The young technician with green braids lied to me about changing my headlights, he claimed they had to remove the entire front end of my vehicle to change a headlight and that i had to make an appointment so i wasn’t serviced after waiting 30 minutes for my turn,i drove to the Jiffy Lube on Sibley Blvd and the technicians changed out my headlight with no problem.Do not let any young technicians work on your vehicle at this location they are lazy and shouldn’t deserve to be employed!It turns out his name is John and he is the Manager i can’t believe how lazy the management is, if you are in management you should be setting an example for the rest of your employees! Please fire this guy what type of manager has green dreads to represent a company? The assistant manager even stepped in and tried to save face for the manager,the assistant manager should be the manager he is hard working and professional.

Mario and John are great. Thought I needed oil change on Mustang due to light, but Mario said they just needed to reset it instead of taking my money prematurely ahead of next oil change. I appreciate the customer service and honesty!

This is my second visit to this location. Ive was impressed on both occasions by the staffs courtesy, professionalism, and prompt service. There is a Jiffy Lube closer to my home than this one, but I will be coming back because of the superior customer service.

They got over on me for plugging in a new set of headlights that I brought with me. I asked Mario how much it would cost for them to install and mentioned I had the part, he stated 24.99 for regular bulbs and I believe 69.99 if they were LED. After they ccompleted the service, they tell me it was 25 PER SIDE. It took them roughly 10 minutes to install both of them, I was right there watching them. The only reason they got away with it is because Mario feigned good customer service and I felt pressured as there was a car behind me. These quick service auto chains are notorious for their predatory practices. Support a locally owned shop instead.

I went in for a oil chance Mario was very helpful and patient with me he fluently explained everything that I needed and I will be returning.

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The service was efficient and timely. They asked additional questions to ensure my service were preformed to my satisfaction.

The lady tried to sell me antifreeze. My mechanic replaced my radiator the day before, so it was already filled to capacity😡.Ur Lucky to get 2 stars.

They are always fast and friendly feel like you at home and it a plus you get to sit in your car to get the work done they are very knowledgeable and was in and out within 30min I use to go to dealership and do it but they use to always try to hustle me to getting other thing done or trade in my car and takes 2-3 hours I found my new home with jiffy lube

The service at the jiffy lube was exceptional they were fast and somewhat knowledgeable of the oil needed for your car. Thee price was a little steep for an oil change, but time wise it was great and in my book time is money.

This is a well organized services station I have ever visit. I was there with my Lexus 2014 for oil change and others but I ended up requested for other issues with the truck due to their diligence and professionalism.Well trained and courtious personnel and to my biggest surprise, the charges was moderate compaire with many other and I have found a shop outside the dealership.Thanks guys but keep up the good work and encourage your workers to continue with what could still better off.Thanks again and again.

Everyone at this Location is Extremely Professional & Awesome. Unfortunately the oil change cost $99.09 the Manager gave Me $10 off which I appreciate, bill was $89.09. Unfortunately the Dealership charges $59.00 for service along with tire rotation included so thats Why I will not be back

UPDATE! My oil was never changed! Plus they left it a half of quart low. It gets worse. The “technician” tested my battery (I didn’t request this) and they told me the battery was “bad”. My own diagnostics (Hum device) tell me the battery is fine. Besides, the car was fine. I would go ANYWHERE BUT THIS SHOP. They will absolutely try and rip you off!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

The guy that serviced my vehicle said I declined a bunch of services (on the paper work) but didn’t even ask me anything. Seemed like he didn’t even want to be at work. Makes me think he didn’t do anything properly. It said he checked my windshield wipers, this man never came close to them and I did need new ones. Never again! The woman that actually spoke to me is the reason I an giving 2 stars. She was amazing!

Fast and quick oil change in and out!

They tried charging me $40 for an air filter when I can go to AutoZone and get one for $8. They said if I had to go elsewhere to get an air filter it would cost $50. They also said they checked my lights and said they were good when I know my blinker is out. They also said they added windshield washer fluid when I know they did not. They also overfilled my oil. I will not be going back. Terrible place!

Very Detail Oriented Jiffy Lube during busy Sunday afternoon. All employees were knowledgeable & helpful especially Manager on Duty and Srv Tech Kevin.

This establishment needs to be more aware of what professionalism is. As a team they lack use of best practices. I was given an oil change without being asked or offered which kind I would of wanted. They only reason I found out that there were options was because I called a sister store. Immediately I was asked over the phone and explained the difference between the two.If this same best practice was executed at the Lansing location I would have not chose a $89 oil change. It is the responsibility of the team members to educate the customer.I am not happy with being over charged because an employee thought I want a particular oil type because of a previous visit. This is my second visit and the second issue.

Why set an appt to get a fuel flush system done on older model on my vehicle without having any techs that dont know what their doing in the Lansing, IL location, with little or no experience. In addition, how do you want this virus to go away, when your employees are NOT wearing their masks and making poor judgements? Whoever is running this store, needs to run it much better and make a vast improvement!

The Ladies who I had direct contact with were professional and courteous. The only reason I didnt give them 4 stars was because I wanted a tire rotation too but the Tire Technician wasnt going to be in until a little later and I had to be elsewhere.

The location on Torrance Ave in Lansing has lost good mechanics and have kids there now who dont know automotive service, felt like I was dealing with a auto shop at a High School.

Went above and beyond service and fixed what another location messed up on. They were also very polite and follow COVID-19 safety guideline. Proud to say they’ve gained a new customer in me.

Great job a little on the high side though

Went here 03/20/21 to get an oil change done on my brand new 2021 nissan rogue. This is the very first oil change done on this truck and after leaving from getting the oil change the truck drove very differently.something was damaged and I paid 80 for oil change service. I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone to this specific location or any jiffy lube.
