They repaired my flat tire the day I called and got me back on the road right away. Plenty of things to do around the shop while you wait. Grab a slice of pizza at sluggers or have a beer at federal taphouse. Great experience, I will be back!

Horrible service. Purchased new tires for an Audi A4 and had them installed by Lebzelters. A new, much more reliable shop I now go to, discovered that Lebzelters had installed the tires incorrectly. Each tire is marked outside, to show the installer that side of the tire must be facing OUT. Well, the geniuses at Lebzelters couldnt figure that out.

Awful customer service. I felt like they didnt want my business and they was annoyed that I brought my car in to be serviced. On top of that, they told me it would be 5 days until they were able to get a necessary part for my car, and I couldnt drive it until the part arrived. I used my wifes car, went to Pepboys, bought the $2 part, came back and the car was fixed in 10 min. Never taking my business back.

This place is a joke, had my car worked on by a guy named steve to get a tire fixed, i talked to the guy afterward to see what was wrong with it and quickly found out he is a bonified retard, no joke he was drooling and must have said the same thing about 35 times, thats just who i want fixing my car that im about to drive down the highway with my family in, later stopped by firestone to have it fixed and found out the tard broke my tire pressure sensor and just put a regular valve stem in . what a stand up buisness right? this place sucks, avoid at all cost, the tire guys at BJs can do better . THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not go here. I will save you the trouble of having to get any work done here if you read this review.Fall of 2011, I brought a Jetta in for four new tires and an inspection. They stated that the rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced and that at the least the right rear caliper needed to be replaced and lucky for me, they had the part. This past spring, the car began making a loud grinding noise and it was coming from the back. The right rear rotor was making that noise because it had been grinding metal on metal with the brake pad.If you know anything about Jetta brake work, you know that the rear brake hoses can not be clamped and that when changing out calipers, you have to bleed the lines entirely. I have had three separate mechanics all tell me that whoever did the brake work clamped the lines and collapsed both rear brake hoses (hard lines) and thus lead to the caliper being unable to release the brake pad off the rotor, they did not appropriately install the new brake pads as it was missing the springs and charged me for a new caliper when in fact, it had been the same caliper that was previously on in the first place.Upon calling and speaking with the manager, Lebzelters disavowed any responsibility and made me feel as though I was lying to them. Customer is wrong I suppose. Never going here again though, and nor should you.

Great customer service, minimal wait times, jobs are done well. Even loosened my oil filter that previous owners shop over-torqued, for free!
