My husband and I both got the hot Kona coffee black and it was as good as you’d expect. It was so hot when they gave it to us so we had to wait a bit for it to cool down. Both our coffee and drinks came out rather quickly. I ordered the lox bagel with a salad. My husband got the ham and cheese croissant with the Maui onion chips. The bagel was a perfect size and nice and soft. The lox was fresh and it was an overall good breakfast bagel. Mine was very good, but his was the winner. The croissant was buttery and flaky and the cheese was gooey. A perfect breakfast sandwich, plus those chips were delicious! We’ll definitely be back.

Great coffee! The line moves pretty slow but I highly recommend this over going to Starbucks. The Island Latte was tasty. Not too sweet and the macadamia nut with light coconut flavor works perfectly.

The best tasting and most authentic macchiato I’ve had outside of Italy—a double shot with the perfect amount of foam in a small 4oz cup. Competitive prices for the area.Returned another day for breakfast. I loved their style of serving classic breakfast items with a extra helping of fruits and vegetables. Açaí bowls are also great.

Pretty good coffee with “Hawaiian” twist. Best coffee shop in kaanapali area. Only issue is the line is long and can take >20 minutes, but that’s a testament to how good it is. “Iced Island Latte” is especially good (pictured). Serious coffee drinkers may not be blown away, but well above average.

We discovered this on the last day of our trip to Maui! Would definitely come back for more had we discovered it earlier. The breakfast food and coffee were both delicious. Taking off one star because of the long line we had to stand in and then another 20 min for the food to come out. I think there was only one person making the food and one making the coffee at peak morning times.

A really great local alternative for coffee! Their breakfast/lunch menu looked amazing as well. Be prepared for long lines as it’s a super small take away shop. It’s worth the wait.

This place is pretty good. It’s definitely hit and miss though. Today they didn’t have any gelato for their specialty iced coffee so he said they will just make it without. Definitely not worth getting without the gelato.

Came here for their acai bowl, which had vanilla ice cream in the bottom. We got the large 24oz size, good portion for 2 people, good variety of ingredients, which allowed us to enjoy a variety and mix of flavor in one bowl. The only downside of the large size was that the ice cream started to melt towards the end because it took time to finish.

Both the coffee and acai bowls are amazing here. I got the cacao moana bowl and it did but disappoint. Super nutty and packed with flavor. I could eat this bowl daily. Coffee was also very strong and good. Spend $15 and theyll validate your parking. Find seating up the way near Choice Foods and the indoor for court.

This place is so good we came here three times in our week vacation...they have delicious Acai bowls! We tried the original and Haupia bowls (the lilikoi one was sold out each time we went) and they were very hearty portions. The drinks are really good too; we would recommend any of the iced mochas. If you’re into tea, the hale’iwa iced tea is also a unique treat (it has sorbet and pineapple in the tea!)

Extremely long wait with no payoff at the end. Stood in the very long line anxious to try this place. Ordered the food and they seemingly forgot our order. About 20 minutes after ordering we asked for the status of our order they immediately made our order. When I sat down I was disappointed, burned sausage, bland eggs, and avocado with little black bits in it. This was the first item on the menu, Breakfast Plate.

Review №28

Ok I was super torn writing this review. Firstly, the coffee is absolutely amazing. I love all of their specialty drinks, the Mauna Kea was my go to (has gelato in it). I got the açaí bowl too one morning and it was delicious. However, be prepared to wait a very long time. When it opened at 7am there were already 30+ people in line. They also only allow 5 people in the store at a time (totally fine with COVID restrictions). However, they do move very slowly when making your drinks and food. So the issue is, if 5 people order and are waiting for their drinks/food, no one else can go in and order. I feel like there should be a better process to make it go quicker, have the people who ordered and are just waiting for their items wait outside the store, then call the names so they can come in and grab. It would keep the line moving and not make your wait 40+ min. As a note, I did come in the late afternoon one day and was able to walk right in.

Place has crazy lines, I went before opening time and still had 10 people ahead of me . Super rude manager, it was strong winds on the day I visited and as a result I lost my mask while walking there . She didn’t let me order after being in line for 30 mins . I begged that I can buy a mask if they have extra but they said we don’t serve people without mask . I explained everything still she made faces and didn’t take my order . So thank you but no thank you for treating customers so rudely . I understand mask mandate but you should keep a spare just in case. Never ever visiting again !

Their coffee is great and their food is really good too. Be prepared to wait for a long time, though. They are not fast. They are out of the Vintage Kona Mocha mix and you cannot currently get any of the blended frozen drinks, which is a huge disappointment but not their fault. Just be prepared if you have your heart set on that beverage as I did.

Good food and coffee, clean establishment. Fairly priced. Lox Bagel, $12.95, was good, but I wouldnt call it a bagel. More like just bread. Still good, had sprouts, spinach, dill cream cheese, capers and lox. It also came with a salad of mixed greens and pistachios with a very nice sweet vinaigrette. It was a good and filling breakfast that will hold me over until lunch. Also got a Haupia Moana Acai bowl to go for the hubby and I for lunch, 24oz for $12.50. Its a huge bowl and easily shareable.

Stop in if you just need coffee. Skip it of youre looking for anything else.Maui Coffee is good. I enjoyed their Island Latte (a Latte with a squirt of macadamia nut syrup and coconut syrup) For that alone, it gets three stars. The rest is unremarkable. The service was meh. The food, if even available, was meh. We ordered something that was on the menu and they told us that they hadnt had it for months. Other items were marked as unavailable but this wasnt. I think you get the point.

Review №68

Very good coffee and acai bowls, cramped area and ridiculous covid-19 restrictions, the restrictions are the fault of the tyrannical state of Hawaii however. I sensed a bit of rudeness towards customers and by 7am they were already out of croissants. Also 1lb of coffee was price gouged at $78/lb. THIS IS INSANE! Especially when the coffee is grown locally. Ditch the covid-19 restrictions and have a better attitude towards customers and they would get a 5 star.

Wife and I got a couple drip Kona coffees and two sandwiches to go. $3.45 for a medium and $2.95 for a small. No clue if the coffee was legit but we both really enjoyed it. Awesome stuff! Had a full bodied dark roast taste without much bitterness. Sandwiches were both good as well. Peanut butter and mango panini (sounds odd) $10.95 was very good and very filling. BIG slices of mango! Lox of bagel sandwich ($12.95) was good but very light on the salmon. Could barely taste it. If you really want bagels and lox and want to taste the salmon, skip this. It was all veggies and cream cheese on what seems like a store bought bagel. No chew at all.

I ordered the vintage kona mocha and it was the best coffee drink in all of Maui. It had a perfect blend of macadamia nut, coconut, chocolate peaberry chips, & strong kona coffee. It comes frozen blended like a frap but is 100x better.I also ordered the mango & peanut butter panini sandwich. At first I was skeptical because Ive never had a grilled peanut butter panini, but it was so good!
