Trash. I have no words, but trash.

I went into this location today, to have some documents printed. There were 2 employees in the store having a conversation about a CUSTOMEROnce I was able to get their attention.. one of them directed me to self serve printing. I could not believe this location had been open for only 30 minutes and the printers/keypads were Filthy! the glass doors Filthy! Maybe they could start the day off with sanitation instead of gossiping about the people who help keep the doors open so they have a job!I opted to not print there..Disappointed Customer

I purchased a package from Zara for my little cousins graduation pictures and instead of getting it sent to his house I had it sent to a pick up location. Zara didnt give me the option to state the person whom will be picking up the package so I called Fed Ex and Walter immediately was able to assist me and made sure my cousin got his package. So thankful for those that will go the extra mile.

I will never patronize this FedEx again the lady with the different colored braids rushed me and seemed to be very impatient with a bad attitude.

Very fast and friendly help. I had preprinted labels from the manufacturer and asked what it would have cost me and she was happy to tell me.

Ran in for some earlier morning last minute printing. Boy was I god they were open at 8:15am for me. I usually go to the library but they didn’t open til 9 and that would have made me too lye for what I had needed printed out. Anyway, Gale was such a help to me. So progressional. She helped me in a timely manner. I will be returning if I ever need to print.

Way over priced! To ship a 3lb box to Florida (Not Over Night) $60!! No wonder everyone is using the post office!

They customer service is great and the manager is so friendly and funny

Had the worst customer service ever! I will never again come to this location. They got my order wrong, which I sent via email exactly what I wanted and the time. Which was suggested by the manager to do so for going in the day after and wasn’t able to get my order done. I asked for them to be done before 1:00pm, went to pick them up and they weren’t even printed. Had to wait 30/45 min for them to get done yet done all wrong! They added extra things to my order and charged them all to the bill. Once I called and asked them about why things was added they wanted to blame me for their mistake. Manager called my phone and was completely rude! He screamed at me and cut me off during the entire time on the phone. I went in the store and he continued raising his voice in front of other customers. Then took my order ripped it in front of me and threw it in the trash. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW HORRIBLE THIS WHILE EXPERIENCE WAS! I do not recommend to come to this location! Make sure you check your receipt for added charges!

Rude and did not follow proper social distancing measures

I’m a signing agent that deals with loans, and today I had to drop off a packaged loan document to Fedex. As I’m walking up the employee says “I’m tryingto figure out why people are still in here” to her coworker loud enough for myself and the other 2 ladies that were in the store to hear. When I asked her if customers didn’t come in would she have a job, she started saying “whooooo” and breathing heavy like she wanted to fight. No one in their right mind would travel to Fedex just to look at this agent; clearly people are in there because they have essential business to handle. If Fedex employee’s can’t figure out why customers are coming in, maybe customers should go to UPS or use the USPS. Moving forward I will be looking for a new Fedex location, and convincing my client to switch to UPS.

30 minute drive to find out their sistem is down

Great place and fast service. Came in to print out a document and get it laminated. The beautiful young lady even help me laminate my document since it’s a self service but I’ve never used that machine before.

2:05pm the woman at the front desk named Sonny was blatantly trying to be non helpful. I was told that I couldn’t ship an item but was then redirected to another line for shipping. She did not care to help nor explain any process of FedEx. Very Dull, unenthusiastic, plain personality. She spoke to me as if I was ignorant just to charge me $.18 for a return shipping label that was already paid for, and then told me I could not ship item from her Facility after Charging me. A big waste of time and I will never Go here again. If you’re Going to be absolutely NO HELP AT ALL stay at home.

I came in to pick up a package but they denied me from picking up the package since Im not above the age of 21 and didnt have anyone available in my house hold above the age. The employee Luis V. there was giving me attitude and didnt want to help me. I called customer service and they told me I couldnt do anything about it either. So if Im old enough to pay for my package but I cant pick it up? Its an 800+ dollar package I dont trust leaving the package the package there. I will not do any future business with FedEx.

The facility is clean and most of the staff are extremely helpful and courteous.wait time is average which is pleasant. I’m often there to complete presentations and make copies.I love the fact Fedex Kinkos is conveniently located, the last hours are fantastic when finishing last minute assignments and they have all the products I need. The manager is knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy visiting Fedex Kinkos in Lansing, Illinois.My only negative I dread using the computer, time is adjusted in a way that makes using it extremely expensive, I wish there was a set hourly rate. Dont use the computer/internet if you don’t have to.Otherwise it’s a 5 star establishment!!!!

We came in on 9/24/16 with less than a few hours to spare trying to have a drawing of my late father blown up for the Memorial Service that same day.We were greeted and serviced by a young woman named Syrita who refused to allow us to leave with a substandard product.This young lady was professional, empathetic and worked quickly in our favor so that we could present the product in our short time frame.We were very pleased with the work and will send all of our friends and family to this location for the excellent customer service that we were provided.Thank you and God Bless-wd

I use multiple FedEx office locations throughout the city and suburbs and this one is by far the worst! This place stays busy- there are always many customers waiting in lines and Ive never seen more than two staff people at this location at one time except once, when there was a manager in the back office and one of the employees was getting ready to leave. The lines were long and customers were waiting and the manager never even came out of the back office to assist. The staff move slow, without care or concern, and focus on one person at a time instead of trying to multitask and get customers with short/quick requests out the door quickly so they can spend time concentrating on customers that require more time and assistance. If you think youre going to go into this location real quick, forget about it! The only reason I rated two Stars was because of Joaquin (sp?) who is the only one that ever seems to be hustling when hes behind the counter!

Best Location for expedient & customer-friendly service in all Chicagoland area! Professional [& humorous] staff that makes you feel as if your needs are important everytime! Far different from other locations inside city limits excluding Bronzevilles new location which is superb as well I recently and happily discovered.
