They dont have a public bathroom . You just walk to Dennys thats what they tell you..

The customer service in this store was beyond what I would expect from a factory store. You have a great crew there! Keep up the hard work! We had a very persnickety shopper with us and you all handled them like a champ.Not only were they able to find sneakers, they were excited about how much you were able to teach them about shoes! I must say the way Awilda made me feel as a paying customer has changed my mind from ever shopping at this store again. I get that we are in the myst of a pandemic but she acted as if I had contagious written on my face. She made me stand on the circle when it was my turn to pay and she stood far back from the register. She placed my card on the counter and I politely placed it in her hand. However interesting enough I had to step aside and wait for my shoe match an a gentleman from another race walked right up to the counter and she had nothing to say. Hmmm what are we really portraying here. Never will New Balance ever get another dime from me.

Good selection of shoes. Was hoping for better prices being a factory store. But we did find great, comfortable shoes. An update, the shoes are not what they used to be. Ive worn New Balance for years and the held up well. This pair needed the soles reglued after about 4 months of intermittent use.

Very helpful and polite staff. Great quality products. They didnt have shoes for my husband though because he has a hard to find size. We expected that. But they looked online for us to try and locate them.

Staff welcomed us as we entered, one let us browse for a few minutes and then came up to us individually to inform us of their sales and deals, nice range of products with good prices, kind and helpful gentleman at the checkout register. I cant believe Ive lived in Florida all my life and havent been in here before today.

Yuhai was a huge help! he looked at my wife’s shoes and knew exactly what kind she had. They didn’t have them in stock so he called the other stores to find them. He’s exceptionally knowledgeable and incredibly courteous. We weren’t going to buy a pair shoes but after he helped us, how couldn’t we? Plus the brand is amazing!

Nice size store with good customer service. My wife was able to exchange a pair of shoes quickly. They have a better selection of shoes and accessories than the store at the International Premium outlets.

Employees were SO helpful in finding my husband the right size shoes! He decided on 15 4E. And they were on sale! Seriously, what else can you ask for in a shoe buying experience?!

We ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes. They had clearance shoes, but we didnt find what we needed in those. They did have a sale going on buy 2 and get 1 free that we took advantage of. Their prices were decent and staff was helpful.

I was helped out by a couple of different people. They were very attentive, and honestly great help, since I have very difficult feet to find comfortable shoes that requires inserts. Cant wait for another time to get some comfortable abs stylish shoes.

Outlet for New Balance outfit. Looks and works exactly like all other athletic-brand outlets. I do not have any other NB store-visits to compare with, but I did not find this one overly favorable with regards to the current offerings.

After visiting 5 other stores including the Nike outlet and footlocker, New Balance was the only one that could help me. My son has to wear braces on his feet and made shopping for shoes nearly impossible. We spend 5 hours going from store to store looking for shoes there were wide enough to include a brace. New Balance outlet was a miracle. Very Friendly staff as well. Shania helped my wife and I get the perfect shoe for my son. Was very helpful. We brought a pair and Shania helped us order another style we liked in a bigger size as size. Will definitely will be coming back. Highly recommend! Specially to anyone who needs a wide shoe.

This is factory outlet, not a full line New Balance store. Three staff members didnt know where another New Balance store was located. One did go to the back to find out. Store was clean and otherwise acceptable.

There is a wide selection of both mens and womens styles, but not a very wide array of sizes. They have a clearance section of discounted show, but most are sold at regular retail price. Also, it appears to be the store policy to not allow patrons to use the bathroom. Instead, they send you to the Dunkin Doughnuts at the end of the block. Being that we had purchased 3 pr of shoes, this policy is especially rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

I was able to buy socks but they NEVER have the size or style I wear. I cant get the current discount because I have to shop online, directly from the factory.

Be warned - this is a factory store so theres no personalized shoe fitting as I have had in other New Balance stores. Theres a variety of nice New Balance shoes very well organized and at good prices but I am skeptical that they are of the same quality as those found in a non-factory store.
