This is our third vehicle that we have purchased from Riverland and let me say that just as with our previous vehicles, the experience was outstanding! From dealings over the phone to in person, everyone was professional and friendly. With Covid being a concern all paperwork was ready to go as soon as we arrived, this was the fastest and most pleasant purchase. Our salesman was amazing and very friendly as well as every employee we came in contact with. As with our previous purchases, it was well worth the two hour drive to get a fair deal and amazing service! So happy to be part of the Riverland experience!

Was traveling and Had a Service Engine light pop up. Contacted Riverland Chrysler and explained what was up. they diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road a few hours later. price was reasonable and the people were nice and friendly.

Really good experience fixing all the recalls... but prices to fix something are expensive! I had to bring it to another well known professional to get fixed for half the price 🤷🏻‍♂️ Very good dealership tho I’ve made 3 separate vehicle purchases from them in the past and is the only dealership that I bought multiple cars from so far.

I would recommend you look elsewhere for your car buying needs. This dealership could practice better customer service and being honest with there customers. I bought a 2013 Chrysler 300 from them which was a beautiful car. My salesman Brian and the finance manager both insured me over the phone that if i came in they would give me a great deal, however after i got there the next day all that changed. They were not interested in working with me on a fair deal only in making money. Brian even told me thats just the way dealerships are We will say things to entice our customers to come in but we are here to ensure our profits. Brian also seemed to get frustrated very easily and at times made me feel like i was more of a burden than a customer. I feel as if i am spending $13.000 dollars in an establishment. Customer service and honesty ought to be more of a priority! Stay away!

Omg im very much pleased with my new baby, i previous had 2 journey and been tryna get this truck for 3 years from different dealers.Well just my luck the internet manager called me after i put my information in on a Friday. Saturday i got a call from Ryan Wade and i sent him all the info he asked for,then boom a hour later i was approved and to top it off they had already cleaned it and it was sitting there waiting on me, We took it for a drive on the interstate lol then i signed them papers😍Ryan Wade and Jonah had just made my day. This dealership is full of nice people. From Chris who answered my call to our sales guy Alan and financial guy are all great. They basically took care of the paper works within one hour and they tried their best to help. We were not ready for the trade in but it happened because the staffs were so helpful. Oh... Somewhere between 3-4 stars. Difficult to make online appointments, had to call.Dropped off the Jeep for 2 recalls and a front end alignment. I didnt get a lot of communication from the dealership about the nature of the recalls, but it was there all day.Had to look up the recalls myself. One was supposed to take 4 hours if it needed to be done (and it didnt) and one is was the airbag module. I dont know why it took over 7 hours to complete, but it did.They do have a pretty nice customer lounge, but I had a ride so I didnt have to wait all day in there.Would I go back? Sure. But I do most of my own work...

Having dealt with numerous dealerships in the past, I was shocked by the level of dissatisfaction that I received here. Although the salesman, Raymond was excellent and went out of his way to appease me, I could not help but realize just how little the customer matters.His “superior”, Jason Virgil was rude and unforthcoming. He actually attempted to mislead me during an appraisal and even had the audacity to dishonestly attempt to obtain the value paid on the vehicle in order to devalue the appraisal.I went directly next door to the Ford dealership and confirmed just how easy it was to obtain a honest appraisal, even if you don’t plan on purchasing a new vehicle with them. Heed my words, do not attempt to do business here. Virgil does not look out for the customer and will attempt to under appraise your vehicle.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Riverland Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Laplace. Everything seemed to go fine until we later received a letter from the bank stating that Riverland didnt include all the charges on our contract. Through this letter we learned that we were being charged for something for which we were never given a price. In general, during the purchase of the vehicle the staff were never very up-front about the prices of any additional services. Weve tried to call two days in a row to get answers and, so far, have gotten none.

