Do not trust this company with your money! I placed an order with a promise date of 5/28/21 and have been chatting with customer service 1 week before shipping to make sure there would be no delays. I paid for express shipping. It was my childs high school graduation ring. I specifically ordered from Kays and paid twice the price so it would be here by Graduation Day. They are unable to contact the jeweler for me to find out what is causing the delay. They cannot refund my money without an ok from the jeweler. Kay has no incentive to find anything out because they are paid for something someone else is responsible for making. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH KAYS AGAIN. I called and spoke to a live agent who gave me some line about known overseas shipping delays. Again they refuse to behave like good faith humans.

Went in to get my necklace repaired and some others caught my eye the young lady Bray ( hope I spelled it right ) was extremely fast, courteous, and knowledgeable about the different types of jewelry !! So I ended up buying another necklace, Kay Jewelers should definitely recognize her for her awesome professionalism !! Thank u Bray ( hope I didnt butcher your name 😳😳) !!!

I have been a customer for over 5 years and they have never failed me. I have not dealt with anyone who has been nothing but nice and professional. Today my husband and I went in to fix my ring because I have had a few problems with one of my diamonds and instead I asked what my other options I had lifetime warranty. Needless to stay the girls name I didnt catch but started with a B, worked her magic and I was able to trade in my ring for equal or greater value and she was very knowledgeable in rings and I was super great-full. Everyone there was super helpful and sweet. It does help that I went in there just needing help and was not a difficult customer( which I am sure they deal with on a daily basis.) I will stay a loyal customer and they deserve a shout out for that!!!

Needed a battery change on my watch and I was taken care of right away.

I love how the sales people there are always courteous and helpful. I go and get my jewelry cleaned every few months.The last time I stopped by, I had a watch that I bought elsewhere and a replacement band I was trying to switch out. Every other jewelry store in the mall told me it would be impossible and that they wouldnt even try, despite the fact I knew it could be done as others had done it before me. When I stopped to get my ring cleaned, I asked if they had the tools to replace a watch band.They took my watch back and five minutes later brought me my ring all shiny and my watch with the new band. They went above and beyond for me and for that they will always have a loyal customer.

It was a great experience. The saleslady helpful got me a good deal. She was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I need to make my decision. Mrs. Rivera was a great help.

I love Kays Jewelry and will not shop no where else!!!!!...

My husband bought my wedding ring there. I took it in on a Sunday to have it sized and to order a third band. We have $500 in rewards cash. The lady I spoke to didnt explain to me how it worked so I assumed that tje third ring would be completely covered. Well that wasnt the case. Anyways we ordered the thrid ring and they told me my wedding ring would be back in five days along with the third band. Five days later they called and said my ring was ready. It was the third ring that was in and they hadnt started on my wedding ring yet. The lady told me it would be ready on April 1st so I called and they told me that they dont get deliveries on the weekend that it should be in on Tuesday. Im telling you right now if my husband didnt do such a good job I would of told him to take the ring back and we would get is else where.

My husband and I bought 3 pieces of jewelry from them while he was working in the dow plant and I absolutely loved the ladies working in there. They are extremely nice and very helpful... we got the extended warranty and have kept up with our inspections every 6 months and never had any problems when we went into this store... would recommend this store to anyone and would recommend kays also. They have some beautiful jewelry with a variety of prices that fit everyones budget... :)
