Could be more organized and clean. Customer service is ok. I normally dont go there..and only will if needed.

Attendants are always cheerful and very helpful. Usually I quickly find my items, quick checkout and on.my way.

I visit this location a lot since it is very convenient for me and my family because we live close by. I just want to mention that every time I go to the store it is always very nice and welcoming! The store manager & associates are always friendly and with a smile. Usually managers aren’t the ones handling the heavy duties as far as packing or stocking but in this instance I always see the manager Julia working hard at times up in a ladder or even stocking. It really shows the dedication she has towards her job! Thank you Family dollar for having such great associates that provide awesome customer service!!

Went to buy groceries and at the counter it look like the manager was there like if we were not to pay.we were there at 1:30pm today jan.16 th.

This Family Dollar had all the aisles clogged, absolutely all. You could not walk if another customer came down the aisle, in addition to carts with merchandise there were cardboard boxes with merchandise, empty boxes and cut cardboard as to recycle and merchandise thrown on the ground.This is the worst Family Dollar ever. There merchandise in boxes, in flat cars, on the floor blocking the pass in all the ailes. There were no way to pass thru the next aile if another customer was coming on the same aile. You could even shop with a shopping cart, All the ailes, absolutely every and all the ailes had merchandise obstructing the pass of the customers.

It is well classified and it is very economical.

Many times you find the cheapest items in other stores the same but cheaper.
