Great work done here but was way too expensive. For what I spent there I would have thrown in an oil change for a complete oil change. If I ever need to get work done on my vehicles again. IT WONT BE HERE because of whoever the technician was that worked on my vehicle left it unlocked which resulted in the theft of everything inside my car. So I will never go back to Auto lab for anything. Thanks guys I REALLY APPRECIATE IT ALONG WITH THE RETURN PHONE CALL THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Thanks a lot

I experienced the greatest service from Auto Lab and it’s employees that I have ever received. I’ve had a lot of jalopy cars in my day and have always had them in shop after shop all my life. Never before have I been greeted and treated with such courtesy and understanding. I regret not knowing about them or using them in the past. I feel like I would have saved so much time and money in previous years had I known about this wonderful place. I will never go anywhere else. Jennifer and Daryl truly aimed to please and they succeeded!! I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you for caring about your customer!

I was in Lansing visiting my friend when my catalytic converter was stolen. I brought my Prius to AutoLab after being quoted a 10 day wait elsewhere. Troy and his team were able to fit me in to their already busy schedule and got my repair done in much less time. The parts took a bit longer than anticipated to arrive but once they did, the work was completed by the next day! Rick even took time out of his weekend to meet my husband and I when we drove back up from Indiana to pick the car up!

I brought my vehicle here 3 times for the same tire and it still flew off while I was doing 70 on the highway 80 miles from home. Had to pay $250 to have it fixed and pay for a tow truck and they are not willing to reimburse me at all or do anything when they are the ones who did not do it right the first 3 times. I would not recommend anybody to go here as the manager rick is very unprofessional and rude.

I recently had my oil changed at the Auto-Lab for the first time, and I will be returning in the future. The service was quick, and the staff was very friendly! They topped off my fluids, filled up my tires, and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Overall great experience.

From the phone call to see if they had time to take my car in, to being checked out and on my way was 3 hours, at most. I was visiting family and about 400 miles from home when my wheel bearing went bad. Needing to get home, autolab was recommended to me by my sister and brother in law. They were friendly, fair on pricing, and quick. The overall inspection of my car without the sales pitch was a plus too. If Im ever in Lansing and have car trouble, Ill definitely take it back to them

Said they dont give quotes over the phone. That should have been my first sign. Like they dont have software that tells them how much parts are and how long it takes to put them on. I finally got them to give me a quote and dropped off the car cuz it was about what everybody else was charging. They called me the next day said they made a mistake and doubled the quote. As soon as I told them not to work on it I was coming to get it they proceeded to wait 20 minutes and call me back and take it back down to the original quote. Promptly went and picked up my vehicle. Those kind of sales tactics are so outdated and ridiculous I cant believe they thought anybody would go for that!

Went in for an oil change recently, very quick and service was great! While my car was in the garage they also checked over a couple other things & told me two of my tires were leaking at the bead and that my front brake life was low. They took care of everything and I havent had a problem since! I will definitely be coming back.

It’s one of those classic scenarios where they wanted to keep on nickel and dimming me on my check light diagnostics even when I knew what what was wrong with it..instead of addressing the main problem with the car they kept insisting just to get a tune up and etc ..when in Reality it was the just the catalytic converter .. (which I knew already ) but instead on trying not to educate there customers and work with them to a small degree they are quick to not answer the obvious questions or leave you in the unknown about your Vehicle unless you go threw diagnostics … don’t bother take your money esle where…

They were nice and all, but feels like I got no where with my car concern. Said they couldnt even get a known issue off reading the check engine light code. Said to come back if my check engine light came back on for more test (and more money Im sure), and it came back on immediately after I left the parking lot. Also left my glove box disconnected from its hinges, that was really weird. Maybe theyre better when the issue is very apparent.

