I stopped just to see what Hyundai had to offer. Sales lady was very polite, attentive and showed what was available. They have a good selection of vehicles. If I do decide on a Hyundai I will not go to San Antonio and will go straight to the the female sales lady.

The person who answers the phone has poor phone etiquette. I was able to talk to someone that did assist me with what I needed regarding a warranty however I wish they were more confident about their responses. I feel they need more knowledge regarding what they can do and if the part is available as well as approximately how long will it take. I felt I was given the run around, another dealership was able to better assist me. I hope they get the training they need. The gentleman I spoke to was not rude just needs to be more knowledgeable. The receptionist or whoever answers the phone needs to tone it down on the attitude. Their sales people are good people though.

Bought my car here and would take it to service every time it needed it. The first time it got an oil change, they forgot to put my undercarriage cover. As years pass theyre the only ones that have ever touched my car until I moved to another city they told me that it was missing bolts and they shower me before taking the cover off and showed me it was slightly damaged due to it not being tight enough. Becareful when you take it to get serviced here check your car and make sure everything they did is there and placed right. They then told me the undercarriage cover is $300 r and that there was several bolts missing before they removed it, and this is the only dealer I have ever taken it to service. Its a dealer and not some random mechanic shop. Cant even trust dealers now a days.

Love this place, fast oil changes and they always wash our car before they finish! Plus their waiting room is dimly lit and comfortable out of the way of main building traffic, always quiet and relaxing to wait here.

I wish I can rate this a 0. But people from parts have no customer service. I explain that I paid $119 and to fix the airbags and they said everything was great. Not even 24 hours I went back to see why my check engine came on if you said everything was fine. They told me well you have to pay $119 again. I asked why if you said everything is fine and it hasnt been a full day that yall checked it. They still told me I have to pay. I left unsatisfied!!!

I’ve had problems with this dealership since my first visit. (Service Department) I will say the manager is very helpful and friendly.Unfortunately, this is the only dealership close to my hometown.The oil changes take forever, and last time it was a 2 hour wait to fix an antenna when I was promised 45 minutes!But this time, they really took the cake! I had to get my car serviced at another shop due to the fact that my oil plug was left loose!!!!I spent money on the tow truck, and the service from the other shop all because of the CARELESSNESS of Brown Hyundai’s service/parts department.

This last time I purchased a Hyundai Tucson Turbo, has been the worse experience. DO NOT purchase this car because it has too many issues, then they try turning it on the customer saying they cant find anything wrong with it! The car stalls, which is the main problem. Its AC gives out hot air suddenly, the radio gave out for a while, and on my friends car, the sunroof got stuck!!! The personnel there are nice, but have not found the exact problem. Now Hyundai says nothing is wrong with these cars. People buy new cars in order not to have problems with them, and problems are all we have gotten with this model!!!

The lack of quality in customer and vehicular service at Brown Hyundai/Alfa Romeo/FIAT of Laredo is disappointing to say the least. GO ELSEWHERE. I’ve brought in my FIAT multiple times for recurring serious issues and safety tests since the initial purchase in 2016 only to encounter the same issues over time with no thorough explanation of what exactly is being done to ensure my safety and what the root of the problem is with this car. They simply do not address the issue(s). The degree of their attention is deferring to “updates”. They take nothing serious or into consideration, makes me wonder if they even have mechanics on-site. DO NOT BUY your Hyundai or FIAT from this dealership. No dependability whatsoever.

Do not take your car here, I had a bad experience. We moved to Laredo from Dallas and I am not impressed at all. Took my brand new Sante Fe Sport in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. They had the car for 7 hours and they finally told me the car was ready right as they were closing. They said they changed the oil, rotated the tires, and topped off the fluids, which is probably a 15 minute job. They didnt do a courtesy cleaning of the car like my dealership in McKinney and when I got the car home I noticed 2 nails in one of my tires! This wasnt indicated on the report and if I didnt happen to check, and who knows what could have happened? They said they would fix the tire for $30 and I would have to wait until they had time to do the repairs. I didnt have time for this so I took it to Discount Tire, who fixed the tire for free since I am a regular customer of theirs. From now on Im taking my car either back to Dallas or to Corpus Christi for service!

The quality of service in the vehicle maintenance department at this Hyundai dealership is horrendously unprofessional and lacks a work ethic. I brought my Hyundai to be serviced at this department for regular maintenance and safety tests. A morning drop off and absence from work was not taken into their consideration. Their mechanics are lazy and take an entire day to conduct simple maintenance on the vehicles (oil changes, fluid changes, and filter changes). Their excuse is they have alot of work. DO NOT BUY your Hyundai from this dealership if you are going to depend on them for regular reliable vehicle service. Go out of town instead.

Horrible, every time i have a problem with my car, they never seem to be able to fix it, not to mention the service techs (or so they think they should be called) kill time with your car by smoking cigarrets not caring if youre in a hurry or not. dont wait in the lobby guys, wait outside next to your car so they wont take their time....

The service is good friendly staff, I had to come to check a Hyundai Elantra 2010 for a witness light EPS told me that I had a free recall and then I mentioned that the car was good that did not fail just turned on the light and told me it is fast it does not take more than 1 hour, to my surprise the next day when I drove the car super hard and loaded to the right, I returned I mentioned a mechanic I checked it and he said that it was probably the electric address that did not fish well update but as he did not update the car could not put hand (the other mechanic are in the food) back the next day the mechanic supposedly checked it and tells me it has nothing only when you brake but it is your ABS that is on and I stayed like this As if with a serious face you checked it at least on the road you ran it or something to know what the problem was, with an annoyed face tells me that it is not my problem if you want you can do a rec I talked to the manager of the mechanic area and he told me that they would change me to the mechanic that I checked the day before and I am still here waiting to see what they solve for me why I arrived with a functional car and they returned me something with which I do not llegel.I really do not know how this works but I really thank the manager for the help, I just want my car running.