ONE star is entirely to high! If it was possible to give negative -10 stars I most definitely would!!! The girl sitting at the front desk right as you open the door was slumped over in her chair SLEEPING almost the entire time we were there (about an hour) everyone there was extremely rude and very unprofessional. We had spoke with two of the employees before making the two hour drive from where we live to buy a $43,000 car from them, guess we should have known better judging from how rude they were on the phone. Jason (used car manager) had the worst attitude I have ever seen in my life. I would NOT recommend anyone to use or visit this dealership. Don’t waste your time!

My experience with the staff during the sale was great. Since I didn’t come in to the dealership until early evening on Saturday, I did have to return on Monday to get the car cleaned. There was an issue of glue like spots on the exterior that I had to point out to the detailer after the vehicle was finished. Once I brought it to his attention, he fixed the problem. Overall, I remain a very satisfied 3-time & loyal returning Riverland customer.

Great people, but if you ever need any type of repair done to your car, youll be waiting for God to return! They take so long to fix your car, and give you false completion dates, and just overall sucks! They have had my car for almost 2 months, and every time I call theyll say your car will be ready this date but you cant get it until this date and when I call on the supposedly finished date, it still wasnt ready.

Bought a 2018 Dodge Challenger from Riverland. I was unable to leave the lot without them airing the front driver side tire up. I drove it for two weeks and had to put air in it twice. I had to start talking legal action before they would offer to replace the defective wheel.Today, I called because I got a notice that my plates are up for renewal. I called the salesman, Brian, and he left me on hold for 30mins while looking for the order. I was surprised when another person picked up and had no idea I had been waiting so long. Brian went and helped another client who came in.Terrible service. I still have yet to find out if they even ordered the plates.

Bought a used vehicle with any extended warranty that the dealership filled out incorrectly so I was without coverage for 2 months until they straightened that out. Truck was missing a running board pad and was told by the sales manager they would order the replacement for it. After 4 months of being told it was out of stock from the manufacturer, I called the manufacturer myself and was told they were never contacted by Riverland Dodge. I ordered the party myself and had it in 2 days. Now my truck needs servicing and not only will it be a few days before they can get to it but they also screwed the paperwork up again and have my extended warranty under someone elses name and I have to wait on a convenient time for them to fix it. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone ever.

Always heard such good things about this place so 3 yrs ago when I decided to trade my car in I decided to go there and I purchased a 2015 Jeep, BIG MISTAKE! 6 months after purchasing the wheel bearings went out, to make a long story short 3 years later and the same wheel bearing has been changed 4 times, and the passenger wheel bearing 2 times.. service techs are complete morons, not knowing when they are trying to BS my husband who by the way is a mechanic, that we know exactly what wool they are trying to pull over our eyes. I never review anything but I will never buy another vehicle from this place and I was SO glad to be able to dump that Jeep off, as I traded it in and got me another vehicle and for the record it wasn’t purchased from riverlands nor was it a Jeep. Horrible experience! Got my vehicle serviced and on my multi inspection the mechanic told me that all my tires were in excellent condition. I looked at my vehicle and noticed that I had no tread none at all. I know that they did not even take the time to properly inspect my vehicle. $99.99 just to diagnose any problems with your vehicle. I was very disappointed with this Riverland Chrysler Dealership. With a couple of exceptions, one being a polite, bright young man named Austin who gave me a lift home. With his manners and attitude I expect a rewarding career will be in his future.I took a vehicle in to be diagnosed, I had a scheduled appointment in advance. However before checking in my vehicle yesterday morning, one of the service representatives told me it would be better if I could come back maybe next week, because they were so busy. I had waited for days and arrived as scheduled. They had two women checking in vehicles, who were complaining about how stressful it was because there was to many customers and short handed. I found it strange that people without appointments were being given numbers, aka, priority before my car. As a person who had a successful professional career working daily with the public, I know how a bad attitude that early in the morning among employees over time can affect business. I dont think they are bad employees, I just think those employees with boots on the ground supporting a business reflect a business lacking training, policies and incentives to perform to a higher standard. I have found that leadership can lead about any employee to a higher standard, if they care to do so.I had hoped to get my car diagnosed, repaired before I can trade it in. The only thing The Service Department could tell me was that my vehicle is old. I heard that over and over, like 6 or 7 times, it is a 2006 with less than 100,000 miles on it. I am aware of the Pacificas year model, even before visiting Riverland. Yet it was relayed over and over.Even though I was not charged at the end of the day when Victor, another polite employee drove it back to me. I still have no diagnosis. Thus no repairs for the lunging it does constantly at idle speed without acceleration in heavy traffic or parking lots. Most mechanics I have known over the years would have most likey given me estimates for the ECM, which this vehicle had a recall for, or maybe other fuel pump regulation devices related. I normally get written estimates and take the financial journey called lets try to fix this, I dont need a paperweight the size of a car. It is the first time in my lifetime I have never gotten a suggested repair and estimate for those repairs, and being retired, Im much older than my Pacifica.If you are looking for a great dearlership offering exceptional customer service, I would not suggest wasting your time, money and energy here. It was my second visit to this dealership, on my first one I was told I could get scheduled for a diagnosis to know what needed to be repaired.I scheduled, waited, they were unable to diagnose and suggest repairs and estimates that might correct my cars issues. The paperweight runs, but not comfortably or with my confidence. We had been considering upgrading, another Pacifica. This Dearlership has convinced me to look at other manufacturers.

