I bought a 2017 Challenger at Pischke Motors of La Crosse. During the deal there was a misunderstanding regarding installation of a remote start, I was under the impression that they were going to cover it-however it ended up being rolled into my loan after they realized that they were going to have to replace a sensor on the vehicle. I was not happy about this since they initially said they would throw in the remote start during the deal before the sensor discovery. This was eating at me so I went back a week later to talk to Brett (the GM) and the salesperson I bought it from. I explained the situation and although we disagreed about how exactly it all went down, they wanted me to be happy with my experience and covered the remote start for me. Aside from the “miscommunication” my experience there was great. Everyone was friendly, greeted me and made me feel like my business was important to them. Nobody hassled or tried to pressure me and they worked with my so-so credit to get me into a vehicle I absolutely love and could afford, and of course made things right with the remote start. I will definitely be back when it’s time to trade again. I’ve also had experience with their service department and was pleased with them as well, they make sure you understand everything and keep you updated as they’re working so your not sitting around wondering what the hell is going on. Overall I’m very pleased with my experience at Pischke and would definitely recommend them for your next new ride and service needs!

I stopped in to see if they were interested in buying my car. The person was busy on his phone but came out to look at it. I told him that I had stopped at a few other dealers to get offers. He wanted to know what the other offers were but I wouldnt tell him until he made me an offer. He handed me my keys back and said that he wasnt wasting his time. Maybe he had been busy watching TikToks. I have had other negative dealings with this dealership in the past. Not sure how they stay in business.

Recently bought a used Dodge Ram 1500. When looking at the car the salesmen Randy was very friendly and seemed helpful. Seemed very unfamiliar with handling loans from outside lenders. Also asked about trading in my older vehicle. Was told that they would love to look at what I had to trade in. Unfortunately, that is all the further it went. While signing papers for the truck. I was told they do not offer trade prices. Because other dealers are offering more for trade ins and they are losing sales over it. Should of walked out then... Pretty obvious they are only after your money and not interested in the customer. My lender and I ended up having to do most of the leg work to get the purchase finalized. Our lender said the purchase price was over priced.They were absolutely unwilling to negociate price. When we came to sign for the paper work and go over the truck before we pulled off the lot. It was pretty much here are the keys we got our money. I would have a hard time recommending this dealership.

My experience at Pischke was anything but great. Aaron didn’t know the answer to questions I had about the car. I asked how new the tires were and he said they could be new? I felt as though he wasn’t listening to what I was looking for more so that he was just trying to push this car on me. When we got back from the test drive he asked for the keys to my car and said “ we’re going to go take a look at your trade in” him and another employee got in the car and drove off. He never told me he was going to drive my vehicle. Which wouldn’t be an issue but he didn’t disclose this to me prior to driving off. When he returned and I called him out for driving my vehicle without permission he said “oh, sorry”. When he returned to his desk with the paperwork with the numbers the finance employee came up with, he gave a flat number and said it was the best they could do. When I said I would be taking my business elsewhere, he said “ok, good luck” and threw a pen on his desk. I am completely turned off by this entire encounter and I wouldn’t recommended pischke to anyone.

From the minute I met him to when I drove the car off the lot I felt like Tyrone was Doing his best to keep my best interest in mind. He kept me in the loop and was never hesitant to answer questions. He puts a personal touch on his customer service, which I feel like is hard to come by now a days. Just purchased our 4th vehicle from them within the last 5 years. Cannot say enough good things about them from sales to the financial department to service. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Our salesman Andy went above and beyond to make us feel important and appreciated. He even brought a jeep gladiator over just so our 9 year old son could check it out. Seeing the big smile on his face is priceless in my book. Service after the sale is the most important thing to us and we have never been disappointed in that department. I showed up at Pische Motors on a random day to look at my dream car, a Jeep Wrangler. I was looking for a slightly used Jeep but didnt intend on buying from this dealership because I am a diehard Brenengen customer. But I was downtown and this was convenient. I was greated by a salesmen named Andy Pradovic who took me on a test drive. When we were done I told him exactly what I was looking for and he said he would be in touch. I continued to shop elsewhere to no avail, the biggest disappointment was the customer service I had received at a number of other dealerships. You know, the guys who tell you they will call and dont. The ones who say oh sorry we close soon so I cant really help you. I was done with the whole thing. I had heard from Andy occasionally with a few leads but nothing I loved. Finally he had something I wanted to see and he made sure it was available for me two weeks later to see! We went up on a Saturday and I had HANDS DOWN the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Andy didnt pressure us at all and made the whole experience so easy and stress free. Its really nice when you go to a business and they make you feel at home, like you can be yourself, and youre amoung friends. 10/10 would recommend buying from Pischke!

