Worst customer service ever. What was once a classy company has become a overpriced con job of a company. Use great caution if you buy from them. Better to do business with a reputable jeweler.

I went to Kays in the Mall with my husband to get a wedding band for him and an addition for mine. Michael was awesome and I highly recommend him! He showed us handfuls of options and we never felt pressured. I sent in my ring to get the addition and it came back so quick! Such a great experience and I dont think I will go anywhere else in the future.

Drove all the way to La Crosse from Onalaska and they are no longer located there. I work at the hospital in Onalaska so I was practically next door and wasted gas and came 20 minutes out of the way. I would say luckily I live in La Crosse, but it was on the other side of town so 40 mins of wasted time and gas. When I called all they could say was we tried to update google. I just conducted business eslewhere. Very annoyed and when I spoke to other locals they said this is an ongoing issue. Disappointed!!

I bought a diamond band 4yrs ago WITH the extended service warranty plan. I noticed a diamond was loose, (this had happened before), so I took it in to be repaired a 2nd time with all my original paperwork. A gentlemen employee was helping me. First of all they couldnt find my information in their system, not sure why since I had it all right in front of him. They examined my ring and said the diamond was chipped and that is why it is loose. Ok, fine. He asked when the last time I had it inspected, and I said, it had been quite awhile, but I dont live in the area. I asked if they could send it in and repair it still? BUT since I hadnt had it inspected in the last 6 months my extended service plan was null and void. I could buy a new diamond though to put into it and then my extended warranty plan that I paid extra for at the original time of sale for repairs such as this, would be valid again. WOW. Excuse me? OK?! I politely asked for my ring back, told him thank-you and left the store. Thanks Kay Jewelers for holding up your end of the extended service plan. Definately not impressed and I will not be going back.

We had been on the hunt for months for a new wedding ring after the diamond fell out of my original engagement ring. We went to 3 different stores before Kays, all in Valley View Mall, Onalaska WI, felt terrible pressure from sales consultants and felt as if they werent really listening to what we wanted. Kays was our last stop and as soon as we were greeted by Michael we were instantly at ease. We found the most perfect ring and left feeling very comfortable with our choice and experience! I recently went in for my 6 month ring inspection and was, again, warmly greeted by Michael and it was another great visit! Thank you Kay Jewelers!!

Terrible experience, I was gifted a ring from here. I did have to get it resized took a few weeks. But after only having the ring for 2months the pearl fell out. When I went in I delt with a man that clearly had no skill in customer service. I had to waited 2weeks more weeks for them to repair it under warranty. Only to have the pearl fall out again the same day I got it back. Was told they would make a new ring, but this happened in Dec and they wouldn’t be able it get it to me till March. It was very emotional! Severely disappoint with the quality here will NOT being buying anything else here when there are four other places right here in the mall! I will NOT be recommending KAY.

My fiancé and I went to the store on 2/19/2017 due to a bad visible spot in the diamond on her engagement ring to see what they could do for us. I paid $1500 on the ring and bought extra insurance. The lady at the counter was very rude in informing us that we got an uncertified diamond. I was never explained that diamonds even had a difference. She made it seem as though I bought a cheap ring and if we wanted it fixed wed have to buy a better ring. She then turned to my fiancé and said this must be a promise ring, the look on her face was so hart braking I but lost it but she just asked if we could go. The ring is not a promise ring I got a wedding band and the engagement ring. She was also rude to the older lady in front of us. I will not be buying anything else from them.
