

Quick stop to fix electrical issue.Dump the Alamo, Taco Time and Burger King and get a Country Pride in there. Plenty of the same resturants within walking distance AND a casino across the street.

Perhaps Id have been more enthralled with the run down lighting of the parking that has about half its spaces marked as reserved (wonderful way to keep us feeling like valued customers) if Helga the dispassionate cashier actually wasnt slumped up, on and over the counter while I tried to reserve one of these said spaces. If I wanted to deal with snarky condescending cashiers Id go to lowes. Hell after this I probably am.

The staff was nice and security was very friendly, but they have a 4 hr parking limit that wasnt clearly posted and security came though and woke everyone up that was parked there to let them know the policy and suggest other parking.Its a shame that in the quest to make sure the homeless have no place to park and sleep in their cars, expediters in commercial vehicles with commercial tags often have problems finding places to park and sleep between loads.My tag clearly designates my vehicle as commercial, and I would be fine with following the same parking hour guidelines as the larger commercial trucks, as we drive 12 to 14 hrs a day regularly also, and 4 hours allowed to park and sleep at a truck stop is simply not enough.If I would known about the limit in advance, I would have stopped 19 miles earlier at the Pilot gas station in the north of Las Vegas, as that company makes more of an effort to cater to the expediting market of commercial vehicles under 10,000 lbs that spend an average 400 to 800/week in gas while travelling across the country delivering freight.

Overall, not bad. Too bad there isnt more parking spots for trucks. I have parked here many times.

If they spent a fraction on the restaurant (s) as they have on the casino it would be greatly appreciated. This is supposed to be a truck stop but the concentration seems to be to gamble and sell liquor. The showers are nice! Laundry is available. Cat scale and of course fuel lanes.

TINY PARKING AREA, primarily devoted to RESERVED SPACES. RARELY any parking spaces after 2PM in the afternoon.

This is my place to stop in Vegas when im trucking. Good showers. Can watch a game and enjoy a beer. Or walk across the street to the silverton.

Felt like I was took advantage of. Way to many reserved parking spots. They out number free ones. Paid $16.00 for the first night next day they went up to $18.00. Did not buy fuel so I paid for my shower. $14.00. No reason why a shower should cost that much. The prices in the store were over inflated as much as 3 times above what it should be. No restaurant, just fast food. The only positive thing I can say is the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the showers were clean. I will avoid stopping at a TA for any reason unless its an absolute necessity.
