Had the vehicle in stock that we liked. In an acceptable color and the interior was the two tone we wanted and more hard to get than the exterior color. They were fair with our trade. Bruce was professional and gave us constant follow up. They got us great financing locally so we got all the incentives and if we do wind up keeping it forever 89 bucks for lifetime powertrain is a steal. Overall pleasant experience. Only tests to come. Will anyone actually be there when I do comeback, cause 3 years later no one was where I bought the trade in. And how their service is I cant tell yet and I hope I dont really need to find out outside of routine maintenance.

I had a great experience with this dealership. I checked around what feels like 100 dealerships but their service and prices seemed the most professional. I had a bad experience with Picshke motors, so I was a bit weary of shopping in La Crosse for a car. Kris was our salesperson and he answered all my numerous questions. I would recommend anyone shopping new or used to take a peek at what Morries offers.

Went to Morries Volkswagen La Crosse to look at new vehicles. After explaining to the representative what I needed in a car, he made a suggestion that turned out to be a perfect fit. Bought a used Passat from another dealer. Check.engine light came on the next day. Morries got me in the following day. Found the source of the code and replaced the part in about an hour doing a short video to show me what was needing replaced. VW warranty covered part and labor. Mary in service answered all my questions honestly and fairly.When I buy my Audi it will be from Morries.

Great place for my regular service. Employees are great, and fixed an issue I had free of charge on top of top notch service. Online scheduling was easy, they were right on time, really couldnt ask for anything more. Great place.

Well took car in with less than 5000 miles on it because the VW gli headlights are the worst ever. I was quoted as no cost when I dropped the car off and without getting my consent did the work and then charged me 65 dollars because they said the car was in their shop over a year ago. No one cleared the charges with me and they didnt stand by their quote. Oh yeah they did not fix the problem with the headlights

Recently had an issue with my front grille and the emblem. I talked with the service manager and he worked with me in getting it fixed and resolved. The front looks better than it did before! Great customer service, and will be doing much more business with them in the future.

Such a friendly dealership to do business at. Rather than setting around for 2 hours for my car to get done, they gave me a ride to the mall so I could get my glasses repaired. They called me when the repair was done, sent a car to pick me up and brought me back to the dealership. All of the repair work was done and performed a free inspection also. Services requested were performed in a timely manner. I received text message updates on my vehicle, and even was sent a walk around video of my vehicle in the shop while being worked on (included tire and brake measurements and a short explanation of work being performed) . I checked my e-mail after everything was done, and I received a 3 month trial of XM radio just for having my 40,000 mile recommended manufacturer maintenance completed! Very cool, would recommend Morries for all your VW needs.

The staff is very nice but I can’t seem to get my problem resolved. I have had my car in 3x since I bought it in June. I did get the radio finally fixed but it’s been in twice for brakes and they still aren’t fixed. I have never had an issue like this with a year old car

I had a solidly ok experience with Morries Volkswagen in La Crosse. I got my oil changed and routine maintenance as well as a diagnostic run for a check engine light.Pros:- Friendly staff- Shuttle service is available, which is great.- They send out a video of your car walking through the issue and showed me the status of my tires and brake pads.Cons:- I did not receive word that my car was finished until 6-7 hours after I had brought it in when I had an appointment.- I was told by previous customers that a car wash is included, however this is not the case.
