WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I tried to pu Pay for my products and the girl continue to stock the shelves without paying me no mind when clearly she could see me and she kept eyeballing the self check out as if I should be doing that. So I use the self check out only for it to continue dinging ding ding ding help is on the way ding ding ding help is on the way. She came up tapped the screen and said well I don’t know what to do. Then proceeded to take other people who were clearly waiting behind me because she ignored us and I was just left standing there nobody came she didn’t call nobody. I had to cut in front of people and say hey I was here first and you did not help me and I need to check out and go it’s been 30 minutes I have been standing here literally was 30 minutes absolutely ridiculous will never ever visit the store again and if you’re looking for service don’t come here

I went to the pharmacy 6/8/21 PM to have a prescription filled, Handed the prescription to the pharmacist and he looked on the computer for 10 minutes and said I cant fill this ? She didnt put all of the NPI number down, I walk to my car for phone and glasses and look at it more closely Google the ARNP and there are her credentials, Walk back inside to share and he closed the pharmacy shutters and said were closed go to Walgreens . This black man pharmacist? does not even try to help care for the customers.

Tried to fill a RX at the CVS on Hwy 90, Lake City, Fl. All I can say is, the pharmacy tech was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I guess she was a pharmacy tech as she had no name tag on. Took my business down the street to CVS on Baya in Lake City. The pharmacy tech, Savannah, was very professional and RX was filled in no time. If I could post with no stars, I would.

Just went inside to pick up a refill, didnt take long to get it as itd already been called in. Really nicely stocked, clean and spacy aisles, not crowded at all. Some decent specials too. I normally avoid using any establishments drive-thru unless theres a real emergency or Im pressed for time. From my own experience...It could turn into an adventure, more like a crapshoot 😎

Pharmacy is probably the worst service you can receive on planet earth. I pulled up to the window and was SECOND in line. Still somehow managed to be waiting for 48 minutes. People are just standing around inside. Oh and they forgot the most important part of the prescription. Absolutely garbage. Everyone in pharmacy should be fired.

Absolutely the worst!! Would rate a zero if I could. I had a procedure done, doctor prescribed medications. CVS Said they no longer accept my Insurance ( FL. BLUE??). I had Walgreens ask them to transfer and they never did. The pharmacist told us that he transferred but never did. The staff was rude when we called about it. So, I wasnt able to get my medicine when I needed it most. One medication was to stop the internal bleeding. Shame on you for leaving people to hurt and be sick. CVS doesnt care about people. This store will never see a dime from me again. I would think management would want to correct these issues but looking at other reviews and dates... doesnt look like any positive changes have been made.

Staff is rude. Even the pharmacist is rude. They hang up on you when you call and have horrible attitudes. Worst customer service Ive ever received and this has been on several different occasions. Go to the CVS on Baya if you have to. Its worth it.

There is good reason that this location has such a poor rating. My personal experience was with the pharmacy staff, Cassandra and Felicia. I reached out to their facility to obtain additional information they failed to supply us (as the providers office). They declined to provided us the our mutual patients information, explaining that it would be a Hipaa Violation. I politely explained that this was inaccurate information, as we are the patients physicians office and therefore a covered entity per Hipaa guidelines. This allows disclosure of PHI within the patients need to know health system, who are actively involved in the patents care. They do not have the correct understanding of Health Care and it is unfortunate in my opinion that they are permitted to even answer the phone. Because of their negligence, our mutual patient was denied her request for medically necessary medication because we could not follow through on the Prior Authorization request without her demographics. #patientbeware

The pharmacist here are 💯% incompetent, wish I could leave no ⭐️ stars. They refused to fill my insulin prescription. Then, when I had another pharmacy call to transfer my prescription, it was withheld from me for 3 days. They had 24 hours to transfer my prescription, but waited 3 days. I WAS OUT OF INJECTABLE INSULIN...THREE DAYS! This is the kind of people that work at CVS on highway 90. Even the blonde, CVS manager with the long nails was super rude. Trying to comprehend why one month there was no problem filling my insulin prescription, then this month they did not accept my insurance?. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The manager came outside to insist we leave the drive thru, with no explanation of why/what the problem is. I called my insurance, they told me CVS...IS IN FACT AN APPROVED PHARMACY. I was connected to the CVS on Baya, they would fill my prescription. That makes ZERO sense. I changed to another pharmacy altogether. You have been warned...don’t go to CVS on highway 90. Yes, I have contacted the corporate office.