Let me start off by telling you I am a Hyundai girl. Been driving them for the last 12 years. Dahl is the dealer for those SUVs. I have had so many issues with Dahl from the sales to the service. The final straw was when they wanted me to do an $800 tune up I did six months prior. So I knew I better find a new brand. I grew up in West Salem and know how awesome Rahn and Blake are. They both are kind and treat you with respect out in the public not just at the dealership. I knew I had to buy my next vehicle from Pischke. When I started looking I was greeted by Andy Pradovic. He is awesome and so knowledgeable. He answered my questions before I could ask them. He is not pushy and always made sure I understood what he was telling me. He works hard to get you the best deal and makes sure you are comfortable with the monthly payment. Everyone I came into contact with was amazing. The guys in the service department even took the time to explain a couple things for me. I know I’m in much better hands at Pischke. Loving the new Jeep.

I purchased a used vehicle from Pischke Motors a week ago. The salesman was friendly and helpful. BUT he told me that they went over everything in the vehicle and made sure everything works properly, and it doesnt. I turned on the heat today, and nothing comes out of the floor vents. I guess I was too trusting, believing that everything works properly because he said they checked and fixed anything that needed fixing. Not looking forward to freezing my feet off driving this winter! Also, during the test drive, he held up a vinyl envelope type thing that was in the glove box and told me it was the owners manual. It isnt. Its information about lemon laws. I asked if they have the owners manual, but he hasnt responded. Guess he just doesnt care, now that the sale is done. Adding an update: Yesterday was day nine of owning the vehicle. In addition to the problems listed earlier, the check engine light came on while driving it yesterday, and the power sliding door on the van quit working, and has to be closed manually. Lies, lies, lies. Say any vehicle bought from them will be trouble-free, because if it isnt they wont sell it. And say they go over vehicle with a fine tooth comb and make sure everything works properly. Nope, didnt happen.

Took my car in 90 days after purchasing it because coolant was leaking. Was told that the cap may not have been properly screwed on, charged me $150 for their mistake. They ensured they inspected the vehicle prior to selling it to me but clearly not. Scam.

Five months ago, my husband purchased a truck from this dealership. It has become the most expensive lawn ornament I have ever seen!The truck does not have reverse. My husband has spent countless hours and probably more money than I care to know about rebuilding the transmission, not once, but twice.This truck was purchased amid the pandemic and a downward spiraling economy from a dealership! The truck is used and purchased as is, but why would a dealership even have this truck on its lot?They offered to help pay for the expenses of rebuilding the transmission only to not come through on their word. The truck still sits in the driveway, much like the day it was driven home.On a smaller note, the radio was also fried and continued to drain the battery over and over until it was disconnected. Pischke Motors did get a replacement for it, but its kind of hard to drive a vehicle into the city for the repair when one of your major gears is missing.Save your time, save your money, and find a dealership that wont screw you over on a used vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a used 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. During the process of buying the truck, everyone was very nice and helpful. I noticed a few minor problems like rock chips and the battery had to be charged and jump started. The truck is also set up for high performance with lots of extra, I love the setup.My problem is, before I got the truck home (15 miles), the radio was dead. Also, I was backing out of the gas station and noticed reverse was very weak. I contacted Pischke and they said to bring it in and they would fix it. Truck went into the service department and again everyone was very nice. When I got it back, they told me nothing was wrong with the transmission and it needed to be run hard to clear things up. The radio would be replaced at no cost but might take a week. So again, I drove the truck home, and by the time I got back home, reverse was gone completely.I decided to change the transmission filters and fluid. When I started draining the fluid, it had a pungent burnt smell and I knew what the problem was...the friction plates internally were fried. The catch pan had a thick black film of soot lining the bottom. I called the professional builder of the truck and he confirmed it just by the description of the problem.Again I contacted Pischke via email about the transmission needing a rebuild...no reply. Its been a month and no word on the radio as well.The service department told me they went through the transmission with a fine tooth comb. If so, their comb would have been filled with black soot. Either they knew the problem and dont want to fix it and lied or they are incompetent. Either way, Im disappointed because I would have worked with them to fix it.June 6 update.I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because I had a good conversation with Blake, the general manager, the day after the original posting. There was some miscommunication between departments and hopefully these kind of problems get resolved.Aug 13 updateBack to 1 star, would give no stars if possible. Promises made, never kept. Im done with it. Sleepy Hollow in Viroqua is the place to go, dont waste your time with Pischke...I know I wont ever again.

