Very good work. Honest of the process and what to expect. The cars I have had done looked showroom good. Will use them again in the future 🚗. The only thing I wish they had was transportation. Not everyone is using insurance. A shuttle would give this place 5 out of 5 stars.

Went there to drop off car for a Geico repair. System was down and the guy looked confused. Almost as if he had no idea what to do. He didnt seem eager for my business either, so I didnt come back. No business should leave a customer standing around and not even have the courtesy to tell me to come back.Needless to say I went to Lancaster body and frame, who did an excellent job btw and offered a lifetime warranty on the repair parts of my vehicle. It took a few days as they had a glass person come in and someone who could paint. So if you are not feeling five star than by all means head to Lancaster body and frame. They are only 0.5 miles from this shop.

My buddy came to look at a lifted off road 2011 silverado. They gave us a price while looking at it. They said it was the lowest price. When we got go the office they increased the price by $2,000. They wanted to give a horrible interest rate of 22%. After my friend signed and gave a down payment of $6,000 they told us that off road tires were not included and that it would be an additional charge of $2,300. It was an outrage! The dealer wanted to charge a restocking fee of $750! Luckily my friend did not take delivery yet and we threatened to sue and sure enough they quickly gave a full complete refund. Stay away from this place!!!! Will not negotiate with you!!!! Bait and switch practices!!! Liars and out for your money!!! Will screw you over!!!!

GEICO sent me there for body work on my truck. The work was beautifully done, and on time. The staff were all friendly. They are owned by Hunter Dodge.

Worst place to visit if you are a person of color i have been to this location on several occasions. this is the only shop in Lancaster that Geico has for vehicle inspections. the geico adjuster here was rude and racist . if these are the kind of companies that represent Geico i am going to take my business to another insurance company .

Ballers offered us exellent guest service when we came to their dealer looking for a car. They helped us with the car of our dreams we were looking for. Terrible place. Was ready to buy a car after an agreed fee but when I looked it up again online they had hiked up the price by 1000$!!! I dont even want to know what other tactics they want to use to swindle me. I moving to a different dealer for sure! Dont trust these people

I had an AWESOME, car buying experience. I was apprehensive, because of my credit and finances. Amari, the sales person and Nima the Finance manager, were very patient and helpful. I purchased a Nissan Armada, that I Love. I wasnt any easy person to get financing. But, with Nimas, long list of financing contacts, they were able found the right bank and terms for my needs.