Had transmission work done on my manual 5-speed transmission 500 Miles went by and the clutch went out they had to redo the clutch and then the third time I just took it in and now its leaking transmission fluid and theyre trying to say its not their fault I do not recommend this business at all

Took my car in for an oil change, they didnt tighten my filter & 300 miles later i was out of oil. Thought it was a one off, needed work done & they had an appointment. I was told i couldnt get any kind of estimate for the repair (i knew what needed replaced) brought it in at noon,they said theyd call me in an hour to let me know what they found out. At 2:30 I called them because I hadnt heard back. They said give us 15 minutes. 3p, still no call so I go up there. They tell me its the sensor (so i can have heat in the car)I figured it was & say i have a vacuum leak too. 377 for the sensor & another 100 to figure out the vacuum leak, sorry maam it wont be do til tomorrow. I leave & get a phone call from them, the vacuum leak is your valve cover, another 125...fiiinnnee. They call me at 1030 the next morning to tell me my car is done. I had to wait for my ride so i didnt get there so I arrived for my vehicle at 550p. I asked for my old parts & asked if I had heat, the mechanic & Jennifer at the counter assured me I had working heat. I paid & left. In the 25 minute drive home my temp gague never moved & I still had no heat. Drove again the next day, 35 minutes, still no temp gague& no heat. They solved nothing, had my car for 2 days, wont return my calls & Im just out a bunch of money. Dont take your car to these shady people.

Made an appt Friday through auto lab website and they didnt have me in the system so I had to go in today (Monday). I went in for an alignment because it was pulling to the left. When I drove it home, it pulled even more to the left. Not satisfied at all and do not recommend. Maybe because I used Groupon, who knows.

I am very happy to find a place that genuinely cares about their customers, autolab is one of those places, I went in for a 4 wheel alignment, I have a few repairs to complete and there was no pressure to get it done immediately. I am happy to recommend auto lab for any repairs you might need.

I went there for oil change. Their service is great. Staff are nice and helpful. Its better to call and get an appointment before you come to make sure they can serve you. I stayed there for about an hour while they changed my cars oil. There are a few seats in front of the front desk in the waiting area. There is a rest room, and they offer hot drinks (if I remember correctly) that can be prepared.

Dont feel like getting into all the details. I will say having done a complete brake line replacement myself this wasnt a small job, human error can happen as it did here. This was my first time using their service.Pros:-They reduced my bill without me asking for it.-They worked extra hard to get my vehicle back to me before the weekend.-They did cover the additional charge generated by the other shop in Ohio for finishing up the job.Cons:-They didnt complete the job. Missed tightening up 3 brake line fittings. Brake fluid everywhere, not seen until the next day in Ohio.-Magnetic light left stuck to the frame of the vehicle, not seen until in Ohio.-They wont call you back, not matter how many times they say they will.-They dont seem to know the words sorry or apologize.-They tried to help make it so I could get my vehicle after hours (however key and fob were lost). No sorry, no apology. Never offered to replace. I will be paying for that as well.So much for not getting into the details.

I always like to say, when looking for a service, choose two: cheap, good, fast. At Auto Lab, the two youre getting are Cheap and Good. They have done great work for me over many a year, many problems, many cars... but on average, the problem takes 2 days over whatever time estimate they give. The prices are always fair, the repairs are always good... but time estimates are poor, and they do take a while consistently. I would and have recommended them, but often with a caveat about the time they take.EDIT: They seem to have taken my criticism to heart; since I posted this review, theyve been notably quicker in the turnaround, while continuing the great service at a fair price.

Huge markup on parts. Massive ripoff. After having my car repaired, i looked up how much they cost at any nearby parts place (O’reilly, Autoparts) and its $110. Online it can be had for $80. Auto-Lab charged over $300 for each part x 2, so $600 vs $200. I get a slight markup,,, but there’s no excuse for gouging like that. How can someone act friendly and smile to your face, then literally rob you?This business is still running like its 1980 and there’s no internet for people to go on and verify prices. Stay clear of these guys. Even if you think they’re great mechanics, do yourself a favor and look up the actual cost of parts used, and decide if you can afford to just throw money away.

I dont know about the business and their products or services, but I feel I personally would not visit them or any chains when they are putting sexist content up on their billboards. This is very inappropriate.

I almost always do my own car repairs. Ive been here for oil changes mainly. I do hear the staff speak to other customers and they seem quite honest. They dont seem to try and upsell or try to get the customer to believe something else is wrong with their vehicle. Friendly people. Ive even had sports conversations with them. I would feel comfortable with them doing my car repairs if I cant.

I get my oil changed here regularly, and I have had a relatively minor repair done here as well. I feel very comfortable that I am getting a fair price, and they never tell me work needs to be done on my car that doesnt actually need to be done. Customer service never seems to be a priority at other places I have taken my car to, but I never feel that way here.

