Love this store you can always find what your looking for.

My neighbor applied and called on numerous occasions to check on the status of her application, and was lied to being told they would call her in for an interview, she is a great person,an excellent mother and neighbor and she holds a job and does it well. She is now employed, but the fact that they gave her the run around was frustrating for her. I used to shop at tractor supply but after the lack of customer service and the fact that they over look great candidates for horrible employees, baffled me. Get it together guys

There’s still a cashier needed to the front. No reason Kitty should be making out with a man in the parking lot while customers are waiting in line. Seriously 15 people waiting with one cashier working. No store attendants anywhere to be found. Do better tractor supply.

I had been looking for kitten bottles and liquid milk. The pet stores were out of stock but they had pleanty and were quiet helpful on the phone.

I dont usually shop at this place but I was looking for something specific. I walked in and I saw an employee and asked where specific item was and was led right to it. This person was polite and knew exactly where specific item was. This is only my third time Ive ever been in one so my experiences are far and few between. However, every time Ive been here Ive been assisted immediately and led right to where whatever it is I was looking for. So thumbs up on this place.

Employees don’t know what they stock. I called to find out of the store carries anti histamines for pets, specifically cats. The man told me very cheerfully that they did. When I got to the store, I intentionally stopped to ask the two employees where the product would be. They both responded by pointing in a vague direction, telling me that “pet medicine is over there.”After searching for fifteen minutes through equine medicine, I headed for the door. Was almost out the door when I was asked if I found it. Then one of the employees walked me back to the same section. He spent most of the time looking through the equine medicine. Nothing but flea / tick and vitamins.Thanks for wasting my time.

This store seems to continually have carts and merchandise blocking the aisles. It was even worse this trip. Many shelves were bare and new stock waiting to be shelved was all over. We had a difficult time getting to the pet food we normally buy. I really prefer the store in Bay City. Much easier to move around and the employees are very helpful.

It has a lot more than you think. I love going in there. Staff always friendly and smiling.

Good local store always there when you need, cant get much better than that in todays world

Have what I need but please get carts just to use for stocking. 9/10 I come here I cannot use a flatbed cart to load up my chicken feed because all the employees are using them to stock. It’s incredibly difficult for me, an elderly woman with arthritis, to load up my chicken feed into those red carts because no employees will let me use the flatbed carts even when I ask politely.

The employees were very, very eager to help find what I needed. I love the “hometown “ feel and the professionalism about products for my dog. Great store!

Its our local tractor supply. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bad ones dont stay long. The managers are great and extremely kind

I came in to get some work clothes. I wanted some jump suits and they had some . However they were in low stock. Which of course is understandable. I love the customer service. They treat you like a normal human being and help you out. Good selection of clothes and boots.

Farm store and sell their dog foods the cheapest place in town. They offer tools, air compressors clothes, hats and all sort of hand tools, they also offer transmission fluid and other things for your cars, tractors and so have service maintenance contracts that you can buy at a extra cost. Am there all the time and and they have very nice people that work there. Highly recommend to shop here for all your farming needs.

Even though price may be high, they have what I need for my pets. It feels like home. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish the reward system would really work for the amount i spend in there.

I went in looking for a specific item and they did not have it. The employees were very helpful and answered all my questions. I stayed and looked around the store. It was clean and organized. I now know what they have in stock there and will be going back in the future to shop.

The Lake Jackson, TX store closes at 8pm and I only had 8 minutes to get there. I decided in that split second (while driving) to call the store and ask if an employee could, please, go ahead and get the 2 things I so desperately needed and have them ready for me at the register, so I could just run in, pay, and go. That employee was Oscar (whom answered the phone AND went and gathered my items) and from the minute he answered the phone @7:50pm to the minute he checked me out (which was after 8pm closing time) OSCAR WAS VERY EAGER & HAPPY TO HELP ME!!!! Oscar is most definitely a valuable asset to Tractor Supply AND to the customer service industry as a whole! I dont know about you, but I find the coolest things in Tractor Supply. While I go primarily for hay and feed, the rest of the place is chock full of offbeat stuff. I love Tractor Supply.

Had curbside p/u waited 15 minutes went inside 2 Employees visiting with what appeared to be customer (friend)asked about curbside order 1 employee walked over and got it.

They had what I needed, but the wait in line (11 people) before calling for assistance, no sir.

If you need something as far as products for your animal. Its pretty reasonable are at least pretty competitive. Employees are very nice. They do have one flaw though. You have to ask for a bag and check out most of the time they never offer you one. You can have 10 cans of dog food you have to ask for a bag. LOL sometimes theyll ask you if you want a bag and you have to reply well itd be a lot easier to carry down a bag then trying to juggle these 10 items in my hand, LOL

Has the items needed but customer service sucks...and lately the horse sweet feed is molded

This is a great place to get your upscale dog foods, like Science Diet. Its a lot cheaper than buying at the pet stores.

Generally can find exactly what Im looking for here with a few exceptions to the rule great place for any sort of hardware that you may need for projects that you may have going on

This is my main place for horse food, chicken food, and dog food. I also get a lot of my hardware and supplies for repairs and projects from here. It is one of my favorite stores.

Just wasnt a very presentable tractor supply store. Staff was not friendly and welcoming. Not very much stock available in this store. If youre just looking for something quick this may be for you but for me, I will take the time and drive to the next nearest tractor supply store for my needs.

No staff to help, and when you do find someone, the expression for helping says it all. Lol. Theirs Always a line of people with one register open. No Shopping carts, the girl blamed her co workers. Outside yard hand was comically unmotivated to help. I loaded most of my materials myself.

This place is joke!!! I will never use this tractor supply again. Whoever Cassidy is but she is so rude and cant even explain how rude she was. I have never experienced anything like this in this tractor supply store ever.. very dissatisfied with the costomer service here at Lake Jackson, location. I drove here from WildPeach Village, and from here, I will be driving to Bay City, tractor supply from now on.

This place is disgusting, go to the one in Angleton if you can. They have sticky traps everywhere covered with cockroaches and rats that chew open the bags of feed.

Dont show up 10 mins before quitting time. The doors are already locked and you cant get in.... Ill never shop at your store again...
