Second time Ive been here not sure if its the same owners BUT the service was super quick, fast and very curtious staff...

I went to get my smog done for my truck. The staff was super friendly and professional. I went on my lunch break and loved how quickly it got done!

My first impression of the place was that the location was good. There were no customers lots of staff. However, the technician was rude. I felt he taked down to me with disrespect. I had a 30% off coupon and he did not want to negotiate. I told him I know of another place that would smog for $45.The technician grabbed the coupon from my hand without permission and told me ok I will keep the coupon you go there. Talk about power control issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my interaction with this particular young rude technician.

I’ve been to this place before with a 2003 Toyota Camry and was charged only $50.This time I brought in my fathers car it is a 2007 pt cruiser. When I called around that was about average with every smog testing place. I was highly upset I got there and before even leaving the lot I was charged $80. The gentleman there told me it’s average for testing. He was a little hesitant only explaining why the price was so high. It just bothered me because I felt like I was scammed when they treated me well with the service. It’s sad to say I’ll never come back and do service again. Even though he did give a coupon he put it right on my receipt so I wouldn’t see the price. I would honestly say please make sure you get a firm price with them before coming there. It was disappointing because I did like the customer service but sadly I don’t believe a smog test should ever be more than 50 dollars. Just saying

I am a little late to write this review but better late than never! This is by far the best Smog center I have been to ever, hands down. I showed up before the shop was open, I watched the time, sure enough, doors opened when they were supposed and without hesitation they had my truck in the garage! During my wait while the tests were being performed I seriously felt as if I was at my own house. The workers were so kind, talking and relating to me as if I was family. Coffee was offered, one worker brought in treats and let me have some. It was no joke the best car maintenance experience I have ever had. 10/10 recommend, and I will 100% be going back there for all my cars for as long as I live here. Thanks for everything guys. PS The prices are spot on!

I understand you have to pay for the certificate. But how do you not know about the steps you do on the daily. So the discount price of 49.95 plus a gad cap for 10 bucks plus certificate. Great total cost 70 bucks. Had better service in glendale.

We called the business over the phone, spoke to Mohammed, and were quoted $59 for our Honda CRX. We asked if they could smog our car, the said yes, we asked if they accept card, they said yes, also if they were busy and they told us we could go then, so we did. We arrived, and were immediately told that they smog for $69, we reminded him we called over the phone and our original quote was $59 they said okay. During our smog test, they were speaking in a different language before they came to finish out our transaction. We told them we’re paying with card and they said to use card it’d cost $79. We looked at them like they were crazy so they said well just ask for $69 don’t worry about the $79. IT MADE NO SENSE BECAUSE WE WERE QUOTED $59. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.

Theyre open 7 days a week and they are in a good location all they need is a DMV vending machine and you could finish your registration right there.

Perfect service

If you have an out of state vehicle, specifically a 2004 6.0 Diesel F250 that needs to get smogged, take it here! Unfortunately this was not my first stop in my getting smogged in Lancaster and I received a fail due to the EGR not registering with the computer diagnostic system.As it turns out, my vehicle is federal (out of state) and is exempt from this test due to OBD 2 incompaatibility which I found out after the fact. Despite its exemption, the original testing location would not accept that it was within regulations and that they were in the wrong despite me referring them to the emissions testing reference manual. They told me I would have to petition to have it waived.This was absolutely not the case and upon bringing it to this location after being referred from a local mechanic it passed with ease. Moral of the story is dont do what I did and take it to an uneducated smog technician, take it to this smog center first and save money and head aches! They even gave me a discounted price because they felt bad I had been screwed by another smog station. I had a 10/10 experience with these people.

If you have a diesel I highly recommend this place. There was no line and I was out in 15 minutes with no hassle.

Scammers! We took our car in for a smog, and was told we needed a new CAT in order to pass due to no numbers on it. $360 out the door the man says. We didnt bite. We found a place to replace the CAT for us for a better price. Come to find out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the original CAT. The smog company was trying to scam us, obviously to make the shop more revenue. We went back to the smog place (spoke with 2 different mechanics) showed them the pix of the numbers on the CATand they finally signed the DMV required paperwork. No sorry, appology or anything. if they did it to us, Im sure theyve done it before. Beware.

They took care of me and told me what I needed to do to get the computer to reset because I just replaced the battery. NOTICE TO EVERYONE, dont replace your battery before you try to smog your vehiclevehicle, it causes problems!

ALWAYS CHECK FOR A COUPON ONLINE BEFORE YOU GO. you will need tell them that you have one before your smog test but it will save you $$$.

If you dont pass your smog they only give you one week to get it fixed so that they will test it again for free. Otherwise they just charge you again 80 bucks!