Called them to schedule a wheel alignment using their Groupon. They explained that they have a $25 inspection fee. If they find anything wrong (ball joint, etc) and choose to have it fixed there, the $25 will be put toward the cost of repair and Groupon will not be charged. Thats all fine and dandy, but I had my car inspected by the dealership I bought the car from a few weeks ago and they said all I need was a front alignment. I would have scheduled my service there, but saving $30 is saving $30. This guy then tells me repeatedly that I need to give them at least 2 hours for the alignment just in case we find anything else wrong. It made it sound to me like they WERE going to find something no matter what. Back to the dealership for me, as I trust them.

The only reason i went here is because my warrant company only deals with them. I stand by my fisrt post and say Do not go here for auto repairs. Only send someone here if your trying to get even with them because their car will be more f up after this place works on it.

I was leaving work for lunch when I noticed I had a flat tire. The spare tire was under the car and the cable was rusted so the tire would not come down. I called Auto Lab and got in right away. They were able to get my spare down and put on my car and I was back to work without being late. Mark and the rest of the guys were wonderful!!!! Thanks so much!!!!

EXTREMELY unethical and takes forever for service. On the recommendation of AAA, after my car broke down, I had it towed to Auto-lab for service. The initial diagnostic took two days, and I was informed that I would need to replace an ignition coil and spark plugs. I agreed to have the work done. However, Auto-lab failed to do complete diagnostics on all the affected parts, and the power control module shorted, killing the new coil. Auto-lab admitted they could replace the module, but that ford would have to program it, at which point I decided to finish the repairs at Ford. This was after I had needed to call them over the next week several times, as their deadlines were pushed further and further back. When I arrived to pull some things from the car, I was told that service was done... only a week after the original deadline I was given. The gentleman at the counter informed me, again, that the coil would need to be replaced, but that in addition to paying for the diagnostic and spark plugs, I would have to ALSO pay for the coil they burned out in the process of the repair and diagnostic! So in other words, not only would I have to pay them $100 for the coil THEY burned out in the process of the repair, but I would have to pay ADDITIONAL costs to get the coil replaced AGAIN!!! They are trying to make me pay TWICE for a single problem. I am opening a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. If you have a choice, DO NOT use this service! They are EXTREMELY unreasonable when it comes to helping out the consumer!!!Edit: Approximately 1 hour after I left this review, I filed s complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and reported Auto-Lab to the Federal Trade Commission and the Secretary of State Regulatory Monitoring Office. I DO NOT like shysters attempting to screw people!!!

I love these guys!! I have been to Auto Lab twice and every time I go, I am greeted with exceptional hospitality. My first visit in Auto Lab: I went in for an oil change and wanted them to check out my engine (it was running a little rough). They looked up my vehicle information and told me that my car is still under warranty, which I did not know!! They referred me to a dealership to check out my engine, in case the problem was covered under warranty- which it was! I feel like other auto shops could have easily taken advantage of that situation, and for that- I am extremely thankful. They are honest, personable and do great work. I look forward to continue my service at Auto Lab of Lansing.

I took my car in to get the a/c checked and an oil change. Thr price for the oil change was good. They didnt reset my check engine light after the oil change. When I brought my car back in because their a/c fix failed, I told them that they forgot to reset my light. Hey tried to charge me $82 to run a diagnosis. I told him that I always get the light reset after an oil change, yet he insisted that it would be $82. I declined & asked them to check the a/c. When I got my car back, the check engine light had been reset free of charge. Go figure, huh? I elected to have my repairs done at another garage (at a lower price) because of the way I was treated.

I had my truck towed here on 6/25 because it broke down on the road. When the owner diagnosed it he said it would be $1356.70 worth of work $728.31 worth of parts and $535.23 in labor. I felt like I didn’t have a choice either let them fix it or get my truck towed to another shop. So I was said go ahead and fix it. The next day the owner called me and said the truck was done. I said ok it took me a few days to get the money together. I’m a single parent and didn’t have that kind of money on hand. So when I finally got all the money I went to go pick my truck up. After all that money my truck broke down the next day wouldn’t start the next day. I called there and told the owner what was going on. He said bring the truck back. I went back the next day and he took some little device and checked the battery said unless the truck breaks down again he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it... huh??? Dude I just spent over $1,300 and something is definitely wrong here. Guess what the truck is broke down again I’m just like wow I feel so ripped off. I really hate it when mechanic take advantage of women and situations just to make a few dollars. I really believed these people had my best interest at heart when really they were taking advantage of my situation. I never seen any parts, receipts or anything of the things they said they replaced. A company that charges $83.63 an hour you would think they know what they were doing. What a waste now I have to find another shop to take my truck to to do the job right. SMH.

