First time coming here to this location and NEVER AGAIN! When my son received his jacket from the school the patches were not sewed on, come to find out we had to take it in to Varsity Jackets. Ok thats fine, we took it in. I was told it would take 5-6 days to sew on the patches. I went back 7days later. The lady tells me its still not ready that it was going to take longer. The lady couldnt give me an answer as to how much longer it would take to complete to job she would just shrug her shoulders and say I dont know, I dont know (FYI everything was paid in full since November). I made the decision to take the jacket and the 3 patches that were paid for some place else. I got a better deal for a low cost on the embroidery & sewing work. If you can order your patches online or some place else please do. The work done on the patches is cheap and it looks like a DIY project. The work really looks lousy. Also one of the patches was coming apart ( I didnt get that patch sewed on the jacket) but the thread was coming off. When I questioned the work of the patches the lady got very defensive. And come to find out the lady I was dealing with was the owner. She acted very rude, unprofessional and had NO good customer service skills. I wouldnt recommend this location. Now I understand why the schools shops out of town for the letterman jackets.
