Whats procedure if a elderly man asks for assistance in an spanish accent?I saw someone litterally answer him by saying. I only speak English then walk into the mirror room, instead of referring the customer to someone that can assist him. I was livid! I reconfirmed with the elder if he was turned away. He said yes but hes used to this type of treatment.Just making you aware.

Very bad customer experience. They had a product with wrong price tag and didnt honor their mistake. Linda the cashier couldnt care less. Not going back there. Dont waste your time to support a company that doesnt care about customer service

Of course they have cheaper tools there mostly made in out of usa but if you want some tools that are inexpensive thats the place to go

This place is awesome if you need any type of tool. If you need anything for your car its here. Your garage its here. Your home its here. This place is my husbands favorite store to go to. They send out a circular for this three day event and boy does he love going he gets great bargains there.

What is going on with our big box stores and the lack of competency got there approached a employee stocking the shelves .he told her that they never had that item in stock she found it 3 minutes later

Stop waiting to check out only one register open why the girls sat around talking people lined up 20 ft deep almost to the back wall. I just finally asked him to open up another register after the second request they finally opened up two more never sweated so bad my life.

Went there many times and the customer service is excellent.Last visit Stephanie was a big help!The line was long but moved quickly and a karen decided to make a big scene for something they can’t control.Stephanie was treated poorly by this Karen and that not right.Stephanie and the management were excellent and tried to explain to this Karen but she was ignorant.This Karen has a bad attitude and was unprofessional when she was screaming,after the tele novella was over she said she was calling corporate and Marched right out.She probably tried to find a way to complain about you guys, but it’s probably a good way to get free things, right Kimberly? But in all fairness I go there all the time and the staff are always friendly and informative.They handled it really well and tried to deescalate the situation .Dont listen to Kimberly review there was multiple by standers and the staff was was there too don’t like her narrative and negativity.

I had to go to three different stores but I got what I was looking for and thank God they are close. The to new stores which I went the employees were very helpful and courteous. Thank you for a great experience in the porches of what I needed to buy.

Great location. Went there to get a generator. They were extremely helpful and even loaded the generator up in the truck for me. This also has to be one of the largest Harbor freights in the area. The selection of stuff here was much bigger the one I normally go to. I highly recommend this store

Slowest and dumbest cashiers on the planet got a line to the back wall . Will wait 40 minutes just to check out . They trying to get your whole life profile at checkout spending 20 minutes per customers. Whats up with pay and go

A do it yourselfers dream place, clean, low prices, attentive and kind staff; felt like a child in a candy store.

Great place for reasonable price tools...especially if your not using your tools regularly.

Harbor freight is decent for some items such as clamps, floor mats, tarps, moving blankets... however their larger tools are cheaply made and do not last in my opinion like the 12” Chicago sliding miter saw. All of the safety equipment broke off within months of me purchasing it. There’s nothing like a 12” blade with no guard spinning inches from your hands and face. I will never buy larger tools from HF again. I do like their smaller accessories though

Gave coupon with such tiny print you couldnt make out what it could or could not be used for. Couldnt be used for chop saw.

They closed the store earlier, I arrived at 7:08 PM, and the store manager didn’t want to let me in, but the store is really nice.I recommend.

Worst experience ever. One employee working and tons of customers. You can hear 3-5 employees in the break room. No one to assist you. Employee told us the wrong aisle. We wandered around for 30 min and came out empty handed. Only shopping on Amazon if Im getting service like that joke.

My rating is low because there was a line of people to the rear of the store. And for over 5 minutes no one had checked out. There was 2 cashiers, one seemed to be learning so they didnt take a customer and the other must have been waiting for the head cashier for a price or something. Poor service. I took my elderly father to home depot, better service

This location in particular is great! Clean, organized and helpful employees. Overall the Freight has revamped their store image and presentation. The days of the trashy dollar store persona are gone and successfully implemented their clean bargain mart image thanks to Sears physical stores closing. Thus creating the void that Harbor Freight was willing and able to fill. 👍🇺🇸

Things were fine here. Got everything I needed quickly. Staff was friendly and store was well stocked. Otherwise typical Harbor Freight. A decent visit with no issues.

Amazing store, absolutely amazing prices but whenever they have specials its hard to find them. They should improve their customer service and they should have their specials in supply in order to satisfy customer demands. They always say that the truck hasnt brought the merchandise or they dont know what merchandise its bringing.

Ive always had good luck with their hand tools and pressure washers.