My family has gone to Auto Lab in Lansing for Years now. We have been thru a few Management changes there, but have never been treated unfairly. We have older vehicles, which require service often so we visit them every month or so. Jamie and his current team are always respectful. There have been a few times where the work has taken longer than expected, but they always try their best and are very apologetic when it takes longer. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

I took my car here on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. I came here to have my A/C recharged and called first and spoke to who I think is the owner. He advised me that if the recharge didnt solve the issue I would need to pay the labor but not the freon. They did the recharge and the air was blowing straight hot air immediately so I went back inside and told the guy the air was blowing even hotter now so the recharge didnt resolve it. The guy at the front desk right away got defensive and telling me how what I was saying was impossible and just had a very rude tone and demeanor. The guy at the front desk did not even attempt to have a conversation with me to determine what my expectations were or what I was asking him. I was not being rude or anything! He advised me I could wait for the other guy to come back, so I did. Due to the fact I am not a mechanic I dont know what is impossible on a car, but I do know that right before I got there the air was running cool. Not cold not hot. After the recharge it was immediately running hot. It was very rude to completely dismiss what I said and get rude rather than to explain why this may be happening. The second guy who came back told me that it may be due to there being a hole in the *controller (??Might be incorrect term) that when they recharged it, it didnt not hold the recharge. I appreciate the second guy explaining to me and refunding me the freon cost. I dont know if I will go back here because although the second guy I spoke to had a more customer centric attitude, the first guy just really needed to calm down-he was a bit too high strung and made me feel unwelcome in their establishment.

I worked for local car dealerships for over 13 years and can say without question that the Auto-lab team is the most ethical, trustworthy group of guys I have ever worked with! I have often given Mark and his guys almost ZERO notice when I have a problem or a need for either of my family cars and they have always tried to fit me in and always solve my problems! They never overcharge me or strong arm me into repairs that arent necessary. Always outstanding service! Dave and the rest of the crew at Lansing Auto-Lab saved my vacation last year when my aging Chevy developed a severe coolant leak the day before I was supposed to leave. I take care of minor repairs myself and hadnt needed service in a few years, but Dave still fit me into their busy schedule and called me with a diagnosis (bad water pump hidden under the timing chain cover) and a very reasonable quote the next morning while I was still at the airport. They took care of everything while I was visiting with family 1,200 miles away, and I didnt have to spend a single day of my vacation worrying about what might be wrong or how I was going to get to work on Monday. Ive been back several times since then (car had hit that age when it was suddenly needy), and have always received prompt, same-day service with an honest, thoughtful, thorough diagnosis. This month it was finally time to put that rusting old Chevy out to pasture, so I called Lansing Auto Lab about getting a wheel alignment and oil change on my new vehicle. Two hours later I was pulling out of their parking lot with both jobs completed!

I broke down in the Lansing area on a business trip, a Sunday at that, I had my truck towed to Auto-Lab. When I contacted them on Monday morning, I talked to Mark who was great. Mark told me that if I needed a vehicle that he could give me a loaner until they got my truck fixed. WOW! Ive got a Toyota Sienna and after getting tires done somewhere else, that place said I needed $1200 worth of work done. Bill at Auto-Lab looked at it and said it really didnt need to be done yet. We had the work done by Auto-Lab a few months later, but for much lower than the other place quoted me - and they did it on a Saturday with no hassles.If you want an honest opinion about what your vehicle really needs, bring it here!

Brought my car in here and I was told that I have a/c compressor failure and needs to be changed! Changed that, but had still problems with alternator and wasnt told that head gasket needs to be changed too, in order to prevent leaking into alternator and damage my alternator too! However for 2 hrs work with my parts (and I was sort of pushed to buy their parts) cost me $300.Owner is rude to a certain level and I will make sure to never ever bring mu car back. Also, I heard bas words from autozone sellers too, about this place!Be aware.

When I was here, someone called in and it made for a very long wait. The guy who was doing all the work was over worked but still friendly and reasonable. The work was done correctly. I understand things happen, so next time I go I expect it will take less time to get an oil service done.