We had a great experience buying our “new to us” 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Andy assisted us from the phone call to the dealership to be sure the vehicle was still available to greeting us as we arrived from Wisconsin Rapids, got us out for a test drive and completed the sale. Wife bought 2018 jeep renagade here. She also bought the 3 full service oil change deal that they offer. The speaker blew and they fixed it under the warranty which was awesome but her low tire lights came on when cold weather came and they told her they would not fill her tires because they had after market steam caps on them. So when she got home I have to take the caps off and fill the tires myself. Took 10 min. Just disappointed there car center couldnt handle this. I feel there sales service is great

I was having difficulties connecting an electronic device in my Jeep Compass. I was greeted at Pischke motors by a consultant named Jerome. He greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile. As he was assisting with my device, I was pleasantly surprised at how intelligent, funny and helpful he was. Jerome and I had a wonderful time working together getting the job finished! Great first experience while buying a used car. Absolutely terrible service AFTER buying the car. Discovered many issues that shouldnt have been present in our vehicle after their thorough inspection of the car. Do not recommend buying used from them. Maybe better service if you buy new.

I am new to the area. I went to Pischke Motors Service Department for the first time today. I got an oil change for my Murano. It was a really good experience. The last dealership I had been to recommended a lot more service than what I thought I needed. Pischke’s did a multipoint inspection and it looks like my air filter will make it for awhile yet. I also got my battery terminals cleaned for $16 (looks great, thanks!). The last place I went to ‘recommended’ it for $42. I was treated really well at Pischke Motors. It is worth the drive from where I live and I will be doing business here for a long time to come. My service advisor was Michael Eastway. He arranged for the service I wanted and did not try to upsell me with anything I did not need. He answered all of my questions (synthetic oil vs conventional) and I got my money’s worth during this visit. This is a place I would wholeheartedly recommend.

My fiance and I stopped by Pischke to ask some questions on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler that was parked out in the lot. Tyrone Poindexter was available immediately to help us and sat us down at his desk. He was very personable and was so helpful with questions that we had on the Jeep. Tyrone was unable to be there along the way for the sale of the Jeep but if it werent for him and his awesome customer service skills we probably wouldnt have came back to test drive. Ben Kron finished out the sale and the experience overall was great!

My wife and I had been looking for a used 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude with low mileage & a factory installed tow package. We noticed Pischke Motors listed a used white Jeep Cherokee on their web-site so we made an appointment with Nick Kupietz and went in and test drove it. Immediately after driving the vehicle we loved it! Nick was able to answer all of our questions pertaining to the history of the vehicle, features of the vehicle, & was able to get a fair price for our trade-in vehicle.When inspecting the vehicle prior to purchase my wife & I also noted a noticeable door ding on the passenger side of the vehicle. I had been looking around the area for a used Jeep Cherokee trail hawk that I could afford the payment on. If I found the mileage I wanted on it, it was usually too high and old for my loan duration to be affordable . Just by chance, when looking at another dealership and having no luck I decided to go through downtown and saw all the Jeeps for sale and figured it was worth a look. I brought my Hyundai here for my head light to be replaced. I normally change my bulbs myself, but in this vehicle, the bulb is tricky to reach and its winter, so I decided to pay for the service instead. Four days before I came here to Pischke, I was at Dahl (where I bought my car) where they tried to tell me its not the light bulb thats out, but that they would have to replace the ENTIRE head light assembly because the wires are bad. I am extremely happy I did not trust Dahl and that I instead scheduled an appointment with Pischke. The tech at Pischke replaced the bulb quickly, and they even had someone DRIVE to a local store to BUY a head light to match my good one. Now that is 5 star customer service.

