I loved everything about my experience there. All the work they did was great and I felt the price was fair. The young woman I dealt with was very professional, polite, and exactly what one would want for the face of a business.

This review is just purely on the estimate/ quote. I called in requesting a quote on some struts and was quoted 300.00 total for labor, however, when my boyfriend went in to get a written quote, they quoted him 150.00 total. Im going to take a wild guess and assume this man thinks he can sucker a girl. Im no idiot. Be very very careful here!

Found me a good honest Automotive mechanic shop to work on my vehicle. A very reasonable priced shop for luxury vehicles. Roy was upfront with me and no hidden or unexpected charges. Highly recommend!

Asked to check what was wrong with it and they charged me 100 for that . they later said transmission was the problem and that it would be 500.00 for changing filter and oil and would not recommend that it would work so i said i didnt want that to just change the transmission but if i could leave the car till i came up with the money.they said of course i call and the had already cleaned the filter and oil.charged me for that and said seperate it would be 4000.00 for transmission and hand labour.the older guy misenterpreted everything and didnt even fix the issue

I had my 1999 Chevy Malibu repaired at D&R about 2 years ago. It had almost 200K miles, so I had my belts and fluids changed while they were repairing a water pump and my rear brakes. The cost was very reasonable and more importantly, I have not had to go back to shop for repairs since.

Only has one star bc it forces me to leave one. As a woman I do NOT recommend going to this place alone!!

This place is trash. I brought my truck in to get an estimate, two weeks go by and I never got a call back with the estimate. I called back up there and they didn’t even know what I was talking about, and they hung up on me twice. Save your money and go to a real body shop.

Got my truck towed to D&R automotive and told them the very 1st thing I wanted done was a compression check to see if the motor was still good, well they went ahead did the compression test, found out the motor was no good and didnt call me back, they just replaced the spark plug and coil and hit me with a $771 bill complete scam artists dont take your car to D&R Automotive PEOPLE!

Although it was very hard to understand the guy that waited on me, they are friendly and have good service. There are no hidden fees, and they dont try to get you to purchase all kinds of services that you dont need.