12 days post oil change, my car overheated, had NO COOLANT in it and was down a FULL QUART of OIL!!!! Yet when I got the oil changed they game me a paper that they had done the 33 point inspection and didnt find anything unusual with the exception that I might need tires soon. So this should NEVER have happened!!The Shop Manager David Keyes has extremely bad customer service, is untrustworthy and is just plain rude! I loved the previous shop managers because they were helpful, answered questions, service was performed in a timely manner, they were friendly and considerate. David Keyes is a bully, lacks customer service skills & communication skills, and unprofessional!!!He told me in the past that my battery was dying, so I double checked at Sams Club on 3 different occasions and was told by them that the battery was just fine. In fact, I didnt end up needing to replace the battery for close to 2 years. David Keyes has told me to have work performed that wasnt necessary, according to a mechanic that I have found to be trustworthy. This is not only dishonest and unprofessional, but it gives the Shop a bad name. If I hadnt of bought the oil change package for the car, I would NEVER return to this shop, nor do I recommend it as long as Mr. Keyes is the Manager.On 5/16/19, I had my oil changed, Matt, the Service Manager was there that day. I had an appointment scheduled for the day before, but they were running over 2 hours behind and I had to be somewhere else within that time frame. Matt has helped me twice now and Ive found him helpful,a knowledgeable and considerate. I appreciate his orientation towards customer service!12 days after the oil change, my check engine light came on as I was heading out of town for a doctors appointment. The car was overheating to the point that the needle was ALL THE WAY over to HOT. I didnt know what to do. I called my insurance company and they helped me to have it towed to a RELIABLE mechanic. Once at the Mechanic, we discovered that there was ABSOLUTELY NO COOLANT in the car. Additionally the oil was a FULL QUART LOW!! I was LIVID!!! It took almost a 2 full containers of coolant. I was in shock and was extremely ANGRY that this happened just 12 DAYS AFTER my oil change.I didnt contact Mr. Keyes or Matt until this afternoon around 1:30pm. Matt wasnt in the office, but Mr. Keyes told me that I should have said something sooner and then proceeded to tell me that his workers are only human and make mistakes. Then he tried to tell me (as he was talking down to me) that my car could have lost the coolant and the quart of oil in that span of 12 days. This sounded bizarre to me because the mechanic that I took the car to on 5/26/19 told me that there was NO WAY this could have happened. I havent seen any leaks at all under the car since this incident and there werent any before the incident. I dont trust Me. Keyes one at all. He was talking to me in a very loud voice, almost yelling. I didnt tell at him despite the fact that I wanted to. I told him that I was angry that this incident happened. He offered NO SOLUTIONS, didnt offer to pay me back for the towing/coolant/oil, and was obnoxious. He then had the nerve to put his hand out for me to shake and said that he hopes to keep my business. This infuriated me and I told him that I will ONLY come back for oil changes because of the package I bought.I will now be submitting copies of this review to: LARA, Yelp, Google, Angies List, and anywhere else I can find to warn future customers of the HORRIFIC experience I had, the non-existent customer service and the Horrible Management. The only way I will consider changing the reviews will be if this situation is made right and there is a new Shop manager in place at the Lansing location.

Got a flyer in the mail for autolab with a bunch of coupons on it. Decided to check them out as my emission system had a leak in it. I went in on August 28th, 2018. David was extremely easy to talk to and got my car in and out in under 24 hours. Very fair price, but what set them over the edge was the little things. I had left my ID card in the car, and when I went to grab it they immediately brought my car down off the lift so I could look for it. When I got my car back, my tires were filled up. I havent had many car shops that have as good customer service as autolab. Many thanks to David and his team!

Will take advantge of females. 110 bucks more then any other shop. Tried saying it was 250 more in parts then backed off once I got involved for my girl. Say they use napa parts but use other parts because they know whats better. Completely rude. Never recommend to anyone.

Huge thank you to David Keyes!! He fixed what no other shop could...i was told by 9 other shops that there was nothing wrong with the front end of my car. I knew there was, I know my car! David found the problem, fixed it, didnt charge me an arm or leg, all while me and the kids had lunch at Dans Coney Island. Very satisfied customer!!!