No Stars would be awarded if that was possible. This dealership takes advantage of senior citizens in the community. My 60 year old mother bought a brand new Dodge Dart. The MSRP for the model and trim on her Dodge Dart at the time she purchased it was just under $17,000. Well, the resulting deal was a 72 month loan at $580 per month. If you do the math, that comes to a total out-of-pocket expense of just under $42,000 once completely paid off. That payment for that duration means they sold her the car for around $25,000, well over the MSRP for that car. And then to make matters worse negotiated an interest rate around 16%. This for a person with a 620 credit score. While not great, there are plenty of lenders that will lend money in the range of 4-5% interest with that credit score. So why an interest rate in the teens? I will tell you why the dealership almost certainly got a kick back on the higher interest rate, which even further lined their pockets with unearned/stolen money as far as I am concerned. There as absolutely no way that the dealership was acting in good faith and/or honorably and/or ethically and/or with a conscience by selling an elderly person a car valued at under $17k, knowing the total out of that elderly persons pocket would be $42k. They took advantage of her need for a car and talked her into, in their terms, the only deal that would be available to her if she wanted a car. So with her lack of knowledge of the car buying process in tow, became a victim of a dealership that was and is more than willing to take advantage of her situation and lack of knowledge. Furthermore, they didnt even require pay stubs that would have made it clear that her salary was not commensurate with paying a $580 per month car note and then insurance on top of that. Martin Luther King said it best legal does not always equal right. In this case, it is clear that this dealership did something that may be legal as to law, however completely the opposite of how you care for senior citizens. They should be ashamed of conducting practices such as those they perpetrated on my mother. Avoid this dealership at all cost, you will get taken advantage of in the name of a profit.

Horrible. Salesman was very nice, manager on the other hand not so much. Was chewing the salesman butt out so loud we could hear him. Also I was pre approved for my loan through capital one, but they never called to verify that info, they just said I was only pre qualified and that was it. Thats fine went next and got an awesome truck with no issues from another dealer! What really ticks me off is after we left they ran my credit?! WTH?! Had no business running my credit, that was capital ones job! Will never go there again.

Took my new 2500 ram here for warranty replacement of a warped door panel, that took 4 visits and over 4 months before they replaced it with a damaged door panel, and damaged some other components replacing the panel. I began with an oil change I was word $40.00 for and when I got the bill it was over $100.00. There is more but at the risk of ranting Ill stop there.
