This is the worst parts department I have ever dealt with. If you are lucky enough to find them at the counter, they are going to seem like you are bothering them, if you ask a question it will be the shortest possible answer or I’m not sure. They have ordered parts for me twice and have never called to let me know they came in. I’ve been there 3 times and called a couple times to ask questions and it’s the same every time, not just someone having a bad day. I will drive an hour out of my way or order online before going to this dealership. The OEM parts you need will be 30-40% cheaper even at another Toyota dealership.

This the only parts seller that there is not return in their policy. If the part which they order for you would not be fit to your vehicle. They would not return it. You have keep it and order a the fit one.DAMNNNNN
