Love everything I have ever received here. They have wonderful customer service, and the line was quicker than a lot of drive throughs Ive been in lately. My coffee was amazing. For anyone who loves pumpkin youll got to try this!!!! And hot dog this was one awesome grilled cheese with ham. I dont come to lake city often but everytime I do, this is the place to go!!

I love their coffee. But I really think one side should be for drink orders, and the other side for food.People who order food, back the line up.

Long line, she was out taking orders so by the time we were at the window we only sat there for about 30 seconds and out came the drink. Tasted delicious as always! Caramel freezer with pumpkin spice whip 😍

Decent coffee but the lines move slowly. I was 4 cars back and the wait was 21 minutes. The big coffee chain processes orders more quickly. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was greasy and sloppy. I am not sure Id choose them again as long as theres another option.

Every time we go to this Ellianos something is wrong, they can not follow simple instructions, like no whip cream, or the coffees come out so watery if I don’t ask for it to be extra think. If you can go to the one on 90.

No exaggeration at all but this is the BEST COFFEE. I was traveling & desperately needed some coffee, didnt want to get it from a gas station. Im so happy this place was nearby so that I could experience it! Excellent customer service as well!

I love the dark chocolate mocha freezer. It was well worth the 10 or 15 minutes waiting in line. The muffins are big and worth the money, I had a pumpkin spice.. it had a little bit of cream cheese in the middle... Yummy surprise. The bacon, egg and cheese on a cressaunt is delicious.

Have gone there twice now and have had issues both times. The first time I went they gave the car in front of me my beverages, took them back from said car, and then tried to give me the same drinks....this is against ServSafe policy. Then today when I went I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese asiago bagel and a cinnamon roll. Got the bag back to the store and instead there was a cinnamon roll and oatmeal, no bagel sandwich......

Great coffee, great prices, staff always friendly, BUT the 20 + minutes you spend in line waiting to place your order and actually getting your order is far to slow. Maybe the owners would recalculate the training of employees to speed up the service.

The coffee and food were terrific, but the wait in the double line was long. Unfortunately the line crosses a main entrance to the parking for the multiple other stores, and if you are taking a left into parking lot,, you may have to honk or wait until vehical in line moves forward or backs out of the entrance for you.

I gotta say Ellianos on Main is the best! Got 5 beverages, 2 sammies, and 2 cakepops! My 9 yr. old daughter was with us and she waited so patiently to get back home for her strawberry-banana smoothie. While carrying her brothers smoothie for us she dropped his straw, as I bent down to help pick it up her smoothie fell out of the drink carrier. Heartbroken for spilling her smoothie I immediately went back to get her another one. ADAIN, who took our previous order was there again. Were back! and he said yes you are. I told him what happened and without hesitation he said Ill have them make another one and you dont have to pay for it. Not only did he have it remade, he came out in the rain shielding my babys smoothie with his hand as an umbrella! So much joy filled our hearts, and the look on my babys face when we returned was priceless. Thank you Ellianos, and a HUGE Thank you to Aidan for being a Hero, and saving our Valentines Day!!!

I got the lg Chocolate Chip freezer with an espresso shot. It was delicious and 32oz! Great taste flavor and service. They didnt even charge me extra for the espresso shot. I love their hospitality!

Very irritated by the ignorance of your customers. Always blocking the entrance to the plaza. No regard to incoming traffic. You need to redirect the traffic so its not blocking the entrance.

Ellianos coffee is the best coffee shop I have ever been to, and this is coming from a guy who drinks espresso on a daily! I used to work at Starbucks too, and the quality at ellianos is better far superior to Starbucks. You can actually TASTE the coffee!!!! Wonderful customer service as well, highly recommend to anyone who is a coffee connoisseur!

I always get me and my daughter a Tuscany Toffee from here. She likes hers cold but mine has to be hot. The staff are really friendly and they most times come to the car if the lines are too long.

I have only visited this place twice, both times they made my coffee wrong. If I could give no stars I would.

My husband and i had our morning dilevery and my husband sent me over here for a nice sit down hot bf. It is only a drove thur but no fear! I called and a nice lady told me she would give me a menu out the window. I walked back and she was very polite and helpful. It was a simple healthy yummy menu at that. My caramel iced coffee was very delicious! Never tatsed iced coffee with so my flavor it was thick and smooth. My grilled ham n chesse was nice hot n goooie. It could have been more ham but overall it was light n fulling. A bit pricey but we will be back to try some smoothies Thank you very much.

Ellianos Coffee is a drive through coffee shop that has great coffees and snacks. They are usually busy with lines at both windows and have instituted an outside person to speed up their process. The coffee, especially the coffee cooler, is worth the short wait. I prefer Ellianos coffee to Starbucks; and I like Starbucks.
