Salesmen was very helpful. However we purchased mattress through leasing program. We were not given a good description of the actual agreement. Also we where charged shipping fees that we where told we weren’t gonna be charged. And we where also told we where getting a $100 coupon which we didn’t receive.

We needed to return our $1,700 mattress but was told they dont do that if you dont buy a topper PLUS they WONT REFUND your money!!!! If I wouldve known that I would not have bought it!!! I have problems with my back PLUS most of the time have to sleep sitting up. When we got the mattress set up, I sat on it for a little while and it was so uncomfortable my husband had to use a different mattress we had on hand. BEWARE!!!!!They told us NOTHING about their policy of no REFUND or NO RETURNS if you dont buy a mattress topper. Thing is we put a sheet between the mattress and memory foam. So NOTHING touched it but a clean sheet.

Shopped everywhere for mattresses in Lafayette. It was a pretty painful experience at first. Some places had very high-pressure sales people, that made it awkward.Brock at Mattress direct was really helpful and knowledgeable, he was honest with us about what we should or shouldnt buy for our needs, and he didnt try to up-sell anything we didnt need - I didnt feel pressured to make a purchase. The prices were in par with other places, the service seemed good.

Mr Roury was a very knowledgeable young man. Answered all our questions without fail. Was never pushy. My husband and I are in our early 60’s We’ve purchased a lot in our lives. Never was the experience so relaxed. We left to go have lunch and check out a couple other places, but while having lunch decided that young man deserved our business. Just wanted to say that I had a pleasant experience at Mattress Direct. I purchased a really good queen set from them (probably 10 years ago) but recently decided to invest in a foam set, which Ive always wanted. I did a lot of research beforehand yet needed additional answers to some questions. The sales staff is knowledgable and friendly and Brock Roy helped me to discover the iComfort Sleep System. I tried several foam products at different places but without a doubt, this system is right for me. The only thing that comes close to being as cool as the 7 layer gel foam is the fact that I didnt have to hassle with removing my old set. They took it away and setup my new bed the next day. I highly recommend this product and the service experience from Mattress Direct.

Here at Mattress Direct I had several questions that I asked the salesman and he was very rude and acted like I had no clue what I wanted in a mattress! How do retail establishments get so out of touch with the customer?