Worst experience at a pharmacy ever. The Pharmacist has zero personality, zero compassion, and provides the worst customer service ever. I cannot remember her name but she is a young black lady. I will never use this place again. Moving my Rx across the street to Walgreens. Havent met the Pharmacist there yet, but I assure you the experience there cannot be worse. She had better thank God he gave her some smarts otherwise she would not qualify to clean bathrooms at Walmart.

Not only will this pharmacy tell you a medication will be ready at a certain time and you come back at that time and it’s note ready, but they will be extremely rude.I showed up 5 minutes before the RX closes go grab my wife’s blood pressure medication as she is 8 months pregnant. This was the soonest I could make it after work and I just assumed if a sign stated they are open until 8:00pm then that would be the truth. The staff allowed me to wait for 5 minutes in my vehicle. The roll down windows were already in place. My iPhone and car stereo stated it was 7:55pm. They finally answer the intercom after me pressing it several times. They said sorry we are closed. I pleaded with them to ask for the medication as it was already paid for and they said by our clocks you are late and we are closed. I stated I arrived before you were to close and they said not by what we saw... They were so rude. By far the worst continual experience we have ever had to get our medication. Instead of going above and beyond for a customer they belittled me and made me feel like garbage.It is always a battle we feel like we have to fight and in a small town likeLake City, Florida we are just supposed to deal with the complacent workers. I often see the workers eating while handling medication. I’ve also been told they just don’t have enough help and that’s why I wait for hours to receive medications after they initially stated it would be ready.

Best pharmacy in town! I am always greeted warmly, treated as though I am the most important customer they have and prescriptions filled promptly. Unfortunately people dont tend to bother doing reviews unless they have a gripe. If you too are aware of the great service this pharmacy and store as a whole provides, lets say so. GO CVS!

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. There is no customer service or patient care here. They are either grossly understaffed or the staff that they do have is incompetent. Wait times are ridiculous and when you finally are able to provide them with a prescription you are told a time to return to pick it up. Never have they been able to fill the prescription on time and then provide some lame excuse as to why they didn’t. The atmosphere is so careless and you can feel the disbelief that something went wrong again from not only me but all customers!

So slow. Dropped prescriptions off today around 11am and was told they’d be done at 12.30. My wife went back and they weren’t ready at 1pm and was told it would take another 15-20min. But they had one of them filled. This CVS is always so slow to fill anything. I’m not sure what takes so long. Worth finding another pharmacy in town if you need a prescription.

The service we received in the pharmacy was outstanding. We were from out of town and needed an RX for one of our children. With the hotel check out time looming, they rushed the RX as a priority. They engaged with my daughter and delighted her with a sucker at the end of the wait time. Simply above and beyond customer service!

On more then one occasion I’ve called in my RX at 6:45am not needing to pick up until 5pm so I can pick up right after work... both times I’ve had to wait 30 mins waiting for them to fill it... why give them 10 hrs advance if they aren’t going to fill it till you get there!!?? Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

We are visiting the area and went to pick up a prescription at this store. One young lady in the pharmacy was obviously eating back in the pharmacy area. The young lady that waited on me had some “shoes” that looked more like bedroom slippers at her station but she walked over to wait on me completely barefoot. I don’t think food or bare feet belong in an area where medicines are being prepared. Very disappointed in this particular CVS. Did not seem to portray the professionals we have encountered at other CVS stores.

I am absolutely disappointed in the service I have received at this CVS. I was told to come get my script, that it was ready. I drove 30 minutes to be told I could not pick up my script due to an insurance issue. Im unaware why this wasnt communicated to me the day prior. I called again later in the day for an update and waited 40 minutes on hold for the girl on the phone spoke to me as if I were a total idiot.

I remember why I stopped using CVS. At this location you have some of the worst pharmacist! The girl not a woman or a professional. But what do you expect its Lake City! She took my prescriptions but she smelt like she needed a shower maybe her braided hair but it has to be unsanitary! Also why say it was too early to fill my prescription but tell me to go to Walgreens and they fill it no problem?!?!? That’s messed up your pharmacist is from straight up Africa and you discriminate towards people’s prescription’s and what they are getting!!!!???? The Fudge!!

I was on hold for almost 17 mins trying to see what was going on with my refill. The pharmacy recording initially said it would be ready at 3pm on Friday the 26th of July, surprise...it wasnt. A PharmTech then told me it will be ready in an hour...it wasnt. I called back, on my cell, again and was automatically put on HOLD...lasted 16mins and 14secs. While on hold, using my cell, I called from my land line and was put through right away....WTFreak!? Anyway, I was told it wasnt ready but would be in half an hour....almost an hour later, its ready.When youre on hold that long you would think someone would apologize, but I reckon thats too much to expect for some reason. The Pharmacy is the only part of CVS that I ever have an issue with. To be honest, if I had gotten an apology this review wouldve never been written.

