Some parts u cant get at a parts local parts store so the factory dealer for parts .. Will have my friends part in 2 days,, hard to keep a 94 in stock .. 400 thousand and still going strong ford .. Thank you ..

Bob Boyd Service is the best in Lancaster. I do most of my minor work. When its outside my wheelhouse, I have sampled other mechanics and found Bob Boyd Quality is much better. Plus, their prices are comparable. Do realize, there is a premium at most mechanics for labor. If you cannot do the work yourself, I recommend the Bob Boyd team.

Fast and professional service. Parts prices are out of line for some MOPAR parts. I can order the same parts used from the MOPAR store on Amazon for 30-50% less for diesel fuel filters. Over $100 less for $240 of parts.

Im 34 and this was my first time ever taking my vehicles to a dealership for work. Ive always heard dealerships in general try to rip you off on service, but I had a couple recalls on my cars so I figured Id give it a try. My wifes explorer recall went fine. My fusion did not. It was an airbag replacement. When I picked the car up the next day, my sync and Bluetooth didnt work at all. It was like they were never there. I was pretty upset since I exclusively listen to music on my phone through Bluetooth, and I had never had any trouble with it driving 2 hours a day for 15 months that Ive owned this car. I called and left a message since they were gone for the day. They never returned my call so I called again the next day. The service advisor was immediately combative and denied any possibility that they could be responsible for the problem my car was having. I told him there was no was they WERENT responsible given the fact that I never had a problem until they worked on it. He said I could bring it in and hed have them look at it, but was persistent that it couldnt have been anything they did because hed done hundreds of these and never had an issue. I was at work so I had my wife and step daughter drive the car in. The same guy immediately started giving my wife the same story. Finally he paged the technician who performed the work. He (the tech) immediately knew what happened; he forgot to reconnect the wiring harness for the sync module. Im not even remotely mad about the Techs mistake. It was an honest mistake and he owned up to it and fixed it quickly. I am however disgusted by the behavior of the service advisor. There is no doubt in my mind that had there been a serious issue and a less honest technician, I would have ended up paying to fix their mistake. I feel bad for people who are less aggressive and confident than myself when dealing with these people. Im sure there have been many instances when they have taken advantage of someone who trusted them. This is definitely a buyer beware establishment and I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend letting them mess up your car. You can bet if one of my vehicles has another recall, Ill be driving out of town to a different Ford dealer.

Stopped in last Saturday just TO LOOK not ready to buy, which I told the sales guy. On Monday got a phone call wanting to know if I wanted to see anything specific and to please stop in so they can give me an estimate on my trade. Told her, not really interested that i was just killing time when I stopped in. Tuesday called again, could not answer left no message. Today called a 3rd time. Told them to stop calling me that even if I was interested I would never be back because of the constant phone calls. Sorry dudes probably would have shopped local and went with you but your way to pushy, complete turn off!

My car was under manufacturer warranty when it went in they refuse to work on it even though they said they were going they told me theyre waiting for corporate office to get back to them I finally called the corporate office after them having my car for 30 days no record was ever turned in on my car they lied when I got my car back the engine was Tour Part and part of it was the front seat I will never buy a car from this location ever again theyre the most untrustworthy people I have ever run into