There are not enough superlatives to explain my recent experience (as well as my many experiences throughout the years with both Pischke sales and service) at Pischke Motors of La Crosse. In particular, Kent Schroeder is highly personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Kent is keenly attuned to the wants and needs of his customers, and goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are satisfied. A few weeks ago, he first contacted me to give me a heads up on available rebates through Chrysler, as my lease was in its last few months; Kent wanted to make sure that I was aware of the excellent rebates for the month of October so as to save me money on my new lease. Kent then spent a significant amount of time on a test drive with me, and Kent (as a team with General Manager, Dan Murphy) worked diligently and expeditiously to find the perfect vehicle (and at the right price) that suits my needs.I was scheduled to take delivery on October 30. Unfortunately, immediately preceding that date, I had a medical emergency that required surgery and hospitalization. As it relates to the trade in of my old vehicle and delivery of the new 2019 Jeep Cherokee, no worries—Kent coordinated with my wife on an at-home vehicle delivery. Kent patiently went over the necessary paperwork with me, and then proceeded to successfully pair my cellphone and garage door to the new Jeep. Kent also cheered me up, as I was in the process of convalescing from my surgery. Kent treated me with the utmost of respect at all times, as i know that he cares about me as a person (not just a sale). A couple of days later, Kent called me up to ask how I was feeling on a Saturday a.m., and if I had any questions regarding the new vehicle. I asked if I could stop by the dealership in a few minutes for him to help with the ParkSense feature on the vehicle. Kent happily obliged my request immediately, and gave me a refreshers course on the vehicle’s new technology with my family in the car as well.Bottom line—Kent is one of the “good guys,” and a truly good-hearted person (in addition to knowing his “stuff” regarding the Chrysler/Jeep products. As you can probably tell, I thoroughly enjoy working with Kent, Dan Murphy (General Manager), and everyone in the service department. As usual, my expectations have been met...and then some. I consider Kent to not only be my go-to car salesman, but I also consider him to be my friend. Thank you to all involved for a fantastic experience regarding my new vehicle.

This dealer is the best one Ive had the pleasure of working with so far. They worked with me and made sure all repairs got done and we only had to pay the deductible once under the extended warranty, even though we had to schedule a second apt and leave the truck overnight. They also gave us a new loaner car whereas anywhere else Ive gone they either dont have one or it is a piece of junk. They go all the way and make sure that they get everything you need done and do it right. Highly recommended.

Brought a coworker to pick up their car after they had a window fixed. I jokingly said Id stick around in case it didnt start - and was glad I had, since it didnt turn over. They ended up charging the battery and his vehicle did start after some little time. Also had a minor billing discrepancy, but they made good on that as well. Not a terrible experience, but Ive had better luck in town.

Hunter Miller in service is AWESOME! Service is AMAZING, fast, and genuine. Every person I have worked with in both La Crosse and West Salem are outstanding people! I bought my van from another dealer but its a Chrysler so it had to go to Pischke for repair and I can not be more delighted with the treatment I received. I pulled in with no warning, asked them to do a transmission test that takes 3 hours with no appointment and they took it right in, did the test, called the next day to be sure I was happy AND sent me a letter!!! THEN they get me in for service the very next week to fix an issue and again I get a call the next day to ensure Im happy and again I get a letter! I have never felt so valued! Thank you Pischke for caring about my little issues as much as the big ones!
