Dollar tree Lake Zurich is a busy store and in case you havent noticed before you criticize, unemployment pays more than you can probably make here but the people that are here should be applauded for putting up with complainers. They are always very nice to me. Store is always neat and orderly. If you cant find anything they are willing to help u locate it.

The store manager, Brett, went well above and beyond to provide phenomenal customer service. Even at the end of a 12 hour shift, off the clock, he made time to help me find an item that wasnt on the shelf. Even as he was walking out the door, he stopped to tell me where to find a second item I was looking for, since the cashier didnt know. I tried to find a way to send a formal commendation letter to corporate but was unable to find any contact on the Dollar Tree website for that. Brett really deserves recognition!

The manager Brett at this particular store is always SO kind, generous and helpful. He is cheerful and makes it such a pleasant experience to be shopping at Dollar Tree. More specifically, helped me last week with a balloon order. He was patient and super helpful!

Brett, the store manager and Eva, are a total asset to the Lake Zurich dollar tree. Both extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help every customer. Brett is the best manager the Lake Zurich Dollar Tree has ever had. I frequent this store often. The quality of the products, are incredible, and the store is a l ways well stocked, clean, and organized.

Ok... somDollar Tree was a place I discovered while creating and producing large scale event experiences in a ministry setting and needed bulk product for less. However, in my 3 year nightmare of a divorce, it became a lifeline. Eva is spectacular and their merchandise is ridiculously high quality. I am very grateful for them.

Dollar Tree’s Customer Service at the Lake Zurich store was so amazing today. I hurried out the door to get on the ELA bus and left my purchases at the cash register after paying. Since I am disabled, I had no way to pick up my purchase.I was so disappointed that my purchases would not be with me to help me celebrate Christmas, I talked to Sharon, the store Manager and she willing sent Eva to deliver my purchase so that I could complete my gift giving tomorrow. I am so happy with the kindness and helpfulness that the Dollar Tree employees gave me today, and I highly recommend shopping there.

I went in today to look for some green plates and really anything festive for St. Patricks day to use for dinner. I couldnt find any plates or festive napkins so I asked if there was another aisle since all I saw were plain green napkins and festive accessories. The lady I asked was very short and blunt. The way she responded made me feel bad for asking. I dont see myself coming back anytime soon.

Amazing selection and quality. I bought a steak and they cooked it perfectly for me while I waited. Just amazing.

Always enjoy shopping at dollar tree. You can get stuff here for cheap. And its just as good as going to a big grocery store. Went here with my husband and we found coca cola glasses. And we both went 👍. Dollar tree is so worth shopping at.

Super busy today and onlyly two checkers and one moved as slow as molasses. Ugh! Holidays should warrant more staff to accommodate customers. Ya think?

The manager and an employee were discussing how awful other managers and employees are I was uncomfortable and thought it was completely unprofessional and unethical. The manager was initiating the conversation and it was loud and abrasive.

Always love the dollar tree during the holidays

The female employees can be rude depending on how they are feeling.

The cashier let over half a dozen people pile up before calling for backup. His backup didnt come up front after he yelled for her across the store (mind you, were all basically getting yelled at). Put down my stuff and walked out. Clean place, unattentive/bad employees.
