Clean store...Horrible wigs!!! They go bad fast, even the ones with human hair. There is never anyone in the back of the store to assist with wig purchases. They will literally ignore you when youre back there... This has happened on numerous occasions. Not to mention, the synthetic wigs are up high on a shelf where you cannot really look at them up close without assistance while the more expensive wigs are in a special section and accessible to customers...and are still horrible.They never have extra wigs in the back and always try to sell whats on display for 10% off... wigs that have been handled and tried on by customers...during a pandemic. I never try wigs on in the store btw... So why would I want that?Their point system doesnt work. Each time I try to apply a discount they act as if I cannot read the screen. I have texts to prove I should be receiving discounts. I was given 17 points when R complained, but does that equate to the $5 discount? No. Super Sheisty. I prefer Beauty Hair Wig in Cal City. I only come here as a last resort.

This beauty supply store always has what I need and the service is always excellent!

Huge store and it also has a beauty shop inside but Ive never gotten my hair done there because my daughter does it. The one time I tried they never called back as they stated so that was a negative for me. Outside of that my shopping experience is always great and they have associates available to help you on a regular. P.S. make sure to check out their $1 rack of shampoos, conditioner, lotion and etc they display daily.

I love Kali beauty for all my hair and make up needs. I have two daughters in dance recitals throughout the year and Kali beauty is my go to place. They have everything from the bobbi pins to hair donuts. Eyeshadows to glitter Eyeshadows. As well as a variety of lipsticks and lipgloss. My husband loves the hair gel from Kali. He used to use Aussie but not he won’t use anything other than Kali hair gel. For me, I love how they have many different varieties of each makeup. I seriously have 4 different bronzers, Many different eyeshadow pallets Including glitter ones, etc. I also have their hair curlers and crimpers. Don’t know what I would do without them. I just love everything about Kali beauty. Everytime I walk in my girls and I are always greeted with a friendly hello. The staff is super professional and helpful. To me having friendly and professional staffing whom are always willing to help customers is everything to me. Kali beauty is about a 30min drive from house but it’s worth every bit of it.

I was with my daughter who decided that she wanted to Branch out and have green and blue lipstick. I love her did not like the lipstick on her however the people were working there with just so friendly it was just great wonderful experience.
