This review is not for Target La Habra in particular but Target itself. I shop at target at least once a week sometimes 2-3times. I mostly do curbside pick up and online ordering. Lately Ive been noticing charges in my bank account for $0.90, $0.70, $0.90, etc.. for some past weeks. I called target customer service and I spoke with someone I assumed new because didnt know how to help so transfered to a higher level. I was 25mins in total in this call and nothing was resolved. This might not be high amount of money but theres is something not right of why my bank account has so many cents charges so often. Does Target charges to have things on the cart on the app? Or what? The bags are already charged when you pick up and many times also employees put one item in each bag! Thats not fair. Also even if decline the bag they still give it to you saying it hasnt been charged. I am just not happy with Target unexplained recurring charges in my bank account. I am a loyal customer but im willing to not buy there anymore. So check your bank statements people.

Target is reliable. clean, good customer service, fare price, family friendly, always stocked, sales, statically pleasing.

Patzy was the most amazing, awesome, helpful person to ever help me in the history of my target visits and I have had so many. I am there all the time. I love this La Habra Target because everyone is always so helpful but she stole the show and blew me away with her customer service skills. There should seriously be more people like her in this world. She made my stressful return so easy on me and totally made my weekend with her kindness and understanding.

Clean organized helpful staff quick shopping

The pick up was very quick. I arrived and a minute later my purchase had been delivered to my car. I wasnt expecting that, because I know things are busy with everyone trying to be safe, but it was super cool to get my purchase so quickly.

Clean, spacious, plenty of items in stock and on sale. The outside Pickup area is always busy.

All the Target team were friendly, professional and it was great to be welcomed so politely. They were going above & beyond to make sure the lines were moving smoothly. I was watching interactions where there was a rude, grumpy customer and the Target team members remained polite and helpful. We all need to keep in mind of how we are treating our essential workers. Was walking around the store looking fir where hardware supplies were, had an employee walk by me and ask if I needed help, told her what I was lookfor and she(Jess) walked me to the aisle, I was surprised because Ive never had an employee go out of their way, they simply would point and walk away. I might be old fashioned but when I worked retail we were taught to assist the best we can.Thank you Jess.I was at Target La Habra.

I like this Target a lot because it is close to where I live. I was highly disappointed my first few trips here because I didnt have any cellphone service at all throughout the store, and that made it incredibly impossible to use the target app for discounts but, they have since fixed the problem.One thing I dont like about Target overall is how the app is geared now. It takes a little bit of maneuvering to get/find the weekly deals (buy two of these and get a $10 gift card). I think those deals were previously included in the wallet function automatically possibly last year. But that isnt an issue directly related to this Target.On my trip yesterday I was not able to get a lot of results on items I was scanning, that have typically come up in the past. Again, I dont know if that is a glitch in the app or just this store.90% of the employees I have come into contact with were absolutely outstanding, from cashiers, managers, even cart attendants.However, I have one major grievance with an employee interaction from my trip yesterday. My baby accidentally spilled water over by the electronic and toy department (in the main walkway). There was a decent maybe 3 foot trail of water (it spilled from the Starbucks cup, and it took me a little to notice). I notified the closest employee which happened to be a woman in the electronic department, she handed me a lot of paper towels and asked if it was a small enough amount and told me to clean it up. I had absolutely no problem cleaning it myself since it was mine and my sons fault. I was worried a guest, possibly a child would slip. Maybe a minute or so into cleaning it up a very nice young man (employee) came up and said that he would take care of it. I felt bad and guilty since I was responsible but he insisted. I get it, thats his job, and he was super sweet. I apologized and walked away. I overheard the original employee (the woman in electronics) tell the young man that he should not have helped me clean it since it was my fault entirely. She said it in a very rude manner, and it caught me off guard. I know legally, even though I made the mess, Target would still be held responsible if a guest slipped and fell. I happen to know Targets policy on spills, since I previously worked for Target (and I am now actually pursuing a law degree), so I do know what I am talking about not only from a customer service standpoint but also a legal standpoint. I just dont feel like her comment about the whole situation was appropriate as an employee and representative of Target. Possibly she needs to be retrained in customer service and she definitely needs a better understanding of safety procedures when it comes to spills. Maybe she fell asleep watching that video in training. Hopefully though she will be transferred to a different position maybe in the back wher she wont have any interaction with guests/customers.Overall, I do highly recommend this Target location. I wont let one employee encounter ruin my overall experience.*side note* the posted business license/health permit for Starbucks is approximately 4 months expired. I believe it is a permit allowing Starbucks to remain open during covid closures. But that is an easy fix.

As we walked in we were greeted by Eddie the Security Guard. He was so welcoming and friendly. I noticed he was like this with everyone who walked in the door. I dont know any other Target that is this welcoming like this. I did tell him how much I Appreciated Him As Well. Thank you Eddie (Security Guard) for your friendly service, it made My Day.

Checkout service are very rude, at least that cashier was rude and manager too. Manager was called to honor a 50%sale and told me no she will give me 30%, I showed her prove it was 50% and reply you dont have to buy it and the cashier said the same thing. Target dont give a position to just anyone ! Very upset. Wont be back !

I love ALL things Target, the food, seasonal, dollar spot, Starbucks in the store, returns are a breeze, the red card and circle is fantastic, and the pharmacy personnel rocks!!!!!!! LA HABRA target rocks!!!

I really love the hours for the more vulnerable. But, when you see 15 people go in well under 65 and a few teenagers it is very unfortunate. I will not shop at this location any longer.

