This place is not right they are against good workers this place allows other employees to lie and start problems with other employees and they dont do any investigations. I know someone who got fired because of a lie and they said it was because of the employee attitude this person is the sweetest person ever never bother anyone always quite always do they job but they let that employee go over a lie another employee said they only want to hire snitches and liers they dont want hard working people so i wouldnt tell anyone to work for them because this company isnt right nor fair.

READ THIS BEFORE WORKING HERE. If you are reading this, odds are you got this job through a staffing agency of some kind. There is a comment from a girl named Malia on here and it is spot on. This company will employ you for 6 months to a year. When it comes time to hire you, they will terminate your contract with no reason (legally they can do this). They are not willing to pay the staffing agency to hire you permanently(just look up how staffing agencies work). They will not put you on 1st shift. Also, attendance is very crucial. If you call off work for ANY reason(even a death in the family) it is marked as an absence. If you show up to work sick and they send you home, it will count as an absence. When you NEED a day off on a weekend, its a toss up because of their flawed time off request system. If you have had a negative experience with MagnaPLEASE rate and comment to warn others.

Great place to work.

This place use all ppl then when its time to hire ppl they fire you. And its not enough diversity. All you see is white ppl controlling everything. If your Hispanic or black the most you can do is team lead. I was there 9 months as a temp and thats the longest anybody did as a temp. Anyway I did my interview got my review to get hired in. Then they told me you have to go on probation for another 90 days so I completed that. Next thing Ik its 9 months and I havent hear from them . So I go to HR check on my papers and they said they will get to it. Then I get a call saying your job has been terminated from the temp service. The lady that called said Magna had no reason why they fired you. My position was backup team lead.