Under new management and no longer the business that kept me coming for 3 years. Mike used to manage this business and was professional, friendly and respectful. The new manager, Bill, is lacking in all these traits. He was dismissive and abrupt. In addition to dealing Bill, my simple oil change was anything but satisfying. They underfilled my oil so that within two blocks of leaving, my low oil light came on. When I returned and found my windshield cleaner fluid low, Bill explained that they dont like to put much in because we use so much. ???? Really, after explaining your 30-point check and stressing that youre mechanics unlike other places. After spending $41 for my oil change Im wonder how many other corners were cut if they are reluctant to use much windshield cleaner fluid and underfilling my oil. Most of the positive reviews reference Mike and are prior to fall of 2014 while Mike was still there. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new place to have my car maintenance done.

My car was misdiagnosed I took my Jeep in for a diagnostic because I kept hearing the sound of metal which sounded like it would fall of my Jeep at any time. I was told I needed a tie rod and wheel bearing so that day I got my tie rod fixed and I didn’t have a whole lot of money so I didn’t get the wheel bearing fixed which I was told didn’t need to be done right away I still was hearing some of the loud metal noises and two days later the cradle fell from under my car and broke the steering line as it went so it end up costing me over $2000 to get my car fixed and I was told within 45 minutes of my car being in the new shop that the cradle looked horrible and I seen it with my own eyes I’m not sure how this wasn’t seen especially when it was right in the area I told the first car shop that I was hearing noises from but this end up costing me a whole lot of money when if it was diagnosed Right at first I wouldn’t have had to take out a loan for so much additional money

We used Autolab in Mount Pleasant for many years before moving to the Holt area. The ABS light came on on our 2007 Nissan Versa in mid May but we didnt feel any difference, so we didnt think about having it fixed until the Service Engine Soon came on too in early August. My husband took it to Autolab. They ran a computer scan and found that the ABS light was caused by driver side back wheel sensor and the Service Engine Soon light had to do with gas tank sensor or something like it among other things. We gave them permission to fix both and another issue.Two days later, they called and said they couldnt remove the bad sensor without having to damage a part so they needed our permission to order new part and the cost of course went up. I tried to talk my husband out of it but Dave was saying our car like a Toyota will run on and on and it was definitely worth the investment. And my husband followed his advice rather than mine.A few days later, Dave called and said we could pick up the car. We were excited to drive over only to be told the light came back on again. And worse than before, the whole ABS system wouldnt come on. In other words, it was only one wheel sensor malfunctioning when we brought the car in and now the whole ABS system was down. I tried to negotiate the price but Dave wouldnt give in. So we ended up paying about $500 for a job that only got our car to be much worse. So far, the car has jerked forward 3 times when we were starting to move at a stop light. And every time we move our foot away from the brake, we hear clicking noise. Definitely we will not take our car back.They charge you for the time their technicians put into your job, but they have incompetent technicians and what can you do about that? Stay away!!

Lifesavers! When my grandmothers vehicle went down I was in need of a high quality honest auto repair shop that would treat her with respect and take care of her every step of the way. Auto-Lab was just that place. Even though I was 500 miles away they made sure to keep me in the loop with everything and I thank them for that. If you are in Lansing and you need a quality auto repair place, then Auto-Lab is the place to call.

This place is a complete joke. The owner has no accountability, I dropped my car off Friday night for an inspection I was given a quote by somebody who worked there over the phone the next day for the repairs. when I got there to pick my vehicle up half of the repair were done and the owner said there was no way he could honor those prices and the employee who gave the quote was not there today

I came here because of a Groupon deal. You have to schedule an appointment for the Groupon and they all have a limited amount of time/day so make sure you call ahead. I am not used to that since I dont usually predict when my 3,000 miles are up. They took about 30-40 minutes. They informed me that I needed to change my serpentine belt and get an injection service. When I drove out of the place, my car stalled (which never has happened before!). I am not sure what happened but I pulled over on the next driveway from the store. I called them and they came out to check out what happened. They had no idea what happened. They turned on my car, in park they pressed the gas pedal a few times and then it ran like normal. They said it might have been water in my gas or something. So strange.... nothing like this has ever happened to my car before and Im the only owner of the car. I will definitely not come back to this place again.

This place is the best I was heading home from Grand Rapids late afternoon and I heard my brakes squealing really loud after getting hung up on and many answering machines with multiple Cheverlet dealerships, I looked up Autolab and found this one in Lansing. Mike the manager and staff there took care of me and changed out the front brakes and rotors and they stayed until closing to get it done, customer service here A+++, they earned a customer for life when ever I need car service and Im in the Lansing area.
