I went to king of kings for an exhaust on my car. I don’t know what he did when he changed it but it’s now melting my bumper. I now got stuck paying more money to have the exhaust fixed so it won’t melt anymore of my bumper and will now have to pay for a new bumper. Will never do business with them again. So disappointed

We took both our cars in, one for an alternator and serpentine belt then the other car for a gasket replacement and fluids topped off. They charged $120 for labor and $650 total for a serpentine belt install. The second car they tried to charge us $175 for the $20 gasket that was brought to them. After arguing about how the gasket was brought to them and not even purchased by them, they finally removed it. Then we go home and the fluids are still low. They never even touched them. $120 for an hour of labor is ridiculous. Car dealerships don’t even charge that much. After reading other reviews it’s obvious it’s not the first time they’ve done this to people. I don’t recommend doing business here.

Bad quality rims and tires. Bought a new set of rims and tires and the next day of driving my car one the the new rims broke and they said the warranty doesn’t cover it. Just say that your products don’t have warranty and your selling cheap quality products

Long story short. I bought wheels and tires for a truck having a lift kit installed and unfortunately the bolt pattern was wrong, I told the manager about the problem and without hesitation he worked to remedy the issue, honesty is hard to find in the auto repair industry but this place is the exception.

Stood around waiting for help for 10 minutes, no dice. Ill get an oil change somewhere else I guess since they never even said hi, or sorry for the wait.

Do not take your car for an oil change here. They did not put the oil in. My engine light came on the next day so I checked the oil, absolutely nothing there!

I wouldn’t recommend taking your car here I came in for an oil change and got the oil change package where they would change the oil and filter and they would clean your front windshield as well as vacuum your car and add air to tires. Well not only was the filter not changed but they also didn’t place the oil drain bolt correctly because my oil was leaking the next day they also didn’t even clean my front windshield or vacuum my car or add air to my tires. I called to speak to the manager for a refund and they said he wasn’t there and to leave a message and they would get back to me of course they never did. Waste of time and money!

I came in to get pricing on my Dodge Challenger and spoke with Daniel who I asked to get pricing for multiple parts and planned on spending a good amount of money but never received a call back. when I called and asked to speak to manager I was told there was none! I guess they don’t mind loosing buisness and money.

Fixed my brakes. Could have charged me to fix all axels, but checked and told me my back brakes were like new. They quoted me a price much lower than I thought and completed the job in a few hours. They are very polite and helpful.

Rosso was very very helpful in assisted me giving me information outside of the matter I was even asking for. They stayed late to make sure my tire was fixed and were very kind in doing so. Jose did a great job fixing the tire and was very friendly in showing me what had happened to it.

I showed up over an hour before they closed there are three guys standing around on the left side of the building. I walked up to one of them, pointed out the oil stall . He literally stared at me hit his vape pen and then looked away. I walked inside no one was inside yelled hello asked if anyone worked here there was no one there drove my car into the stall, could have stolen anything and everything out of that building, nobody acknowledged me there. I feel like if I would have even found someone to help they would have jeopardized my vehicle. Go somewhere else, because you are going to just stand around if you go here anyways.

Never going here again, went in for an oil change. Lady told me it was $65 for synthetic when I went to pay my total was almost $93. When I let her know she told me $65 she looked like she was comfy and said no I said $85... Don’t think so!

Tried to stop in and drop my car off for an oil change today. Waited for about 10 minutes at the counter, Nick finally walked in and was incredibly rude for no reason.I like to support local businesses and this location is incredibly convenient to my new home, but with the way I was treated I will be going to one of the chains farther from my house.Youre better off going anywhere else.

After getting serviced, my brake light, antilock brake alert, cruise control and check engine light came on. I took it back and they got the lights off but claimed it had nothing to do with the servicing. They charged me for a cabin filter and didnt replace the air filter saying they didnt have 1 in stock. I wont let them touch my cars again

The last time i went they didnt close my radiator cap all the way..i thought my car was overheating...no more..since they are new owners

They broke my car. When I took my car in for an oil change, they broke a piece on my car and then lied to me and said it was broken when it came in. I have yet to see how much it is going to cost me to repair the damage they did to my car during a routine oil change.

Terrible service sold me tires promised a warranty when the went bad in less then 5000 miles they wouldnt honor the warranty said they had to send them in for a warranty decision.

Just left here, after going To dollar General And When driving in I popped My tire, I came here and the women told Me in the front 40$ to replace After later discussion She said it would be a total of 150$, this is Place Is Unprofessional and totally Rude Please do not come here !!!!!

Pecimo service !!! I took my jeep to do a facelift first he told me it was 200 and when we picked it up I said it was 250 but there is no end to everything !! The moment we get the car out of there, you hear a noise when driving that you never heard! We took it back and the man said he had nothing but the shock absorbers I gave us an estimate of more than $ 1,000! We took him to another place to Agar another opinion and it left him a loose iron !!! Because they didnt know how to do their job.