First I call ahead for an item, takes forever for someone to answer, then just as longon hold. After I drive nearly 40 minutes to purchase a floor jack,... the item is now no longer available. I tried for a second option and that as well was not available. Instead of attempting to assist me in finding a solution, the employee just said I should call ahead, when I explained that I had, she just told me a truck will be in, in about 3 days then she walked away.. after being a loyal Harbor Freight shopper for over a decade, this particular location has left me looking for another place to shop for the next 10yrs

Tread lightly when buying things in this place. Do not buy the bottle jacks. An employee told me that they Miss handle them during Transit. Theres a nickname for this place, they call it Hazard fraud. There is a reason for that nickname. Still, you can get some decent products at a fraction of the price you would add a big box home improvement store. Make sure you do your homework on the product before you buy it.

Showed up at 7:15 because I needed to grab something last minute to finish a holiday project to find the store closed. Who closes at 7pm on a Tuesday the week of Christmas???? Ridiculous! Day care’s are open later than that!

Very clean and very well-stocked. I talked with the manager and he was well-informed about where stuff was and where it was made.

Pretty standard harbor freight in terms of store condition and layout. i would have given a better review if they would add checkers sooner or try to move people along in line, i understand that people want to be chatty sometimes but some of the rest of us in the real world are only on our lunch breaks and dont have a lot of free time to stand in lines.

This place in Kissimmee, I have been going there since they opened this store and it is one of the few stores all in central Florida that it takes longer to check out than it does to find the items to purchase

I went into Harbour Frieght Tools yesterday for a job interview. As soon as i walked in I was greeted and asked if there was something they could help me with.Everyone was amazing and very welcoming. The management team and employees were very respectful. Everyone was working together making sure the store was up to par and that there patrons were being taking care of. They made me feel very comfortable. It was nice to see everyone working together as one unit.

This place is life....this is to me what Walmart is to my wife.....

Customer service here from the manager was completely unprofessional! You would think as a manager one should be a leader. Stephanie is her name and she should be demoted. She does not deserve to be in the position she is in. With COVID/pandemic they’re multiple people who would be better candidates and actually enjoy providing exceptional customer service. Stephanie didn’t even have the decency to look me in the eye and help me with my return she was clearly too busy. We called customer service and they were more than willing to help us with our issue. Steph you should go work at the dmv with your unpleasant attitude.

Love this place

This place is great! I have bought a lot of tools here for home projects to tools I needed to do car repairs. The tools are excellent prices and good quality. I will keep returning there for tools. The place is usually stocked well and clean, and they usually h ave sales on top of sales on merchandise thats already price low. The people that work there are professional, knowledgeable and courteous and friendly, will keep returning.

Lets be honest certain tools are not meant to last forever, but that being said this place is awesome, quite inexpensive and some of their tools can actually stand next to brand name ones. I highly recommend it for the budgeted handyman.

Its getting better and better with the addition of several upgraded premium quality lines of tools that have no problem competing with other premium brands from home depot and lowes. Warranty exchange is always a breeze. Customer service is very good except when they get crazy busy, like in weekends and now approaching Christmas.

Went there to buy stuff and get a tarp (EXCHANGED it was 24.99) for a smaller one.and told they cant take back if no receipt so I show receipt and then was told it was passed the90days (by 2weeks)but it was not open not damaged.small story short if you buy anything from them its like a AS-IS STORE.so I will give it to my sister for her yard cover.i been a costumer since they opened in Florida now its time to move on to other competitors who dont do that to customers.

This is a great place for cheap tools but remember that word, cheap because thats exactly what they are. Lets say you buy a drill and your using it to mix cement it will definitely burn out. I bought a few different kinds of sandpaper and one of them crumpled apart as soon as I folded it so I will never buy that again it is a waste of money.

Cheap affordable tools however buyer beware you get what you pay for when you go super cheap. Otherwise I love them for all the automotive and general hand tools.

Really great harbor freight! Great deals all the time and all products always in stock! At first I wasnt sure if quality of products is good but after buying a hydraulic jack for my car, that thing definitely paying off! Bathrooms clean there too! Could spent tons of hours in this location!

Manager Victor was rude as I was helping some customers that was lost on info..Due to my low vision I tried to help the folks on there needs.. Victor came towards us stating for us to move from the doorway cause of a fire hazard.. I laughed saying a fire hazard and he stated at me (you think its funny) and I told him its none of his business what I think its funny.. He then walk away and ask for his full name and refuse to give me his last name.. I think cause of his title hes on a power Trip.. The guy should be fired and replaced...
