I wish these guys werent far away because Id keep coming back if I could.Had a hell-of-a-screwover at Pegoraro Auto Repair in Vancouver, Washington. Those guys sent us off worst than we came in and put myself and my second drive in danger 4 hours after leaving Peg.Joe - with just 10 days left from retirement - welcomed us despite the busy day and managed to problem solve quickly with the team about what was happening. They found out that Peg didnt do the job like they should have and not only fixed our skoolie, but called Peg Auto Repair to confront the issue. Joe and the other men walked me through all the parts and reasons why they were doing what they were doing. I learned so much and felt really cared for. They could have shooed us off, but they saw we really needed help and treated us like part of the family. Forever grateful. This was more than a repair, it really showed how great a community can be.

We had a trailer tire blowout in the middle of highway 97. After trying to locate help for over 1 hour,we called Basin tire. They not only found us in the middle of nowhere.Will changed out our trailer tire to a different rim in the 90+degree heat. Will was professional and fast! Great big thank you to Will and Tim!

I was told approx 45 minutes. i waited and waited while people who came in after me came and went. it took almost 3 hours to get a tire change from snow tires back to my regular tires. I then find out not only did they they take 3 hours but they damaged a wheel stud and didnt put a lug nut on. It was NOT like that before coming here.

I love Basin Tires, when we needed tires we shopped around. We got a written estimate from the chain store tire shop here in Klamath. Went as far as making an appointment with them. I was looking at the estimate and noticed the tires were not the same size as what we had on the vehicle.That’s when I called Basin Tires for a estimate, the estimate was for the same size tires we had.When I called the chain store they said they could order the right size and the estimate would be over a $100 less than estimate they gave us.I told them to cancel our appointment since Basin Tires wasn’t trying to over sale us tires.Since then we have gone back to Basin Tires for a alignment and wheel bearing and will continue to be our go to place. We bragged so much about Basin Tires our nephew bought a set of truck tires when visiting from California 😁

Im so sad to give this review. This has been such a good business over the years. Amazing service great people but the wait times are getting out of hand. Just today I dropped my sisters car off at 1130 checked back in at 130 and they hadnt touched it. Still another two hours until it would be done. Parking is ridiculous and tight. I called a competitor and they said my car would have been in the next bay being worked on in 5 minutes. Unfortunately Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic service. When I found myself with a flat on vacation in a Rental, I had to call around to 6 tire shops to find the right size tire. Not only did Basin Tire Service have the right size, they installed it after-hours on a Friday for a very reasonable price. I was extremely impressed with my entire experience here. This was the first time I have ever lifted a truck and the sales associate was extremely helpful in helping me pick a lift kit and tires. He answered all of my emails very professionally and when my husband came into get the tires on my car Kevin realized they delivered him the wrong tires. I felt a really need to leave a review for the service provided by the people of Basin tires. So, a little bit about us. We live in our late 80s RV, towing a flatbed trailer w/ my 01 f150 4x4 on it. So, heres the story. We were driving down the road when one of our rear passenger side tires blow out(didnt know at that time). So, we kept driving because we didnt notice a difference in the way it drives. We got to the destination we were heading to and found out the tire had a big hole in the side wall. So, I had to pull out the spare and replace it. But, the spare was different size and was making a strange sound going down the road. So, we called around to find a good used tire with pricing around $100-150. But, we got a hold of Basin tires and with luck found a tire for $60 w/balance & mounting included, they even took the old tire. Now, for the part that I really want to share this tire was probably 90-95% tread. And, the guy helping us went well above a standard service. Not only did he check all the tires for wear & pressure. He check the airbags & aired them up. He also checked and aired up the tire on my trailer. He also advised me of some issues with some of the current tires on my both. He also noticed that one of my wheels on the trailer was a little bent and insisted on fixing it. All of this for no extra charge. We fully plan on Basin tires being our tire headquarters from now unto the future. Thank you so much for the awesome service.

A great place who installs tires and other mechanical service.

