This place is amazing. Kelly is the manager. He listened to me, I’ve been medically going through a lot and he did his best to get me a new bed. I had surgery the day before, and ended up with bed bugs!!! It was a mattress emergency. He let my 10 year old be a kid and didn’t blink an eye. I cannot wait for my bed to get here!! So I can heal and relax. His sales associate was very sweet and going through a lot himself. I can’t remember his name; they are awesome. And there are some pillows there I can’t wait to get!!

SEE ANGELI bought my bed from angel at mattress Firm in la Verne. I highly recommend you see him if you are shopping for beds. He is knowledgeable and helpful. He handled my purchase from beginning to end. We ran into some issues that he co-ordinated fantastically. I have an old home with 3 flights of stairs I bought an adjustable bed that could not be taken up the stairwell. We found a moving company. That would hoist it up onto the balcony and bring it in so mattress Firm delivered the bed and Mini Movers brought it in then mattress Firm came back and assembled it and took the old bed down. All this done in a few hours thanx to the help of angel and his persistent and wonderful customer service!!!

This is a larger dollar amount purchase for your household but we are very pleased with the service, sales pricing and customer service we’ve experienced during this buying phase! I asked several times if gold or platinum delivery were my only options given that I lived 5 minutes away. Rep confirmed these were my only options and proceeded to charge me $99 delivery fee. After reviewing website I notice the company offered free door delivery, when I asked the rep about the offer he simply tried to play down the fact that he lied. Be careful and ask questions as these folks will rip you off!

So we were in need of replacing our mattress, originally looking online but then we decided to check out Mattress Firm in La Verne, Ca. Mattress Firm (La Verne) caught my attention online while browsing for a new mattress. I decided to walk in and Im very glad I did. I spoke with Angel, he listened very carefully to what I was looking for. He was very courteous and knowledgeable while assisting me with narrowing down the type of mattress I was seeking. I didnt make the purchase on the spot, being a procrastinator, I had to go home and let the info sink in and check the reviews. I returned later that evening, Angel had left, so Jose assisted me. Ask for Angel!! My husband and I went to Mattress Firm in need of replacing an old mattress. The sales associate who helped me, Jose Guzman, went above and beyond with his customer service in helping me find the right mattress for me. Jose was great! Well informed but not pushy. Told him that I liked Beautyrest he showed me a couple then had another similar mattress in a different brand that might interest me too. He explained the differences. Tried it out, but the Beautyrest was the one. No pressure, he just wanted to make sure I had tried the mattresses similar to my interests.
