My new husband and I went furniture shopping for our Master bedroom set. We went to a lot of furniture stores trying to find the perfect bedroom set. Neither one of us had liked anything until we went to Ethan Allen. We were greeted by Susan, we told her what we were looking for and O my goodness there it was right after we walked pass the receptionist. Billy and I both loved the set. We walked around and found a couch too. But choose to wait in the couch since our puppy just ate our couch. We had a family member give us a couch to see how Winston our puppy was going to treat this couch. Our bedroom furniture was delivered a couple days ago and we love it! Everything is so perfect. Today we talked to Susan and ordered a couch end tables and a media center. We are customers for life. Susan came out and measure and suggested what was best for our family needs. Highly recommend Susan at Ethan Allen Turkey Creek. She really knows her materials and listens to what your looking for.

We searched high and low for our new couch. Many weekends spent hunting for the perfect sectional. We went everywhere. So I am very confident that Ethan Allen offers the best quality product for the best price. And the quality is absolutely worth it. Thank god for Alexander! He is a dream, the best at what he does. He walked us through the entire design process, from evaluating couch styles to selecting the fabric. We loved the curved back of the Marcus and he was able to customize our design to fit our room’s exact dimensions. The whole experience at Ethan Allen sits in stark contrast to their competition. I really felt at ease and taken care of here and in addition to sharing his expertise in furniture construction Alexander had us laughing and having fun, like spending time with a good friend. We got a couch made to order and it was delivered quickly and professionally. The movers even helped to rearrange our existing pieces in addition to unloading and assembling our new baby with care like it was their own. We are over the moon happy to get to enjoy our home with this fabulous addition and enthusiastically recommend you do the same!

The designer consultant, Alexander was outstanding when helping us decide which piece of furniture and material to go with. He gave us step-by-step guidance in terms of what was expected in the future in terms of delivery. He was very flexible and patient with us. great place to shop and absolutely wonderful furniture. I just want to thank Susan Knolton. What a great designer. I was looking for a Sofa Table to match my current Ethan Allen Living Room furniture. After calling three Ethan Allen stores, which no one seemed available to help me, I called the store in Knoxville Tennessee. Within a minute, Susan was on the phone helping me. She is like a walking Ethan Allen history book, and knows everything about my current furniture from 2010. She lead me to the Barrow Demilune Sofa Table over the phone. After sending pictures of my Living room furniture, she help me pick out the finish that would compliment what I currently have. Im so happy with my purchase, and hope to work with her again. By far the best furniture shopping experience! Alexander was kind, helpful, not pushy and did not try to redirect me to other products. He is the best consultant of the six different stores I have visited. I have not purchased my new furniture yet, this is definitely my first choice and the only site that gave me a quote for what I am considering buying!

Love my counter stools!! They came in earlier than expected which was a nice surprise! I ordered 4 Thomas stools with custom fabric. They came out perfect! I also ordered the Villa library bookcase which is also a quality piece. It did have a few scratches and a bolt hole was not drilled out all the way but Ethan Allen sent a service man right way who fixed the problems. I appreciate Kandy Jimenez, the manager. who stayed on top of everything. She called twice to make sure I was happy with the pieces. Also, my sales person, Sandy, was very good, she helped me choose my fabrics and spent a lot of time with us. Very happy with Ethan Allen!

I worked with Alexander Keith via FaceTime calls and he was able to help me customize a beautiful chair to go with my new Emily Desk. They were delivered yesterday and I could not be happier with the final product. He was a pleasure to work with, understood the look I was searching for and let me make my decisión in my own time. Once the order was placed, he checked in with me periodically with updates. Overall an excellent experience despite the current circumstances.

Missy Maloney, an Ethan Allen designer, is wonderful. She is professional and personable. She was quickly able to pick up on my taste and make suggestions for changes in my home from upholstery material to window treatments to pieces of furniture. I have been very happy with all the results. The quality of the furniture, the upholstery, and the workmanship exceeded my expectations as did the services rendered by Missy and those who assisted her.

