Its no wonder this company is going out of business. Went in for toner that I can find at any Target, Walmart, Etc. They didnt have it, which is really no problem. Im able to get it elsewhere. My main problem is the attitude with which my interaction was handled. The women who assisted me were both extremely rude when I asked for a stock check on a product advertised on their website. If their lack of common stock does not drive them out of business, their poor customer service will certainly prevent any effort in customer retention attempts the corporate entity may strive for. Order from a reputable online distributer if you value your time and money. Staples will soon join the ranks of Office Max and Circuit City.

There service was poor the employee hung up on me and didnt call me back. His name was Jim Whitehouse. He was so rude about charges on my card for a purchase that they canceled because they said it wasnt in-stock. They need better people working. You dont like your job than quit. Thank you

The store was very clean and well organized. I was looking to buy a laptop, and the employee in that area was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and provided me with enough information to make a confident and informed decision on which laptop to purchase. Thanks James!

Lousy customer service in store. Masking policy not enforced and when told women were not masked, one cashier shrugged and the other said she cant be everywhere. Stay out if you have covid concerns. They dont care. Go someplace else. The attitude alone is enough to keep me out from now on!

Large free parking lot with handicap parking and entrance with wheelchair accessibleity to store. Large selection of office supplies and paper and office equiptment. Friendly service and helpful staff.

I worked for staples for 4.5 years, and have never seen a company run like staples. For most of my years of employment, they were great. The new store manager, josh graf, has made this store chaotic and totally disfunctional. He disobeys local, state, federal, and corporate laws. Discrimination, not following state required corona virus safety guidelines, as well as not following osha. Please do not ask a staples employee for help either. We suffer the consequences for trying to help a customer. We get a private talk afterwards discussing how he is buisy, we should know were the products are, or you have worked here for how long, why dont you know were the product is? Him refusing to do schedules two weeks in advance like a qualified store manager causes problems with employees, as well as him scheduling employees on days they have off. It is discusting the amount of abuse I have experienced at this store for the past 6 months by josh graf all do to my disability! No employee should be descriminated against!

I give this young man that waited on me a great big thumbs up. He was kind, courteous, and very helpful to me. All I needed was some copies and he was very willing to do them for me. He could have told me I could do it myself but he did them for me. Thank you young man for kindness and I will be back next month to have more copies made.

Yesterday was in this staples and saw a customer not wearing a mask. I have a compromised immune system!!! I will never shop there again if they can’t make a safe environment for their customers!!!

Cant speak for the rest of the store, but I was disappointed with the print service I received. Two associates helped me, and when I asked if I could choose the paper color and weight, the first associate said that I could. After I requested the color, the first associate called out to the second, “I would use 110 lb paper.” Since he had made the decision for me without asking my selection, when we had just discussed the fact that I could select the weight, I assumed that he was giving me the higher quality option at the same price as a lower quality option. I was excited! But when I was given my bill, it was twice what Id been expecting! The second associate explained that there was a charge for express processing, even though I hadnt been given the option to use the standard rate. When I asked her if there was a higher cost for the heavier weight, she said there was. The point in me asking if I had the option to choose the weight in the first place was to reduce cost, but even though I was told I could select the weight, I wasnt given the opportunity. The associates conducted themselves in a professional manner, but caused several problems, so Ill try to steer clear of the print section in the future.

Print shop seems knowledgeable, but they are horrible at customer service. I have spent 30 minutes there expecting a simple job to be done at any minute. Was never told it would take that long; I could easily have run several other errands and came back had I been told. Zero communication....happened again yesterday, only I asked (had to interrupt another customer to do so though) if it would be a while to find out.

Horrendous service. I went to send a 50 page fax, they said it would be $133.00 ! On top of that, they said I had to do it myself, and it would take over a minute PER PAGE! I was told I couldnt leave the machine until the fax was complete, so they wanted me to pay them $133 and then STAND BY THE MACHINE FOR OVER AN HOUR! Take your business elsewhere, Staples obviously has ZERO concern for customers.

Ok Staples had the printer in stock when no other stores had none. But here is why they get 2stars the sales lady on the phone and in person when I showed up was very sarcastic to the point of being rude. I just wanted to make the purchase and get out of there quickly before she said another word me.
