No cashiers only self checkouts open and the store was busy. The store did not have any plastic bags for bagging groceries. They were selling heavy reusable plastic bags. It was not fun standing in the 100 degree heat while I individually packed my full grocery cart of goods into my car. Too bad they did not post a warning to customers entering the store that they did not have plastic bags. If I lived in Austin, TX one knows stores there do not provide free plastic bags so you bring your own. Now I know to bring my own or drive down the road to HEB to grocery shop.

Excellent treatment and good assortment

These employees need to be held to a higher standard. I walked around asking questions and everyone basically ran away from me because I’m white. They all said they can’t speak English but didn’t even give me the chance to speak in Spanish to them. And the ones who did speak to me, had no idea where items were or how to help me so what do they know? This is my 3rd trip here and I’m extremely disappointed. OH and every time they had 7 employees standing at the self check out and no oneeee at the registers.

Im not trying to sound rude but but I hate lazy people. If Walmart wanted to save some money they could literally let go or fire half of the employees at this store and nobody would even be able to tell that they were gone. I guess the saying goes you get what you pay for.

Very easy to park 18 Wheeler you can get in and get out and buy your groceries without too much objects to block you A lot of these new walmarts are making a very difficult for us to get in to get our food

Better than at least one of the other Walmarts as items are generally kept on shelves and staff is alot more courteous when answering questions or if you need help.

Went for a oil change the guy said they didnt have the oil my car needed but they could get the oil from there store inside so there would be a extra 10 dollar usually cost 44.99. So i said yes. No problem then i go to pay ended up paying 66$ cause i needed a xtra quart. Never again going to do my oil change there

As soon as I got to the auto service I was approached by the service person and my flat tire was fixed and reinstalled in a very short period of time even though it was close to closing time.I got the best service, thank You!.

Good place to go shopping, they have the picture station where you can connect your phone and print the mobile pictures in about an hour. Also the persons at the money center are really helpful. One downside, customers are a bit rude.

Went for a tire change & they only had one car infront of me so they said it would only be 30 min & they took 2 hrs, I asked after the 30 min & the girl was so rude about it, then said it was already getting done & it would be ready in about 20 min. after 30min. I get the text that it’s barely getting started… awful service & the girl is so rude even when it comes to just informing people

Had an unpleasant experience at this location with curbside pickup. Another curbside customer got out of vehicle and said he waited more than 30 minutes and he was the only vehicle there before me. They never answered the curbside pickup cellphone and Walmart main phone line was also never answered. I had to look through emails with limited signal to check in. The Walmart WiFi was not strong enough to use. Once the employee hands me my items, I doubled check the order and noticed that I was missing an item. I called him back to my vehicle and told him that I was missing an item. He said, Oh yeah, you dropped it and hands me my item from his cart. How could I drop my item that was never given to me? 👀EVERYONE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS. They have curbside pickup next to the Pharmacy drive thru. I will not be making any future curbside pickups at this location.

Its been crowded since its income tax season and people are getting their stimulus checks so be prepared for that. Other than that I didnt have a problem with anything.

Needs better customer service in their automotive department.

I was really excited to know that the automotive center at Walmart Zapata hwy was opened. Due to this pandemic going to mechanics are hard to get by. Since this is Walmart is super close to my house it seemed the most convenient. I decided to go today to get new tires. I dropped my car off and walked into Walmart to start shopping for groceries I needed. I waited for quite a while but nobody called me or alerted me that my car was ready. I decided to go and check for myself. I get to the automotive department and saw three associates at the counter. I proceed to try and ask the status of my car. Both associates seemed as if they didn’t listen to me but the third associates I much older woman with a very rude gesture kept telling me to get in line. I tried to ask if my car was going to be ready soon but all she said was “get in line” without even considering what I was asking. I went in line waiting for my turn but then she decided to attend the person behind me. I’m not a person that complains but this was very disrespectful and very rude on her part. I will provide the time I went to see if anyone can do something about this. (I arrived 10:54am on September 15 2020). Again I hope that they can get this resolved and help teach their associates the proper customer service.

They have self serve cashiers. Which is not bad when you are in a rush. But they need to have Human beings doing some cashier work too. If I wanted to check out my own groceries when I have a cart full Id fill out an application to work there.

More checkout lanes with cashiers than the Walmart on Clark and Loop 20. The store is clean and well stocked. I had ordered a bottle of Equate 91% isopropyl alcohol to pick up at the store. I received a notification that the order had been canceled because the item was not in stock. The notification was received when I was turning into the parking lot, so I decided to get off and check for myself since I was already there. There were more than 10 bottles of the Equate on the shelf. If you really need an item, it would be best to actually go to the store and see for yourself.

Its a walmart, its busy when its busy and empty in the early morning unless people are panic buying then thatll be all the stores where theyll be full .

Employees are very slow when youre at checkout, and it reminds me of the sloths from Zootopia. I dont blame them because Walmart is not a GREAT company, but jeez they seem so miserable.

Quality they need outsole that wont quit their jobs and someone thats attentive with the electric carts for the disabled. An employee says they get left in the sun too long and the battery gets toasted so they are left with none and no employees to be on the lookout. But they do have 2 on each door and they dont notice an electric heating out..?...geez ... So us with limited abilities have to think about Going to run our errands. They probably wont have Carts to accommodate

Never has all sizes on flex Jeans, had to go to all wartmart, found 2 in south Laredo, which is like 20 miles, when my closes is 5! But fine store!

Hours say open till 9p, I got off work and was there by 8.36p and was denied making a return. No hours posted in the Customer Return Area Employee ignored me.

As a regular walmart pharmacy customer I feel as I should be respected. Which I do with a couple employees from there. BUT.. This new lady named Yvonne from the pharmacy or however you spell her name. She treated me with disrespect. Out of the 8 years Ive been picking up my medications from here Ive never felt so humiliated. Ive never dealt with bad service here until now. Shes a bad worker and talks to customers aggressively like if shes the manager or something. I have videos of her on how she treats me there even my daughter recorded her. I hope this unprofessional worker can getvsome sort of training or understanding on how to treat customers.

I went there an employee gave me problems because they thought I was stealing but it was just a misunderstanding but we worked it out they were really nice about it

The store & bathrooms were clean - all was a ‘normal’ Walmart experience until we went to ck out in the self check area. We had a hand full of groceries & pk of beer. The worker who’d been there moments ago, as we waited for a register, had disappeared. We rang up everything else & waited. With our register’s orange light lit, a nearby employee called for a manager - who was within sight. A worker in the Buy Online area next to us was on her phone; I waited til she was off, tried to flag her down with no luck, so I walked over to her. She, in turn, tried to get the girl standing at/working the main entrance to help us - no go, not her job. She left her post, walked by -doing nothing - ignored us, turned around & passed us again. Meanwhile the manager continued to ignore the call. We we were disgusted but polite, said ”Oh well, sorry” & left everything where it sat.Truly disappointing.

Stepped in for some basic necesities, found a car charger for the cell phone half off back by the car products. There was a good year collectors case for around $10 but it was missing the flashlight. A hiking kit with compass, binoculars and a couple more items for around $10 also. Just in and out because we are always busy, right.
