Too expensive. I can’t hear or understand the older gentleman behind the desk. Communication is pitiful and they won’t update you unless you call them first. And even then you get placed on hold for a good 5-10 minutesAll name and no game

Do NOT waste your time on this business. They will be very disrespectful towards customers to include Military Veterans. My family and I have been customers for over 25 years. I always recommended this place to anyone who needed services on the vehicle. Today I called and asked if they were going to pick up my truck after waiting since yesterday morning at 930. I explained that i spoke to 3 different people including himself and he said maybe you should just take my truck elsewhere instead. I was speechless and very upset that he would even tell me that. Bunch of Douche Nozzles!!

Im a parts supplier for Jesse Martinez Del Norte. Unfortunately, my experience has not been pleasant. Robert, the owner of Jesse Martinez Del Norte filed a chargeback on the credit card they used to order parts from us and ended up taking the $592.80 plus they still have our parts. Being a small family business, they basically stole from us our ability to make our house payment this month.I would not recommend this company. They are unethical.

They do have english speaking staff. They searched for the parts I needed and worked with me as far as payment and scheduling to fix my vehicle. (My fam only has 1 vehicle we share)

To all expeditors, when in Laredo and in need of repairs... these guys are fair and quick. Actually, MORE THAN FAIR. Water pump, parts and services for under $300

Had a front windshield AND a front passenger window replaced...2-3 weeks after they replaced front windshield my inside rear view mirror falls off. They wanted to charge for reapplying the mirror. Now some weeks later we get a nasty storm...the top of the front windshield leaks like a motha.... Windshield didnt do this before. NEVER AGAIN.

Everytime I get my problem fix in a day. I thank everyone for the good work and the service they have.
