I had a great experience here. I got dent in front of my Jeep and also need to replace lower bumper. So I contacted Gary. He offer a very nice price so I drop the car off on this Monday. It looks fresh new when I get it today! They washed my car and clean the interior! Well done! I would love to visit here again soon to do modification on my truck :)

I was surprised that he had the parts there before I even brought my truck in, and he did a phenomenal job, even washed the truck and cleaned it out. Brought my car in for an estimate and Gary was both friendly and informative. After obtaining a few other estimates around Lansing, it was clear Osband had a fair price and was the way to go. Cheap work, for cheap price. Yes, the price is exceptionally cheap. Other body shops cannot compete the price. I first visited this place after getting quote from other body shops for a dent of my car, other body shops quoted at least 1200$, but this guy said 500$. So I fixed the dent here and the fixed area now has rust.Not only that, I had many scratches and I wanted to paint again, the paint they use looks really cheap. When they paint over your original paint, he doesnt even use the right paint. It is obviously different color, you wont satisfy the result if you do any series work here.If you are looking for cheap work, then its your choice, but if you really care about your car, I assume you do since you are looking for the body shop, then dont get the service here.

I found Osband Body Shop by searching reviews on Google. I am adding my 5 Star rating to the others. Before I found Osband I went to the same body shop for a very long time. After two generations the initial owners son sold to a local multi-shop operation. The new owner did ok work, but the new owner charged top dollar and estimated that I needed more work than I thought was necessary. I needed to clean up scrapes and replace a side mirror. At Osband I got exactly what I needed. Gary said I needed only the cover over the mirror, not the expensive movable mechanism inside the cover. THE WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL. When I picked up my car the invoice was less than the estimate. Gary found the part for less than he expected and passed the savings on to me. First rate work, first rate businessman. Osband Body Shop is my new go to body shop.

Gary goes beyond your expectations. He does a great job for a reasonable price.The 5 stars are only for the quality of his job. I would also give him 5 stars for his fairness and price. And he has 5 stars for his timeliness and understanding.However for his excellent communication skills and friendliness and flexibility and honesty and trustworthiness and helpfulness, 5 stars would not be enough.

I rarely take the time to write a review; but my experience with Gary and Osband body shop was so good that it warrants the effort. First and foremost, Gary is just a great guy; professional and friendly. His estimate was on the money with no additional charges. He completed the work a full day ahead of schedule and then came and picked me up to bring me to my car. The workmanship was perfect and the paint match is exact. I cant tell the difference. I hope I dont need his services again.... but if I do....

Gary does amazing work... AND for a fair price. I had just bought a new vehicle and noticed a few pinholes of rust starting and didnt want it to spread, and other body shops were quoting $500+! Gary did it for a fraction of that price and it looks amazing... he even got out a few dings I hadnt noticed. I highly recommend you call him for an estimate next time you need auto body work done.

I came to Garys shop to get help fixing the dent in the front of my car. Gary not only did an great job at making the dent disappeared ( I wish I could show you the pre and post photo!) but also helped me cleaning up the coke spill accident inside of the car with a steam cleaner. Cleaning is not the service what he normally offers but he tried to help me anyway because he understands it was so difficult to remove stain spots myself. He is for sure a real professional at his job and he is also a very nice person. I only have one car. After dropping my car off his shop, I need a ride back to school. Gary kindly drove me back. I cannot ask for a better service than that. Relative to other repair shop around the area, his pricing is much more reasonable and accurate. I paid for the quote given initially. His estimate of the time it takes for him to fix the car is also very accurate. I came to pick up my car within the originally estimated time. Gary is very professional and prompt. In short, this is a highly recommended place!!!

I needed my passenger side doors fixed in a really short time frame and Gary was able to take the car in 10 minutes after we called and got me two new doors installed in less than a week. I had a super short time frame to deal with since I was moving and he exceeded my expectations. The car looks great and the service was fabulous! Highly highly recommend Osband Body Shop!

For those who dont have time to read a lengthy review, I highly recommend Osband Body Shop for any work you need done on your car. Gary Osband was kind, courteous, professional, and patiently explained all of the details of the body work we had done on our vehicle.After damage to the front of our car requiring extensive body work, my wife and I initially took our vehicle to the dealer recommended body shop. After multiple miscommunications and a heated discussion, we looked elsewhere for someone to do body work on our car. Gary handled the towing of our vehicle, and returned an estimate for the repairs that same day.When we went in to get a more detailed account of the repairs, Gary systematically explained all of the details in laymans terms, patiently and knowledgeably answering all of the questions we had. He also told us the maximum we would have to pay - if he discovered more damage, he would absorb the additional cost.Gary kept us well-informed every step of the way, and at the end the car looked better than it had before the damage. He even called us over a month after repairs were complete to let us know that the credit card payment had been delayed in processing so we wouldnt worry about the charge showing up on our bill.I will definitely take any future body work I need done to Osband Body Shop, and I strongly encourage all others in the Lansing area to seek his help when its needed.
