Friendly and polite. Very nice place

This store charges significantly higher rates on all services than surrounding UPS Stores. My personal experience was as a mailbox customer from out of state for less than a month, in which time the store/staff “lost” several packages that were delivered, with tracking number verification, and signed for by staff members. I was then told staff did not sign for the package and there is nothing they can do for me.

This place is never too crowded, you can get in and out without having to spend 30 mins like the other location. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean

Update: don’t bother at 6:45 they will be closed 10/30/20UPDATE:They apologized the next day so I’m updating my review to 4 stars.☺️They are courteous and usually really quick service but all of this pandemic mania they’ve been closing super early. Most stores are back to normal hours this week but they are still not it’s before seven I tried to drop off a package and they were closed.

Nice place and nice people but they don’t keep their hours accurately. When they say they close at 7 that means they are closing much earlier so they can be on the road by 7.

I come to this store about every 10 days or so to return Amazon purchases. Wendy and Gabby has always treated and greeted me with smiles. They are so patient with me because at times I dont have all the items organized with the return labels but still they are friendly. So kudos! to them. Big thumbs up!

Great people and cool staff

Charged me $3 to print a label I sent via email. I travel for a living and have used UPS across the country, often have to email them the label to print. Never once charged for the service before today.
