This was by the worst cashier I have every had to deal with at party city.I walk in to pick up a balloon order and I couldnt find my order. So I approached a cashier to ask for assistance.Me: excuse me I need help finding my balloon.Him: continues to look down on his phoneMe: oh sorry I thought you were open.Him: continues to look down on his phoneMe: looks up and see his light is on. Excuse me do you work here?Him: continues to look down on his phone.Me:so you must not work hereHim: as Im walking away can I help you with somethingMe: yes I cant find my balloon order.He then points and say its overthere. I looked to where he was pointing and I ask where.... Yall... Yall.. he then says ugh its right over there in my mind I was calling on Jesus. Was he ughing me because I was disturbing him from his phone while he was at work.Another worker mustve seen my expression and frustration she works over and ask me for my name. Come to find out someone else picked up the wrong order. Which I understand that sometimes things happen so here and her manager fixed up my order.

Shelves were bare to empty. Just caught me off guard.The girl working the register was actually on a personal phone call (she was wearing earbuds) prior to me checking out and throughout checking out. This normally wouldnt bother me, but not one time did she ever acknowledge me, ask if I found everything ok, etc. This normally wouldnt bother me either, but due to her being preoccupied on a personal call just felt this was very rude customer service.

I bought a big blue helium balloon that cost $15 for my fiancé’s birthday on August 21st, Hurricane Laura cat 4 hit landfall August 27th, tornado came through the house and look what is still going! The balloon! If you want a hurricane proof long lasting balloon capable of sustaining high winds, party city is the place to get your balloons!

Great place to go for party shopping and Halloween,they have everything..a lol pricey but convenient.

This store has a good concept and I enjoy how colorful and organized the layout is. I went to Party City to shop for an event I was putting on and yes we had a budget (always have a budget no matter how big or small when shopping for parties and events) I was asked to shop here as my client thought it would have everything we needed in one stop and while it has a lot of items I COULD have got here but the prices for what you get I was NOT ok with. This type of store works for being in a rush but shopping for a big event or party at the prices for what you get I wouldnt shop here. This is my personal experience and feeling while shopping at Party City.

Party City is a great place to find all the things youll need to decorate and throw a party. However lately if you just go to the store not all their products are available at every location and some things are now only online. I recommend either going online and getting everything shipped to you or the store get what you can and then order the rest online.

Not as much of a selection as I was hoping for. Very seasonally oriented so if you need something for a 20s style New Years eve party then you wont have much of an option unless you want to be 20s era Mrs. Clause.

Finally I had to stop and ask them, when the person I asked finally stopped stuttering, his coworker answered my question, which totally CONTRADICTED what he was trying to say...not really sure why he had such a hard time telling me aisle 2...