Not a great experience at all. My first time to the store. I purchased a lift kit, wheels and tires from them. I asked for their advice and trusted their experience On the setup. They spent so much time discussing the wheels with me and nothing else. The service was done and right away my truck had issues. They also mounted one of my brand new wheels with a huge gash in it, it had been covered up with black sharpie. I let them know right away and they ordered a new wheel for me. The truck did not drive straight and had a bad shake. They rebalanced the tires and but did not check the alignment. This was after leaving my truck with them an entire 8 hours. Finally I had to go to Les Schwab and pay to have an alignment done. They also had to fix a TPM sensor that was damaged by Basin. I drove the truck for months with it shaking. Finally I contacted the lift company myself and was told the lift Basin installed was not supposed to be on my truck and would cause damage. I let Basin know what I found and they immediately started arguing with me. They told me they weren’t going to help me moving forward so I had to contact the office manager. They are replacing my lift and a CV axle damaged in the process but argued with me right up to the end. My truck literally had 5k on it when I took it in. I have owned many different trucks over the years, all of them lifted. I have never had so many issues or been treated this way by any shop I have dealt with. I had to rent a car as this is my only vehicle so they could fix their mistake. I purchased new struts for the front and asked they set them up a specific way. Guess what, they argued that too. I was left following their advice yet again so they could not blame any issues on this moving forward. I will most likely have to take it to another shop after and spend more money to have this done later. I will not use them in the future and will not recommend them to any friends and coworkers. Horrible experience, the worst I have been through in the 28 years I have been customizing vehicles.

My toy hauler blew two tires on the side of the road and I was able to get my tire to them and they came out to my car, took my tires fixed them with in 20min. Did charge me an arm and a leg, super nice customer service!!! I would recommend them to anyone, i don’t live in Klamath falls but I wouldn’t hesitate to stop there again!

Absolutely wonderful people there! We were driving from WA to NV. We had chains but the snow storm was just too much. They set us up with studded tires and even though they were extremely slammed busy, they did everything in their power to get us back on the road quick as possible! Good price, great service. When all was said and done they beat the major online tire seller. Price was a bit more but after factoring in mounting and balancing the price was significantly better. Plus the service was great. One of the wheels needed work to hold air, I brought it back in and they took care of it. I highly recommend them.

Owner was rude to a customer. He told her that if she had bought the tires from them instead of another shop that her car would have been done sooner. Also said that if she had dropped it off earlier that it would have been done sooner. When I asked her what time she dropped it off, she said around 11. When I dropped off my car at noon, there was a lot of work orders in front of mine. Thats understandable this time of year when were swapping seasonal tires. Plus, they have to follow the rules for the Rona. However, when you tell somebody that it should be an hour or two after dropping off your car and its nearly 5 hours later when finished, thats a problem. Never again. Thats the third tire shop in this small town that has lost my business because they lack customer skills. No excuses.

I went to Basin Tire immediately following a terrible interaction with another local tire shop and asked them what they could do to help me. They were very courteous as I walked through the door and had someone speak to me right away. They dont do price match usually but I thought Id see what they could do. Without me asking, they beat the price match I had found just with their base prices. They also took both sets of my trade-in tires from me and gave me a fair trade-in value. After all was said and done, I paid $85 dollars out of pocket for the exact tires I wanted. Quite the difference from $1000 the other guys were going to charge me to $85. Thank you Basin Tire for fixing my day.

One year ago I bought some new wheels and took them to basin to be swapped out and whoever did the work stole my valve caps and tires were completely out of balance and ended up taking them somewhere else. Today go in for some tires and I asked if they had maybe some used 15 inch tires and the guy was a total douche and just said “nope” so I proceeded with a “nothing?” And he said “nope”. This guy didn’t even try to sell me new tires just said nope and showed me the door. Basin won’t get another penny from me.

These guys are great! Had truck problems on vacation while pulling a trailer with the family on a Sunday and most mechanics were closed or couldnt help. Not even tire related, but the staff helped without question and had us on our way quickly with a solid temporary fix that got us to our destination and home over 1600 miles.

Basin tire is a fantastic place to purchase tires from. Theyre extremely helpful and genuinely care about their customers. Whenever Ive had a problem with my tires theyre incredible about fixing it. Even ten minutes before closing they still accepted my car and did what they could to fix it and get me back on the road. I really appreciate having a place like this in town!If I had one item of criticism it would be that they sometimes over torque the lug nuts and not even my impact driver can get it loose.All in all this place and its employees are incredible and highly recommended!