Very slow. Twice now, after getting out of the hospital, I stopped to pick up my prescriptions. It was 3 hours one time and 2 hours the next. After getting out of the hospital, thats to long to wait. I live 40 min away. I went to Walgreens both times and got my perception in 15 min.

Just spent around 60 dollars and was treated very rude at the check out counter . Lady was practical yelling at me over what to do with my debit card . It is a new card and it has a chip . My first time using it . These were misc items not a prescription . Can not believe her. Lady behind me was in disbelief too . You really need to train employees to be respectful . She knew she upset me and she just continued on . I understand people have bad days I apoligized for not knowing how it worked and she continued on being rude. It will be awhile before I come back in this store.

Very rude.. Never can get my specific brand prescription, they always say they will special order it and never comes in and then they proceeded to tell me to go to another pharmacy. They make you feel like your the problem because you need a specific brand.. its just wrong and totally disrespectful.

Unprofessional is a key word for employee called Keyona.If a store (national chain) claims their hours are from 8am - 10 pm. It should be open and running at 8 am; not employees walking in by then.When I mentioned to this particular employee I needed a medication so someone could start opening the pharmacy, she gave me slightly attitude claiming it wasnt opened yet and they need time.Sorry, its 10 min past your opening hours.Not sure that is a small town bad habit. I wasnt the only client waiting service.

I have used CVS pharmacies my whole life and have never had such poor service. On Monday I spoke with the pharmacy manager (who is a very nice woman and I would give her a 5 star review). I scheduled to pick up my prescription on Tuesday. I didnt have a chance to get there until Wednesday evening. I waiting in the drive thru like for 30 minutes when there were just two cars ahead of me. When I finally pulled up to the window, a pharmacist greeted me 5-10 minutes later and asked for my information, but had to ask a couple times because she continually set down the phone and joked with her coworkers. She then informed me that my script was not ready because they extremely busy and backed up and that it would be another 10 minutes. I pulled around and went inside to wait, where I found 0 customers in line inside. The girls (pharmacists) behind the counter were laughing, joking, and carrying on as if they were in high school. At one point I heard then say Mamas not here today! (Which I later realized was the manager, who had taken the day off). As they were carrying on talking, I could hear the phone saying pharmacy call on line one. Pharmacy call on line 2. Pharmacy call on line 3 and nobody was answering the phones. I could hear the automated intercom saying there was a customer in the drive thru line, which they also ignored for a while but eventually picked up to say Ill be with you in just a minute, we are really busy but then she put down the phone and continued her coworker. Another 15 minutes had gone by so I stood up and went to the counter to find they were still putting my prescription together. Finally, 45 minutes later, I recieved my prescription and was able to leave. The one plus is the pharmacist who gave me the prescription was really nice.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!I wish i could give zero or negative stars.....I was visiting family over the Thanksgiving weekend and came down with a stomach virus. My doctor called and spoke with the pharmacist, directly, to order my anti-vomiting medications. The pharmacist told my doctor that he would work on the prescription, quickly, and have it ready for me as soon as possible. My husband arrived 20 minutes later and the script was still not ready. The pharmacist then requested to see me. For vomiting medication???? We were not getting narcotics, just anti-vomiting medications. Just imagine what it took to get me into the car and out of the car, suffering with a fever and vomiting. I had to be carried in for the pharmacist to then ask me for my insurance info. Really?? Was asking my husband for that info really out of the realm of possibliity? And with all of that, my scripts were still not completed for another 15 minutes. the pharmacist and staff just meandered around, even with me bent over and puking in the pharmacy. It took more than an hour to get non-narcotic, non-insured medications......Shame on CVS.And I work in medical research, so dont bullsit me on the complexities of putting 5 sealed suppositories in a bag with a name label on it.... Shame on CVS.

Terrible service all around and general incompetence. We come into this location about every day to pick up a day or two of medication (its expensive and we are self-employed) and are always greeted with a disrespectful demeanor and attitude that says why are you bothering me, get out of here.On one occassion when asking about a manufacturers coupon we use every month, we were told there wasnt one (a cvs employee at a diff location told us about it). Several employees came over and pointed at the computer insisting that we have always paid the same price and never used a coupon which wasnt true or helpful but they rolled their eyes and were very sassy throughout.We are always being held up for 30min-hour because they do something wrong and we end up with random prices.. Anyway, avoid this cvs if you can and dont want to be serviced by children.