Target Drive Up has been a huge help to our family. I appreciate that they are offering this service, and have had a great experience every time.

By the time I drove up to pickup my merchandise the Target Team Member was already at my door. Enjoyed shopping here and with drive thru experience it makes it just so much easier.

A customer service associate at Target named Lindsey told me I could set the items I wanted to exchange on a counter while I retrieved return items and the receipt from my car. Lindsey let my new purchases fall on the ground when she moved the cart next to them, and left them lying on the ground for me to pick up myself. Her lack of care for customers products IN THE MIDST OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC reflects poorly on the Target corporation.

I have done pickup for my last two orders. I went into Target in La Habra, CA at 7:20 this morning and was out by 7:30 am. There were few people inside at that time.

Convenience of the pickup feature. The efficiency, professionalism, cordiality of the clerk.I cannot think of a thing that needs improving. Youre doing wonderfully. The store is neat & clean, well organized, & all clerks say HI. Some of them noticing the dumb look on my face, ask if they can help find something.What a great place.P.S. The employee Edward in the electronics department on 6/11/20 was super helpful after i accidentally bought the wrong iphone case. he helped me find the right size case and was really nice and friendly.

The store is always organized compared to the top 5 targets I go to. For example during the day you dont see boxes or u-boats with merchandise. It seems consistently stocked so I find what I need 99.9% of the time which is amazing.The floor is clear and easy to navigate. The service is very good but not overwhelming.

I called this store in search of a pair of pants that are on clearance, the woman that helped me over the phone was super helpful and did everything she could to locate them. Unfortunately, this store didnt have the pants, but she did locate it at another location and even offered to give me that stores info. I felt very taken care of and just wanted to give props to this store for its good customer service! ☺️👍

The staff is wonderful and the store is always flawless. I am always extremely impressed with the clothing area. It’s impeccable compared to others I’ve seen. During this visit the sweetest target employee helped my experience be marvelous! I can’t remember her name, but I do remember she had pink hair. True example of amazing customer service along with above and beyond :) I live in between this location and the whittwood in Whittier. This is my favorite go to location 99.9% of the time!

Target has this huge problem with orders online and pick up at store, they never send the confirmation email and it takes to long to have the product you want, it happened to me many times, thats why I decided not to buy online anymore at target, I did my wedding registry with target and all my guests bought all the gifts we asked for but target never send them to us, that was horrible. never do your registry with target, and dont buy online or pick up at store, it is a nightmare!

La Habra, California store is always clean, friendly no lines and all are doing social distancing. Other Target stores have lines waiting to go in and are not practicing social distancing. So why wait in line ?

This location is the first location I experienced guests without masks. I wont be shopping here again. Cant and wont take the risk of getting sick due to these conditions.

Customer service excellent. Employees wearing red shirts throughout the store to assist customers. Store is clean and neat & employees are professional, very helpful and courteous. Merchandise is well stocked and easy to find. I like the products offered and good values + the 5% discount with Target card is incentive to shop at Target. I also like the convenience of CVS Pharmacy for prescription refills since my insurance co. uses CVS as a preferred pharmacy, which is cost effective for me.

This is a nice and fairly large Target location. Its conveniently located on Imperial Highway and in a nice shopping center. This location has a grocery, pharmacy, Starbucks, and cafe. Every time that Ive been here, Ive been pleased with my experience. The staff here are helpful and I plan on keep coming back.

Employees : Dani the floor manger does an exploratory job at welcoming customers and managing the staff . She works well under or pressure always with a smile. She is observant and is quick to resolve issues be it a flustered customer (me) or staff . She turns every shopping experience into pleasure. I find this remarkable because I dislike shopping! When I became ill at Target last week, the staff responded in such a caring way! Angelica the pharmacy tech brought me water and a chair, and Sandy from H.R. got a wheelchair for me and waited out front with me until my family could come take me to ER. Angelica called me later to see if I was all right! I can’t say enough good things about this store, and I am so grateful that they have such a great staff of caring people here! I am so glad this is my neighborhood Target!

This is just like any other target. they have good deals and everything you need. i visited at about 9pm on a Monday night and was not spoken to by any associate besides my total for items i purchased when i was ready to leave. i hope they can work on their customer service here

You have the best customer service at your location.. my Target location is Whittier, but I will drive the extra miles to come to the La Habra Store, I also wanted to say Dani and Marilyn are great they greet customers and are always willing to help out with any questions that I might have..

The store is very clean and well stocked Lots of friendly staff that always seems to be around when we needed them.We dropped in for some Christmas browsing and ended up buying some new shelves for our living room and some beautiful designer frames posters for the living room.

Be very careful when buying any food or drinks from here! Twice in the last few months Ive bought food from here, come home to realize something simple as lunch meat or fruit juice went past its expiration date for a week. The turkey smelled bad and I bought the juice yesterday. I usually check expiration dates before I buy it, but I made the mistake of thinking juice or lunch meat wouldnt still be on the shelf a week after expiration.

This location is very prompt to have our order ready for pick up, and as a family with a newborn who does pickup often, we havent had a single negative experience. All our items are always correct and in perfect condition.

I went through self check out and upon retrieving my receipt, i noticed it only took off 1 5 dollar coupon for a particular item instead of the 3, since i purchased 3 and scanned my cart wheel app 3 times. So i asked for assistance from the girl working self check out. She stated, she was unable to help me go over there to guest services. I told her, i used to be an etl, i know you can help me your just chosing not to. She looked at me and said well im busy, sorry you need to go over there. Horrible service. Karma comes around...
