Theyve been open about a year, I was lucky to find them after calling a few places that either did not respond or could not create the banner I needed - in 2 business days - on such short notice.They were super friendly and helpful on the phone, quoted me $90 for a 2x6 banner that would be ready in 2 business days, and called me that morning to say it was ready.I hadnt expected much, I just asked for a happy birthday (name) and maybe some balloons, in block letters on a white background. When I got to the shop to pick it up, it was this really beautiful colorful cheery banner way beyond my expectations in quality and composition.Highly recommend.

As a restaurant owner, the recent COVID-19 pandemic left me needing outdoor signage stating we were still open for take out and delivery. I needed two signs for two purposes. Fast Signs helped by advising on size and shape, had a mock-up to me within 2 hours and built both signs within a day or two. I place an order for a flyer and even confirmed on email about the order but they printed the wrong file  and it was for Christmas  flyer . Its been 3 months they told me they will contact me for the refund but no one has contacted me yet . Very bad customer service . completely disappointed . I am still waiting for my refund

I worked with Debra DaCorte to get a design for my corporate logo to be placed on the entry way wall for our new offices. Debra came out and reviewed our logo and made the best recommendation for the size, material, and color of the logo on our wall. It was a pleasure working with Jesse. Loved the new design of the seal. Did everything via email. When I got it, there was an area that wasn’t properly sealed and he sealed it right away. One thing is that there was an extra charge that wasn’t communicated ahead of time but the design was great so I was OK with it. However some people might be upset with that.

We LOVE our signs. The look and quality far exceeded our expectations. We are so glad we trusted Debra on her recommendations. Cannot wait to do some more projects with these folks!