We recently visited the Ethan Allen in Knoxville to look for some counter stools for our new home. Designer Tammy greeted us and gave us the opportunity to browse the store. Nothing really grabbed our attention so we went to Tammy for assistance. We explained what we where looking for and she lead us straight to some stools that meet our requirements. We decided these where the stools for us and Tammy assisted us in selecting the cushion material and we ordered the stools. Tammy kept of informed of the progress of our orders via email. Well today the stools where delivered and we love them. The Ethan Allen store in Knoxville and Tammy did an excellent and we will be back if a further need arises. With the move to the new home next month Im sure there will be additional orders.

Ordered a full dining set (table, six chairs, rug) in April. Arrived in September, not July as earlier projected. Dining table had a crack and needed to be re-ordered. New replacement to arrive in December now. Perplexing how furniture takes so long, covid or no covid.

My wife and I purchased a new home last December and have been working with Susan Knolton, a designer at Ethan Allen, over the past year to help us make it our own. She has been such a joy to work with!!She has helped us with everything and when I say everything I mean EVERYTHING!! She helped us pick out paint colors for the ENTIRE home. She helped up pick out tile for our kitchen and rugs throughout the home. We purchased several pieces of furniture from Ethan Allen and all of our curtains and blinds. It was very over whelming at first when we thought of all the decisions that had to be made but Susan made the process fun and easy!! She even helped with accessories to help tie it all together. It all flows together so well from room to room.The space is literally our haven from the outside world and we love every inch of it!! We can not recommend Susan Knolton highly enough!! LOVE LOVE LOVE HER!!!!

Heres an update to my last review-- which apparently they have removed-- its been another 24 hours and all I have received is an email saying we will look into it.... I do not understand this. The furniture arrived in damaged condition and I refused the delivery, and asked for a refund. What is there to look into? As the broker of one of the most successful real estate teams in Sevier County, I know something about customer service. So far I am not seeing it from Ethan Allen.

Tammy Henard, designer, helped me select a sofa, chairs, and rug for my living room space. She was extremely helpful, without being pushy, and I am really pleased with my new furniture. Tammy came to my home a couple of times to make sure we made the right decisions on the fabrics, sizes and colors. The furniture is lovely and seems to be of excellent quality.

Mayce and Jeffery helped design our great room and everything turned out just like we wanted. The Ethan Allen rugs and furniture are quality plus. Thank you very much.

Susan Knolton was great! We finally moved to a king size bed. Susan listened and helped get us exactly what we wanted. Only hiccup - delivery date delayed a couple of times. For us not a problem just inconvenient. The bed is lovely and seems very well made. We are pleased.

Susan and Alexander are rock stars! We had been shopping for furniture for two months for our new home, but couldn’t find anything interesting or anyone who could design ... so all potential solutions lacked pizzazz. Then we met Susan! She listened closely to what we wanted and within minutes showed us furniture, fabrics and rugs that matched our style and needs perfectly. She looked at our plans and carefully sized our selections so that the furniture fits perfectly in every room. Alexander added some edgy ideas that really made our rooms pop. Together they make a really fun team. Then they came to the house and helped us polish the look with paint color suggestions, lighting and curtains. Ethan Allen has the best quality furniture, most beautiful fabrics and gorgeous rugs. Then Wow! Add the design team and you have real magic!UPDATE: The design comments above still stand ... great job. However, do NOT buy the warranty. I have been waiting for a month for service on a stained rug. They responded by mailing me a 2 oz spray bottle of something that didn’t work. I followed up with a written claim. I had to follow up again with a call to check status. Still no service. I could have paid to have this rug professionally cleaned 5 times for what I paid for warranty, and it would be done by now. Significant upcharge — Completely NOT worth it. Sorry Ethan Allen.

Poor customer service. Ethan Allen charges extreamly high prices and the product are of China Quality. The delivery service guys come to your house and get in a cuss fight in the driveway. Then they damage the products getting them in after they scheduled an delivery appointment between one and five then show up 15-20 minutes late. Then rush to get the product in the door and damage the unit. Then Ethan Allen calls to say they will not bring you good product, they will need to come and repair the damaged item on your time an on their schedule. BUYER BEWARE their little repair policy is printed on the back of the paper you sign. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, it used to be a good company but has gone to CHINA!Jeanne C. Duncan
