Ive had a very pleasant experience with thelugnutsource! I lost my lug key and since there are five different options I started purchasing them one at a time. I called thelugnutsource after the first two I purchased were wrong and they told me to purchase the rest of the possible options and just to return the ones I didnt need. After I got the correct one I emailed them regarding a return and they responded within a day. Then the next day they gave me a call to confirm I received their email and that they would be happy to process my refund for the items I didnt need as soon as they received them. Great experience with them :)

I was emailed a wrong shipping number from a previous order that shipped to someone else. After that was told I wasn’t going to be able to get my AroSpeed Lugs I ordered because they have been discontinued & they were looking for some other brand to send me. I requested a full refund due to getting what I thought I was paying for and haven’t heard back yet. I would not recommend!

I purchased the lug nuts on june 4th. I just got them yesterday! They are exactly what I wanted. 3 stars because is took a month to get even though the usps delivery time was less than 5 days.
